Die Lage ist toll. Mitten in der Altstadt und direkt neben dem Bähnli, das zum Bahnhof hochfährt. Perfekt.

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und etwas minimalistisch vom Ambiente, aber für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend.

Perfekte Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück

Das Frühstück war super, im Zimmer hatte es keinen Schrank schade sonst i o. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen super.

Das Nachessen im Hotel war schlecht und entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Ich bin absolut nicht heikel fand aber in der Karte kein normales Essen. Ich habe mich umgesehen und es haben sehr viele Leute grosse Resten zurückgegeben. In einer Menuekarte müssen unbedingt einige beliebte Menues vorhanden sein. Bei einem Rindsfilet würde ich gerne die Beilagen auswählen etc.

Instalações muito boas, quarto com um bom tamanho, bem equipado de armários, ideal para ficar vários dias, banheiro excelente. Café da manhã muito bom, acima da média dos bons hotéis. O Estacionamento junto ao hotel é um grande diferencial. Tratamento do staf excelente.

The location is perfect in downtown Lugano. The food is excellent and the staff are professional. The facilities are taken care of.

Sehr umfangreiches und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück. Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da stimmt es im Team. Lage hervorragend. Zimmerservice sehr gut - Minibar inklusive und wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Restaurant sehr gut - es wird frisch gekocht. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Service top. Ein Hotel wie ich es mir wünsche.

La ubicación, central, cerca de la estación y con el funicular a la puerta. Cerca del lago. El personal muy atento y servicial. Muy buen desayuno

La puerta del baño, de corredera y abierta ( no cerraba del todo y de vidrio traslúcido), incomodo para alojamiento en pareja. Sofá cama en la habitación poco funcional y algo desvencijado. Nada que opaque lo bueno, pero a mejorar.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Beautiful, modern and stylish, with a perfect location in the heart of Lugano. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, and the staff and service were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A cama de casal muito confortável, os travesseiros ótimos, café da manhã variado e farto, atendimento correto dos funcionários.

O chuveiro com proteção de vidro parcial deixa o banheiro muito molhado após o banho. O sofá cama que acomoda o terceiro ocupante do “quarto triplo” tinha uma cavidade no centro, que o tornou bem incômodo. Apesar da recente reforma no hotel, o banheiro está desgastado. Foi minha terceira experiência neste hotel e a primeira após sua transformação em “hotel butique”, decepcionante na minha opinião. Um hotel 4 estrelas deve oferecer bem mais, por exemplo uma chaleira elétrica, se disponibilizam sachês de chá…

Very welcoming from beginning. Did book a table at a great grotto as well as a watertaxi. Which I tried to do from home and didn’t get a response, so hotelstaff came to the rescue. Overall everyone was very friendly

Excellent service and assistant for our trip organisation

The Lugano Dante offers state of the art amenities high quality and excellent value for the money. The staff is always extremely friendly knowledgeable helpful and service oriente and always has a smile on their face. The delicious and abundant breakfast leaves absolutely nothing to be desired you won’t know where to start and the excellent service makes the start of the day a perfect experience. It’s ideally located for exploring the city on foot you’re just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Lugano and the lake. As a frequent business traveler the Lugano Dante is my go to spot in Lugano. The trust I’ve built up over the years as a business traveler makes it the perfect choice. I really appreciate this hotel and have been returning there regularly for several years now. You are absolutely top notch and outdo yourselves every single time keep up the great work!

We have been regular guests (multiple stays per year) at the Dante for more than a decade :-) We wouldn't keep coming back time after time and recommending the hotel to friends and co-workers if we didn't think it was such a special place. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent amenities (walk-in showers, full-service AC, premium products etc). The staff are wonderful and are always both welcoming and professional. The Dante offers one of the best breakfast buffets in Europe. Everything is fresh and beautifully served. Even their scrambled eggs and bacon taste farm-fresh. You definitely won't have that mass-produced feel that you get with some hotel breakfast buffets. And for later in the day, the Dante has excellent bartenders making delicious cocktails either with or without alcohol; the Dante restaurant serving lunch and dinner. We give the Dante our highest recommendation for both personal and business travel. Their business center has very good meeting rooms and service for small to medium-sized groups. Wishlist: Alas, the Dante does not have rooms with lake views. We keep wishing the Dante owners would take over the Peztalozzi hotel and renovate it to the Dante standards with the bonus of lakeview rooms. Fingers crossed! One other small request: replace those little side tables next to the bed with genuine nighstands.

We had a wonderful stay at LUGANODANTE. The hotel is very modern and stylish, with sleek, beautifully designed rooms that are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, especially the lovely breakfast and very good coffee. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great design, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Near to the Ticino where you can use it to go up to the Lugano train station. Free tickets from the hotel 9/10 friendly stafff Hotel provided us with portable AC/Fan Ventilator.

We are a family of 3 with a 12 YO daughter, visiting from the US. We are currently staying at LUGANODANTE, and all three of us are loving it! The location is fantastic. You step outside and you're right in the middle of everything. The whole area has a promenade-like feel, with so many restaurants, cafés and shops around. It has made exploring Lugano so easy. The breakfast is also very nice, with a great selection of both hot and cold options. There is plenty to choose from and it has been a great way to start our mornings. But what has impressed us the most is the staff. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, and they continue to exceed our expectations. Check-in was a breeze. They took their time explaining everything and made sure we had all the information we needed. We had originally booked three nights here and were supposed to move to another hotel for our last night in Lugano. But we loved LUGANODANTE so much that we decided we wanted to stay another night instead! We tried canceling our reservation with the other hotel online but weren't able to, and we even emailed them but didn't hear back. The next morning, we asked the staff here if they could help. They actually called the other hotel for us, stayed on hold, spoke with them and helped us get everything sorted out. They certainly didn't have to do that, and it's just one example of how they go above and beyond for their guests. Great location, wonderful breakfast, and truly exceptional service. We are so glad we decided to extend our stay. Highly recommend LUGANODANTE!

The best experience I have had in a European hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. I highly recommend you to stay here if you visit Lagano.

The hotel has an excellent location right in the city center. It is very close to both the train station and the lake, making it extremely convenient. The minibar is complimentary, which is a very nice touch. The air conditioning is excellent, and the hotel also offers very convenient and secure parking. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast offered a great variety of excellent food, and the hotel restaurant was the highlight of our trip around Switzerland.

Excellent hotel with a professionel staff and located in the center city. Great location next to the lift to the train station. Excellent dining experience.

Didn’t like it at all. The entrance to the hotel is horrible. The reception, kitchen, restaurant, children playground and other services are all stuck in one narrow corridor. The room was good and comfortable.

The room was incredible and spacious for our family. The staff was wonderful, leaving balloons for the kids and so helpful providing guidance on getting around town or to our next stop.

We had a hard time understanding which light switch turned on which light.
