The location is amazing, with great beach privacy and a very large swimming pool.

I didn’t like the furniture; it was very old and worn out, and the bathroom was also quite dated and worn.

Perfectly located by Nakalay Beach, the hotel features an amazing pool area with direct beach access. Located right at the hotel, The Chann Wellness Spa offers fantastic treatments.At the Crocodile Bar & Grill, you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner with a great view of the ocean.

Amazing time in the Thavorn resort. My husband and I stayed there for 7 days in beach front cottage. It was very comfy and good in size. Bed was large and very comfortable. There was safe, fridge and water provided. We didn't use mini bar as it was additional charge. TV with English channels, which was nice in the evening. AC was working well, maybe a bit loud in the evening but we were not bothered. Additional amenities in the room - iron and ironing board, flashlight, umbrella, bathrobes and flip flops, one adapter, mosquito spray and plug in, a bag for your pool essentials. Bathroom was large and walk in shower was super big and comfortable. Cosmetics were provided - shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and shower gel. Additionally there were cotton pads, q-tips, dental set and shower caps available. Daily service was very nice to get the room refreshed. Towels changed if necessary. The cottage was indeed right on the beach, but people were walking around so just had to be mindful and draw curtains when necessary. Resort private beach was very clean and well maintained, however it was a bit rocky so get yourself swimming shoes. The whole resort was super clean and well maintained. Pool was large with one swim up bar. Breakfast buffet had wide variety of items and all very tasty. There is supermarket close by and you can walk there no problem. Staff was very nice and polite no matter what service they were providing.

The prices in restaurant, bar and spa were quite high comparing to how much you would pay in Kamala or Patong. Breakfast became a bit monotonous after few days in terms of pastries, bread and cold items. But there was loads more for hot food so not a big issue.

من أجمل الأشياء اللي عجبتني بالفندق موقعه، فهو قريب نسبياً من باتونج بس يحافظ على خصوصيته وهدوئه بعيد عن الزحمة. الحديقة الاستوائية واسعة وجميلة جداً، وحوض السباحة (اللاجون) من أضخم وأحلى المسابح اللي شفتها بمنتجعات بوكيت.

سكنت في كوخ مطل على الحديقة، والإطلالة كانت جميلة فعلاً، بس للأسف مستوى الغرفة من الداخل خيّب أملي. التصميم والتجهيزات ما كانت توحي إنه فندق خمس نجوم زي المعلن عنه، والسرير كان صلب وغير مريح للنوم.بوفيه الافطار كان جيد بس غير منظم

Beautiful gardens and Thai authenticity. The pool is amazing! We had a guest that is Celiac and the staff went above and beyond to provide gluten free meals - much appreciated.

The beds were extremely hard which we were not used to but may be good for others. The breakfast was good but average against other hotels.

We were looking forward to coming back to this hotel since we got engaged here on the private beach 25 years ago! Life always gets in the way but we finally made it and staying in a great pool access room. We had a few teething problems with the plumbing but these were fixed very quickly and to our satisfaction. The staff have been excellent and have successfully walked in the footsteps of the staff we encountered all those years ago. A big shout out to Jan at the Crocodile Bar, Jan has gone above and beyond to look after us making us feel extremely welcome. We would recommend this resort to our family and friends and are still thankful for my colleagues at British Airways staff travel who recommended this great resort 25 years ago.

Had a great barbecue buffet with the family by the ocean. Excellent selection of beef, chicken and seafood. Nice atmosphere and fantastic service by Jan and her team.

Excellent resort,but be aware as its a 5 star resort prices for food are quite high,we ate in at times but also mostly in pattong,the staff were great although many could not understand during a conversation,clean,breakfast great ,overall great experience

She is an amazing person — extremely polite, kind, and attentive. She did her very best to prepare our room as quickly as possible, patiently explained all the hotel rules and facilities, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her attitude made our arrival especially pleasant. We had an amazing time at Thavron! The place and the room were absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Thank you to Beebah for the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality! The swimming pool was great, and the private beach offered a peaceful and relaxing experience. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, especially the zoo. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Lewis is such an amazing guest relations manager!! He is very outstanding person who always willing to resolved my problem during I'm staying here. He is calm thoughtful polite and intelligent. I had a garden room which is close to the beach. There was also a very nice swimming pool for kids. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and the nice location.

The food was top class and the staff were very friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. Food was served quickly and tables cleared straight away. Thanks for a great dining experience. Served by Paulat Sao Ps The green curry is a must!!

We have a clogged drain in the bathroom since we checked in, eventhough they sent plumber to fix the issue, but wasn't fixed at all..

This is one of those 10 out of 10 hotels. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Then you go for food.. Joom, Mai and Pat - I will never forget. They were sensational! Nothing is any trouble, smiles are effortless and genuine and their determination to make everything perfect is amazing. The pool - by far the best I’ve ever seen… so vast! The secret garden (ssh! It’s a secret) is beautiful and the gardens are unbelievable- mixing Thai sculptures with Beatrix Potter rabbits, cacti and impressive trees and plants, always spotting something different as you walk to and from your cute bungalow. The Beach, is a little ‘shingly’ , but clean and private and relaxing…but you want to be by the stunning pool. The staff (especially the aforementioned) make this perfect setting even better still- A little piece of paradise - stayed 6 days as a stopover - wish we’d stayed longer. Can not fault this wonderful wonderful hotel.

Five nights in this very relaxing resort away from the hustle with a private beach and beautiful meandering pool, all set in tranquil gardens. Amazing hill side or beach/pool accommodation with a unique cable car providing access to the hillside units where we stayed. The service and staff are first class and honour the Thai values of friendliness, with special credits to Ning, Tun, Chuty, Joom, Bas, and Pan. I will miss you all and my special vacation as I head back to my country.

The resort itself has beautiful surroundings and a nice location.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We found insects and a gecko inside our room, which frightened our children and made them uncomfortable staying there. What made the situation worse was the way our complaint was handled. I contacted the property through the Booking.com messaging system and clearly explained the problem and requested an immediate solution, but I did not receive a response at the time when we actually needed assistance. When a family reports a problem affecting their comfort and their children’s sense of safety, I believe the hotel should respond promptly and try to resolve it. The lack of timely assistance seriously affected our stay and ultimately led us to leave the property early.

Hello I want to know if the private beach has smooth sand such that we can swim freely?

We really liked this hotel, very beautiful environment and delicious breakfast, the only one thing that we didn’t like is that there is no such a lot of things to do, and also our garden room has window to the wall but beside these facts everything was pretty good. The value is pretty good. The location is pretty comfortable, it is in the middle of everything interesting. Also I want to mention our helper Beebah she is very friendly and supportive.

We loved our stay! I stayed with my family for 6 nights. The staff is super friendly! Paula and Patt were always very friendly when serving our meals and we really felt at home. The location is absolutely the best, so special and surrounded by nature and peace! The food was also great with a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

My experience here did not start off well. Their airport transfer is HORRIBLE! There was no confirmation and no communication and they did not enter the airport to retrieve my bags as they are normally supposed to. When I finally found my attendant. I still had to wait at the airport for my ride even though I pre-booked a ride. When the driver came, with a freezer in his hand and not even a “hello”he just gestured towards my bags. I don’t know if he expected me to put them in myself, but I just stood there until he got the message. My stay was pretty average. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to people traveling solo. I was with friends, but there were more families than anything and a lot of bad behaviors present from the children that wouldn’t normally be permitted. Walking around by myself felt fine, but for someone less confident or first time solo traveling it may feel a bit off. I think the property is beautiful and the restaurant staff were kind. Siro and Peachi were great as well. I booked the beachside cottage and the room was huge and steps away from the beach. The property was well maintained as well. The drive to the airport upon my departure was also awful. I’m not sure if it was because I was alone, but there was just so much of a lack of coordination. I told them that I’d like to move my drop off time a bit earlier or cancel the reservation and hire my own driver if they can’t accommodate. They insisted they could and I waited. When a car finally came they instantly rushed to pick up this family that came out after me with no delay. They kind of shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal but I found it rude. When my car finally came, it was a very smelly taxi. I could’ve ordered a much nicer grab without the smells for the long trip to the airports The bellmen were not respectful at all and I felt very uncomfortable with the treatment. They were told by the front desk lady Beebah that I had booked a ride. Once she was out of sight they gave the first van to the family and for some reason kept asking if I book d through the hotel which was already answered. (I am a woman of color and it did come off as a bit discriminatory from my perspective.) Traveling solo can be daunting, but I’ve done it many times before, and never felt off, I don’t know why but this experience felt off. Needless to say, it was pretty average. I probably will stay somewhere else when I visit again as I didn’t feel there was anything super memorable and I personally prefer more adults only properties. Also, I would just use rideshare as the hotel transport is horrendous.

Great food at melisa restaurant, great service by Pat... had half board breakfast +lunch/dinner, so Pat really helped out with choosing vegetarian items and kids menu. Great variety of deserts especially mango sticky rice. Overall wonderful resort experience, especially for Indians. Garden view rooms are brilliantly designed.

Je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité de la literie qui laisse largement à désirer . j'ai très tres mal dormi pendant tout mon séjour avec des maux de dos persistants. Il est plus que nécessaire de changer la literie de toutes les chambres pour un séjour appréciable. Il est également dommage que les abords de la piscine les transats et la piscine elle-même jonchés de feuilles mortes ne soient pas nettoyer plus tôt dans la journée .. parfois les employés de l'hôtel ne commençaient à nettoyer qu'à partir de 9h30 . Le temps que tout soit correctement propre , cela ne laisse pas forcément une bonne impression quand on arrive à la piscine.

The hotel was amazing! The location, the atmosphere, the staff, the reception, and everyone were absolutely wonderful. Just one small suggestion: it would be great to have a bar or some kind of service near the beach. When you’re relaxing or sunbathing and need a drink or anything else, there is no one around to assist or take orders. Adding beach service would make the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and had an amazing experience. Special thanks to Bao for being so kind and helpful! 💚

It has most things you need, staff very polite, especially Dada at front desk. Surprise to see a mini farm which you can feed the turtle, pigs, rabbits and birds. Pool is enormous. Cable car is another gimmick.

The breakfast was good with variety of choices. They have animals petting which is very calm activity. They have bus free rides to the mall.

Swimming looks old. The sea only good to see because of the jelly fish. The sand wasn’t soft like powder. The beach cottage had quite a lot of mosquito because the giant shower room actually very warm temperature with open air style. Location was okay.

Everything was so good . Special thanks to Ms. Ning as she was so helpful and responsible. I would recommend this place to every one visiting Phuket .

the location was great, almost every villa had a beach view and it was a great experience, the rooms were kept clean and the pool felt like a lazy river, overall great experience. The service was great when counting the room cleaning and facilities, and the waves made sleep feel better. Get the pool access room! The pool is easily the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Beautiful property, lush gardens, lovely staff. Only tricky part is it’s too far to walk to busier areas but they have shuttles throughout the day.

I booked directly with the resort specifically for the promised room upgrade. Upon arrival, front desk staff informed me it was unavailable. The website does not state this benefit is "subject to availability," forcing me to pay extra out of pocket for a better room. The complimentary airport pickup started our trip on a stressful note. The driver was late, and the resort failed to notify us. I had to call them myself from the airport to figure out what was happening. The overall customer service was just okay. It unfortunately did not feel like a true 5-star resort experience. Our biggest challenge was a severe mosquito issue despite using the resort’s provided repellent, the mosquitoes seemed completely immune. We were bitten badly throughout our entire stay, both indoors and outdoors. The beach area is just okay. The sand is gritty rather than soft, making it uncomfortable to walk on. While the resort offers complimentary weekly activities, staff informed us they are capped at a maximum of two people. This feels incredibly unfair given the number of guests staying at the property. The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice and cleaned daily, even though the design feels a bit dated. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection, though the standard restaurant lunch/dinner menu lacks variety. The complimentary shuttle bus to Kamala Beach and Patong is a massive bonus. Taxis to main areas are inexpensive. There is a 7-Eleven and a roadside takeaway nearby, and food delivery apps like Grab and FoodPanda service the resort perfectly. Overall, our experience was just okay. I am glad I did not pay the full premium price for this stay, and I likely would not choose to stay here again.
