Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Hotel tres bien situé tres proche d'une station de métro (DT21). Nous y sommes resté 6 nuits. Chambre propre et correcte. Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte mais une machine pour filter l'eau dans la chambre. Personnel à l'écoute. De nombreux restaurants autour. Petit déjeuner correct. Belle piscine et jacuzzi sur le toit mais pas testé.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Staff is all well trained and manageable, room is cozy and clean, I didn't try the breakfast this time but surely will for my next trip. Room is perfect, close to the MRT stations.
Price has been gone up higher. Understandable that it is now under the hotel chain. There is no front area where the taxi, grab can park and load the baggage, using the side alley where it is a bit inconvenience.

Very dark surroundings. I saw the person who was in charge of breakfast using his hand to handle the food without gloves. He was arraigning the fried chicken karage on the plate before giving to another guest. The duty manager Joe Tan who handled my check in was the worst customer service manager I have ever met. He did not understand customer service at all. He was fake smiling half laughing, like mocking through out the whole check in procedure. If u are keen to improve and sincere to find out, go pull out the footage of my check in procedure and u will see

这么大的酒店，只有两台自助洗衣机，其中一台还坏了，无法使用。等了很久才能洗到衣服。洗衣服和烘衣服各需10元，贵了些。

Hotel was good but unfortunately we were located next to some very noisy guests I would say a large group of international visitors who had absolutely no regard for other people trying to sleep. It appeared maybe too many were sleeping in one room as there was a lot of voices and door slamming for many hours. We advised staff 3 times and were never offered another room or at minimum offered an apology for our lack of sleep. Otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay.
