First night we checked in the Indian lady working the front was super rude, on top of that they didn’t give us water, a kettle or anything like that as their excuse was “because your room is windowless we didn’t give you water.” First night we stayed I felt a drip on my head and was confused as to what it was. Second day comes around I feel more dripping I tell my husband and he was also confused till he felt it happen to him and turns out the ventilation was leaking on our faces during the night from the AC. Our last day we kindly went down and informed the older Asian man working the front desk, who apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a better room on a different floor to switch to (which also that floor smelt better than the original floor we were on). Overall, if you don’t care about comfort and are willing to deal with discomfortable situations but want a central place, it’s good. That price though is not good value for your money. I gave it a 3 because of the older Asian man and location.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The location is very good, a short walk to Bencoolen MRT. The hotel is an older building, but it's a very good stay for the price. The staff are friendly and checking in is easy. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Singapore.
A bit old and maybe not as clean as some modern hotels but I still think it's a very good stay for the price.

Emplacement parfait Mais le client ne se sent pas special car on n'ex0lique pas bien le quartier et les details utiles. Idee c'est qui bois avez an i_fone comme quasime t tous les singaporeens... Je ne fa8sais qu’une nuot descale pas besoin d’acheter une carte sim qur poir ca.... debrouillez vois Et pas de bouteille d’eau gratuite because our tapwater is drinkable! Bref pas impressionne par le manque de chaleur humaine apres avoir passee 6 semaines au Xqmbodge dont 1 au Laos

Właściciele nie przykładają chyba najmniejszej wagi do czystości zarówno w pokojach, jak nawet w lobby. Całe wyposażenie mocno zużyte i brudne. Pokoje ciasne lata świetności mające już bardzo dawno za sobą. Zasada, że za w miarę niską cenę nie dostaniesz jakości, ma tu pełne zastosowanie.

La habitación era pequeña y podría haber estado más limpia. Se nota que es antiguo y le hace falta una renovación y limpieza aprofundas

• La propreté laisse à désirer. • Il n’y a pas de fenêtre donc pas d’aération donc humide au possible avec une climatisation à 23 degrés. • L’hôtel est assez vieillissant mais sachant que nous faisions que dormir c’est ok. • 500€ pour 3 nuits c’est cher mais c’est Singapour.

La habitación es bastante pequeña, si queréis dormir y ya está, entonces os va genial! Las instalaciones son antiguas, pero en general están bien. No hay frigorífico.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer ohne Fenster. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen, man könnte sogar zu Fuß unterwegs sein.
Es war ein bisschen hellhörig. Der TV war nicht funktionstüchtig. Das Hotel scheint schon in die Jahre gekommen.

The sheets were clean but I found two little bugs, couldn't tell what type of bug they were, size of an ant. There was a big space between the door and the floor, I could see the light from the corridors also could hear the noise from other rooms.
