The room was clean and comfortable.

When checking in the lady was really cold and made me feel very unwelcome. The breakfast is okay, but seeing what standards the hotel is striving for it is very basic. The breakfast area isn't large and people are talking really loudly all around you early in the morning. Don't expect a peaceful start to your day. Not a place for holiday travelers. Target audience LinkedIn warriors.

Good situation for Limerick. Good parking. A very warm welcome by Emma & Leah who both gave me great assistance throughout despite being very busy. This is a very good hotel - spotlessly clean, stylish, spacious. Lovely room with very comfortable bed & nice shower together with good products. Good tea facilities but no biscuits. First-rate breakfast served in a beautiful room. The staff were very welcoming & helpful - all very smartly attired. Alicia & the blond-haired supervisor were excellent in the bar-restaurant where I had a superb pasta dish. Very good swimming pool (you need a hat). They responded quickly to a problem - the television didn’t work - they had it fixed in no time. Good value. I would return.

The university is a bloc down the road and I thought the facilities were great. The breakfast was very vast and good too, i would recommend for anyone going to UL for the weekend

Am meisten haben mir Fotos und die Beschreibung vor meinem Aufenthalt gefallen.

Leider bin ich etwas enttäuscht gewesen, wie sich das Hotel in Wirklichkeit darstellt. Mein Aufenthalt war nicht schlecht, dennoch ist es gemessen an den 4-Sternen und dem Preis den man dafür eben auch zahlt, optisch wie technisch im Innen-und Außenbereich verbesserungsbedürftig.

The pool was lovely with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzy. Lovely breakfast

Big room and bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. Luxurious bed and bathrobes. Easy check-in/out with friendly front desk staff.

Washing machine is in a laundry room in another block. But there is only one pair of WM and dryer for the entire 3 blocks of suites. And the dryer does not show the remaining time to finish. The shower was too hot even at the coldest setting. And the the shower head was leaking badly.

Der Stil des Hotels. Das Personal war immer hilfbereit und zuvorkommend.

Statt einer Dusche war eine Badewanne im Bad. Die Einrichtung war sauber aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Terrasse umd Küche.

Das Ausziehsofa war für die Jungs (11 und 13) eher klein und nicht wirklich komfortabel. Für 2 Nächte aber okay.

The food and the staff were absolutely amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful, welcoming, and full of charm. Everything about our stay made us feel comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel and would happily stay here again!

The only disappointment we had was that dinner was not included in the package. Considering the amount we paid for our stay, we felt that an evening meal should have been included. Everything else about the hotel was very enjoyable, but including dinner would have made the package much better value for money.

Terrible location outside of Limerick. Room had inadequate lighting. The clerk at the desk was less than welcoming. Parking is not convenient to the hotel.

Room was a good size for the 4 of us. Location perfect for my son's UL graduation.

Toilet roll did not have a holder, just left loose. Stains on carpet, furniture chipped. Leisure centre was a construction area. Had to change in a port-a-cabin and no soap in the leisure centre showers.

The location was fabulous. Excellent value for money. Lovely staff. We had a room which had beds for three adults. This made it perfect for a stay the night before the graduation from college. Swimming pool was nice too. Great parking facility also.

I would prefer a walk in shower rather than a bath with a shower overhead in the bathroom. A shower door rather than a curtain would be preferable. More plug points beside the beds would be great and bedroom drawers are very stiff. The coin system for lockers in leisure centre could be upgraded to code system.

We stayed at the hotel recently and, unfortunately, the overall experience was somewhat disappointing. We booked directly with the hotel and had already provided our credit card to secure the reservation. At check-in, we were asked to settle the bill before our stay. When I explained that I was happy to pay in the morning when checking out, I was asked for the card again. Although this may simply have been hotel policy, the way it was handled left me feeling as though there was some concern that we might leave without paying, which I found uncomfortable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which was a positive. However, the same standard did not seem to extend to some of the public areas. The breakfast area looked rather shabby, and the hallway/waiting area where guests were standing before breakfast was dirty and noticeably sticky. This was particularly disappointing as it was an area guests passed through before entering the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was also underwhelming. There was a very limited choice, particularly of breads and pastries, no scones . and the one pastry offering did not taste particularly fresh. The overall selection felt rather uninspiring and gave the impression that breakfast was being provided with very little attention to quality or presentation. Taken individually, none of these things would necessarily have been a major issue, but together they contributed to an overall feeling that the hotel was lacking in care and attention to its guests and its public areas. We had expected a more welcoming and better-maintained experience and, unfortunately, left disappointed.The staff from front desk reception-to the bars were not friendly and more concerned about getting the job done ,it felt cold impersonal and we Irish are renowned for our friendliness.

The Castletroy Park Hotel was a great place to stay during our son’s multi-day tournament at the University of Limerick. It was close enough to walk and the breakfast was substantial. The staff were very nice and the room was comfortable and spacious. There are also close, convenient bus lines to the city.

Consider your dates carefully. It is a busy hotel and there was a wedding on one of the nights of our stay. The noise carried up to our room after midnight which was an irritating. Weekends may all have this liability. The fixtures in the bathroom were also a bit dated.

Literie petite et inconfortable avec des ressorts saillants, salle de bain tres usé ( marque de vieux tapis dans le fond de la baignoire , pas de pommeau…) qui ne correspond pas à un standard actuel , un seul luminaire sur table de chevet, piscine en travaux non signalé sur l annonce avec les vestiaires en extérieur dans pre fabriqué. Cet devait etre tres bien il y a 15 ans mais les travaux nécessaires a la mise a niveau d un 4 étoiles n ont pas été fait régulièrement ce qui crée un décalage entre les photos très luxueuses et la réalité vieillissante.

Brak świeżych owoców i warzyw przy śniadaniu. Konieczność zakupu czepka na basenie.

Only 2 towels left in the room each day even though it was a 3 person room and after having asked for extra towels on the first day still were only left 2. Very little tea/sugar milk left each day and no biscuits compared to other hotels

Da wir "nur" auf der Durchreise waren, hat das Hotel unseren Vorstellungen vollauf genügt, für 3 Einzelpersonen wären 3 Einzelbetten nicht schlecht gewesen. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Früh um 7 Uhr wurden die Glascontainer geleert, damit war leider die Nacht vorbei.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Bad war sauber, aber es wurden seit Jahren keine größere Instandhaltungen durchgeführt.

The room was great. We booked a suite and it was very spacious. Comfortable beds, plenty of power outlets, good shower pressure.

This hotel feels like a glorified motel. The service, while pleasant, wasn't particularly helpful. The restaurant staff was like pulling teeth for anything. If you want a menu, you have to ask a few times. If you want tea or coffee with your breakfast, you have to chase someone down. There is not housekeeping until the third day of your stay. We called down for clean towels several times and they never came. Finally had to go to the front desk to collect them ourselves. Broken hair dryer took several calls to get replaced as well. Checkout is at 11 - asked for an extra 30-60 minutes - and was refused. For the price, you'd expect a lot more from this hotel.

Room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed and aircon was very good. Loved the shower. Staff were amazing and helped us in any way they could. Really made us feel at home

Could have done with a lift to carry bags up to the rooms upstairs. Or at least state that upstairs rooms are not really disabled person friendly or even for people with very small children as was the case for myself having to carry the child and buggy up the stairs to the room. Also hot tap in the kitchenette sink was boiling hot which is not terrible but should probably have a sign up to warn people so they don’t get scalded, especially kids.

W czasie naszego pobytu w hotelu odbywało się wesele i było bardzo głośno. Z zamykaliśmy okna, bo goście stali przed budynkiem głośno dyskutowali i palili papierosy.
