Ashling Hotel Dublin

The location was excellent for getting quickly into the centre on foot or v quickly on the tram. Delicious & lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were lovely.

It would have been good if there was a small gym or pool. The room is def large enough for a king size bed but it was a small double only. Maybe something to upgrade to in the future.

Location, clean and very polite staff

The location was good in terms of being close to the train station because we were leaving Dublin and taking the train to Galway. The doorman gave us a fabulous recommendation for dinner, Nancy Hands, which was wonderful. Also the rooms were very clean, especially the bathrooms.

The decor of the rooms was a little dated but that would really be my only complaint.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage ist in Bahnhofsnähe, und einige Pubs und ein schöner Park in der Nähe.

Bell'albergo situato a 100 metri dalla fermata del tram e di molte linee di bus. Raggiungere il centro a piedi passa do davanti lo stabilimento Guinnes richiede una mezz'ora di cammino, ma con il tram o i bus a due piani sono 10 minuti. Nella hall una comoda postazione di distribuzione di acqua liscia o gassata. Un po cara la colazione (che non ho acquistato)

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the train station and away from the crowds and noise of the Temple Bar area.

I didn't find a pillow that I was comfortable with.

tHE LAYOUT OF THE BREAKFAST AREA. i WAS SHOWN TO A TABLE AND i ASKED FOR TEA BUT WHEN i RETURNED TO THE TABLE IT WAS OCCUPIED.. A SPACE AT AN EMPTY TABLE FOR FOUR WAS FOUND. PERHAPS A BETTER CONNECTION BETWEEN THE SERVING AREA AND THE TABLES WOULD BETTER.

I thought it was a really nice place, great location for a concert we were going to. Very comfortable bed.

For a Thursday night we paid 289euro for a double room, no breakfast in that price, was just very expensive for a room.

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to Heuston Station and Luas lines & so is perfectly situated. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Would recommend.

El desayuno y el tamaño de las habitaciones. El desayuno es bastante completo, tienen un café tipo Nespresso muy rico (no pidais el que sirven los camareros), y hay mucha variedad. Está bien. La bolleria está rica y el desayuno salado está bien. Tambien hay fruta y opciones saludables. En cuanto al tamaño de las habitaciones, muy bien. Lo que te esperas de un 4 estrellas. Eramos 3 y teniamos espacio.

El olor terrible cada vez que entrabamos y saliamos del hotel. Terrible, una mezcla de comida con humedad. No diría sucio, porque no lo parecía. Las habitaciones y el resto de las instalaciones están limpias, pero sería las moquetas con la humedad. Y lo mas improtante, la relacion calidad precio, terrible. Para lo que hemos pagado, estamos muy decepcionados. Porque encima el primer dia tuvieron un problema con su sistema, y hay otroa clientes que nos entraron a la habitacion mientras estabamos dentro.

Loved being on the 7th floor. The view of Dublin was beautiful. Being close to the Heuston train station was a big plus.

The location was perfect for a concert near by. The room was comfortable, modern, clean had everythin you might need Loved the water and ice stations outside the elevators. House keeping staff very friendly and smiled and said hello when meetin them in corridor. Door man friendly and smiling. Reception check in was quick and efficient. Meal was lovely though menu is limited. Its expensive hotel but it is prime location in Dublin.

Room service option til late is wonderful however took 40 mins for pizza and charcuterie board to.come to room and bottle of white wine was warm in.a bucket with no ice. Wished there were a few more toiletries such as body lotion. Would love yo be able to connect phone to TV to watch Netflix/App movie

På det ene rommet var en av sengene skjev så ble liggende i lett nedoverbakke, vi sa fra i resepsjonen som skulle se på det, men ingenting skjedde.

Staff are extremely helpful and nice to deal with Location is great, opposite heuston station and a short luas ride from the city centre. Food is really nice and rooms are clean, spacious and comfy.

Nothing bad about the hotel, food is a bit pricey but it is Dublin so you expect everything to be a bit more expensive.

This feels like an upscale hotel. Great staff at the reception and doors. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is close to tram stops, so getting to the city center is easy.

The single beds were narrow and I was afraid of falling off the bed when turning from one side to the other. Sleep quality is the only minus for this hotel and good night's sleep is pretty important when staying at a hotel.

First impression when we went inside was excellent. Staff helpful room comfortable and tidy. Breakfast was excellent huge choice of food and refreshment’s, probably the best I’ve experienced.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, I suppose the cost overall was high along with the breakfast having to pay separately made it so, but the standard was very high overall so expected

I arrived in a middle of a flood in the hall, my room was not cleaned one day and the crew did almost nothing to keep ourselves comfortable with that situation. If rains don’t stay there, and be prepared to clean your room.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Heuston Station is only a 2 minute walk away so it is perfect for traveling. We were a bit early and our rooms weren’t quite ready for us but there is free luggage storage on the property so we didn’t have to drag it around with us while we waited.

The bed was quite firm but I know some people prefer that so this is more personal preference than it is a negative.

This was my second stay at the Ashling Dublin. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Heuston Train Station and in close proximity to the Guiness Storehouse. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is about a 15–20-minute walk to places like Grafton Street and St. Stephens Green but we enjoyed staying where it was less crowded. We used the Luas tram which runs in the direction along the river and can bring you closer to some of these busier areas. The tram was $2euro and the tram stop was a 2-minute walk right outside the Ashling Hotel. The price for the Ashling Dublin hotel was very reasonable compared to some of the other options I looked at. If you are traveling by train, it is super convenient with Dublin's main train station right across the street. This hotel is also very close to the Dublin Zoo and Phoenix Park if you plan to visit those two places, this would be a great option.

La chambre est assez spacieuse pour 4 personnes, et propre. Le personnel est aimable et la proximité de la gare et du Tram est un plus

As a solo Traveler I have been in and out of there 3 times in the last month and have always been greeted by the friendly doorman and reception staff, all the staff have been excellent. The rooms are excellent and have been very happy with everything. Thank you to All.

The only thing I didn't like is that I haven't come sooner to this hotel it was amazing.

I felt the room for £200+ per night was very basic compared to how nice the rest of the hotel is. Although I was generally happy with the room there were stains on the carpet, scratches on the furniture and the view from the window wasn't very nice.
