Locatie en personeel

Niets

The location was excellent, breakfast was good and the staff really helpful and always upbeat

The water pressure in the shower was very low, it took longer than normal to shower. The lighting was poor in the room even though there was lamps by the bed there was little light in the centre of the room.

Breakfast buffet was great, very friendly staff. Location was right next to all the walkable sightseeing locations and Temple Bar.

Tudo ótimo ! Muito bem localizado! Confortável e bom isolamento acústico!

Tudo certo

Nichts.

Schlechter Standard, fast kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche, schmutziger Teppich, laute Lüftung, völlig überteuert

Simpatia do staff (principalmente a Paloma!), localização e sossego.

Hotel beautiful staff were lovely and friendly.

Smoking area was small..

all was Very impresive

Location, parking, staff, breakfast

Posizione centrale con affaccio su Dublinia!

Niente

Location. Breakfast.

Old building. Noise between rooms. Doors slamming. Bathroom had a rotten sulfur smell. No water in rooms.

perfect location

NA

Parking was outrageous. The hotel was just ok. A bit of a trendy premier inn

Great location, clean room

Location

Toilet rolls

Location very central

Quasi nulla

Breakfast was really good with a great variety.

Location

Expensive

Comfy room and bed. Good breakfast, self serve buffet. Good bar

Water pressure was terrible. We had to change rooms, because of a plumbing issue. Water pressure only marginally better in the second room.

No washcloths and no top sheets....made it a bit difficult

A beautiful hotel, recently renovated to a high standard. Excellent location for city exploring, right opposite Christ Church which we could look over from our room. Very quiet rooms, well soundproofed. Excellent shower

I felt that the pillows let the standard down slightly, they were flat and not luxurious at all - I struggled to be comfortable with them.

The location is very close to the center and restaurants. We tried the breakfasts but it’s not worth it for the money. We tried the restaurant for dinner, good quality/ price and offer of the food

Waiter at the restaurant not welcoming to the guests.

The staff here exceeded my expectations in every way. They were helpful and multiple times went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

The bed and pillows though were hard as rocks and I did not sleep well.

The location is fantastic- couldn’t be better. Our rooms had windows looking at the beautiful church across the street. The hotel manager Jordi was amazing - truly - he fixed an issue with our second room in a friendly, positive, kind manner. We were treated like VIPs, even though we’re normal folks - and it made our trip very special.

Personale eccellente e davvero disponibile. Camera moderna e super pulita. Colazione variegata e buona. Ottima posizione centrale

Great location close to action , friendly staff

All was good

Convenient location, clean, good size rooms, and A/C! The staff was friendly.

While the beds were comfortable, the pillows definitely were not. The water pressure in the shower was quite low and I couldn't get any hot water in the shower the 2nd morning. This is minor, but the artwork with the sayings looks cheap and degrades the otherwise stylish appearance of the rooms.

.

Amazing location (Temple Bar, Guinness Megastore etc. all easily walkable), fantastic staff and loved the room with a view towards the Christchurch Cathedral. Price was very much in line with the quality and we would happily stay here again.

The doors and walls were a bit thin so you could hear some loud noises from outside, like bangs of the other room doors in the corridor closing.

good position and good location

Location

No one to help with luggage, room very small, and price point v high for service level and high price, would not recommend.

Both were excellent

La localización céntrica y la habitación era moderna y limpia

El desayuno bufete era poco variado y el precio era excesivo

La posizione. I servizi. La colazione
