Мы приехали в этот отель после долго путешествия получить релакс, и мы его получили , у нас был номер с бассейном, в номере был комплимент от отеля , при регистрации тебя встречают с прохладительным напитком это приятно получить в жаркий день с дороги, быстрая доставка еды в номер, вкусная еда, хороший сервис, завтраки потрясающие , хороший удобный пляж , спасибо 🙂

Quiet, luxurious feeling, private. The floor to ceiling windows of the room made everything feel serene

Buggy system is still a little slow, but still manageable. Also the prices at the restaurant and spa are quite expensive.

الأثاث مستهلك وقديم و ادوات الاستخدام الشخصية قديمه ايضا مثل حذاء الحمام وروب الحمام و بعض الاشياء عليها صدأ و قديمه ومستهلكة بالنسبة للمبلغ المدفوع كنت اتمنى ان اجلس في مكان جديد جداً للعلم انا السنه اللي فاتت كنت في المنتج لم ارى اي تغيير او تحديث للاغراض الموجوده في الغرفه يجب التجديد

* التلفزيون قديم وصغير ومركب عليه جهاز خارجي لتحويله إلى Smart TV، وهذا عيب كبير بالنسبة لمنتجع 5 نجوم. * الإفطار غير متنوع والأصناف محدودة، وإذا حضرت قبل انتهاء وقت الإفطار بنصف ساعة تقريبًا، قد لا تجد حتى الفواكه متوفرة. * الإضاءة الخارجية للفيلا تُغلق الساعة 11 مساءً، وبعد ذلك تحتاج إلى كشاف عند الدخول أو الخروج من حوش الفيلا. * الطريق المؤدي إلى المنتجع ليلًا مظلم جدًا وموحش، ويحتاج إلى تركيب إضاءة على الطريق. * مقابل سعر يقارب 1700 ريال لليلة، كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل في بعض التفاصيل

Breakfast quality good but can be improved

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Naka Phuket overall. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sea views and an amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was one of the highlights — excellent quality, great variety, and plenty of options. We also had dinner at the restaurant twice because we really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, our first impression was not the best. The villa we initially received was quite old and in poor condition. The furniture was heavily worn, there was a noticeable smell of humidity, and the air-conditioning units were leaking water. We requested a change, and I really appreciate how professionally and quickly the team responded. They moved us to a much larger villa next night at no additional cost, and the difference was significant. The new villa was much better and completely changed our experience for the better. I do believe the resort management should consider a general renovation and replacement of some of the furniture, especially the wooden such a beautiful location and unique resort design, updating the interiors would make a huge difference. Another great feature is the resort’s own app, which is very convenient and easy to use. You can request buggy service directly through the app, and the service was excellent and very responsive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was not on our side, with strong winds and red flags throughout our visit, so we were unable to properly enjoy or swim at the beach. However, the beach itself looked beautiful, and the resort’s swimming pool was absolutely fantastic. Overall, despite the issue with our first villa, we had a very good experience, especially thanks to the excellent food, beautiful surroundings, convenient app, and the staff’s great response in resolving our problem.

متقيدين بالدخول الساعه 3 مساءً ولا يمكن الدخول قبل هذا الوقت مع انني طلبت مسبقاً اثناء الحجز وتم الرفض سيارات تنقل بيك اب لا تليق مع فندق خمس نجوم ولا تليق بالعملاء النزلاء الحجز يشمل سرير للطفل وتم التأكيد عليه عند الدخول ولم يتم تقديمه الا في اخر اليوم بعد طلبه مره اخرى

We stated at the 2 bedroom villa 634. The property was in bad condition for example, the curtains some of them were damaged and looked very old same thing with the couch. The bedroom pillows were very hard we couldnt sleep comfortably in them. The villa lights from inside was the worst because they were very white and uncomfortable to look at and made the room look depressing. The toilet and shower should be at least covered specially when its a family villa and its located in the living room. The door that takes you to the other room downstairs had a gap on top small insects were able to get in.

The villa is very clean. The staff are so so friendly and nice!! The service is really good.

The restaurant and the breakfast is not as good as the good resort. There are no variations of food. Most of the guests were Arab and muslims by the time we were there and the food was never for Arab at all! The quality of the food is good but not that good taste to be honest!

ما انصح تاخذون اطفالكم معاكم لأنه شفت تعليقات كاتبين انه في ثعابين وعقارب. وايضاً للأسف في الليل كنت اسمع صوت خطوات حد يمشي رغم أنه مافي حد! و عائلتي قبل سنة كانوا يسمعون صوت حد يسكر باب الثلاجة او يفتح الكبت.

The gym times and the swimming are bit strange and early to close, and cleanliness of the hotel as all wasn’t that good, the breakfast needs to be more clean and add more items in it.

Our stay was one of the best we had in Phuket. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they made sure my children’s room was right next to mine. They also gave me a beautiful room with a wonderful view. The resort is peaceful and luxurious, the pool is amazing, the beach and sea are beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We truly loved this place and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would definitely love to come back again.

I paid twice for my stay because I didn’t bring my vesicle visa , although I showed them the massage from the bank but they refused also. Some of the front desk guys not polite and unkindly. To old Phuket and almost all of my trips takes 40-45mins to reach. Thank you & All the best..

Tawan was such a great help, I'm Muslim and my wife wears hejab so she can't go in the pool if its not private. So Tawan changed my room making sure the pool wasn't visible from outside.

بالامكان توفير تلفزيون ذكي أفضل من اللي كان موجود في الفيلا وكذلك لو كان في هناك نشاطات أكثر للأطفال

The worst experience ever, the hotel has destroyed our honeymoon, every time I need to enter my room I need to call the lobby to send someone with “old key” because card is not working so I need to wait 10-15 minutes until the came, it means that I have to stay inside and not to go out because of the long process. The worst ever .. To be fair, they offer me late check out but there was no time and the give a free transfer to airport because of what happened.

The Naka has an amazing beach front location and our pool villa was spacious, well designed and comfortable. The main restaurant has great pool & sea views which is the perfect breakfast spot. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the service was excellent. Eating with ocean views is always a win. The main pool was also stunning as is its backdrop

The rooftop restaurant was very disappointing in terms of food and decor, I expected a better experience from this calibre of hotel. The villa was in need of some tlc on the exterior as weather beaten. A path across the grass from the villas to the restaurant would be a bonus as it was a wet walk ti breakfast every morning. As the hotel is located in a secluded cove there’s nothing within walking distance so guests always need a taxi. The buggy service was quite slow at times but worth the wait to avoid walking up the hills. Spa prices were very expensive compared to off property options

Amazing little escape if your willing to Spurge. Was not far away from the main Thailand vibe and getting around was easy.

The room was very dirty and the AC was hot. The room was old and the swimming pool was dirty as well so we couldn’t swim.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel was peaceful, spotless, and very well maintained. What impressed me most was the speed of service and attention to every request. The golf cart transportation within the resort was available 24/7, making it extremely convenient at any time of the day. The level of safety and honesty was remarkable. I accidentally left a personal item behind and returned two days later expecting it to be lost, but the team had already located it and prepared it for collection. This truly reflects the professionalism, integrity, and security standards of the hotel. From the airport pickup service to the warm farewell at checkout, everything was beyond expectations. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mind, Kin, and Nut for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well — the rooms were exceptionally clean, and their attention to detail was impressive. The restaurant team and the chef were also fantastic, always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Far a way from the Kamala center

The hotel room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The minibar was complimentary, which was a nice touch. They also have an app that includes all the services you may need, making it very easy to communicate with the hotel and book anything you want. Overall, it was a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

The pool was nice, but it wasn’t completely private. I would say it offered about 50% privacy.

I love the design & concept, private beach and really clean and tidy. Staff is really friendly and it was easy to call buggy’s to go back and forth.

I think the F&B concept needs to be revamped, it has a great rooftop bar which is not used properly (too much light, not cozy/ comfy) also cocktails could be upgraded. Similar for the main restaurant, it has much more potential!

The facility is huge, huge rooms with private swimming pool, beautiful view from the room , clean , good breakfast , good staff , and perfectly organized for everything you need inside the facility.

- نظام التواصل من خلال تطبيق يخص المنتجع سهّل عملية التواصل ووضّح جميع المرافق والخدمات بسلاسة ، وفيها ابتكار - اطلالة الفندق، واللوبي المفتوح في الهواء الطلق كان جميل جداً - حفاوة وضيافة على مستوى عالٍ بدء من المشروب الترحيبي، ثم بوكس الحلا في الغرف، ثم المشروب البارد في لاونج المنتجع، اضافة الى حلا خاص لمناسبة ذكرى ذواجنا وصلوه للغرفة وكانت لفتة رائعة منهم - البوفيه كان ممتاز من ناحية التنوع.. حسيته الأفضل خلال تنقلي بين فنادق تايلاند

- الفلل مافيها خصوصية عالية للمحافظين، يعني اغلب مسابح الفلل الخاصة مكشوفة ، والبلكونات كذلك - وجود ذر (نمل صغير) في الغرف، لقيناه اليوم الثاني الصباح في الكوفي بار، وداخل بوكس الحلا، وهذا الشيء كان مؤذي - أوقات المطر يقفلوا الشاطيء من السباحة والفعاليات أكيد لسلامة الجميع، بس وقتها تحس بقهر على المبلغ اللي دفعته ومااستفدت من كل الخدمات والرفاهية المقدمة

Location is great with amazing views. Situated in a very nice but secluded areas provide a lot of privacy. Out villa was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very great and accommodating.

Overall, the property is great and fairly priced compared to other in the same area. One thing would be that it may feel slightly run down and not the most private. However, the team tried their best to provide us with the most provide villa as we were hijabs.
