Sehr wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und auch im Zimmer, Fenster z.T. nicht zu öffnen

Beds were comfortable. Clean bathroom with great rainfall shower. Staff was friendly & helpful. 20-30minute walk to most attractions. Area was quiet at night. Aircoach from Dublin airport drops you off just a few blocks away. Good option for a group of 3 as they have triple rooms.

Quite warm in the room in summer. Windows didn't open. Fans provided, but did not do much as they were shorter than the beds.

Non so da dove cominciare. Quando siamo arrivati, un uomo al desk ci ha chiesto, oltre ai documenti, una carta di credito da registrare e pre-autorizzare "come garanzia in caso di danni" da noi causati durante il soggiorno. Non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere. Quando mi sono opposto, in modo arrogante ci ha risposto "se non vi stanno bene le disposizioni della struttura, posso cancellare la vostra prenotazione". Dopo aver discusso 15 minuti, abbiamo ottenuto la chiave della stanza senza lasciare alcuna carta. Ho dovuto chiamare l'assistenza di Booking per risolvere definitivamente la situazione. La stanza era abbastanza buia e trascurata, riparazioni posticce sulle pareti, carta da parati mezza staccata, bagno terrificante. Le foto sono molto fuorvianti, non c'è dubbio. Occhio alla zona, si aggirano personaggi poco raccomandabili, soprattutto al tardo pomeriggio/sera. Evitate questa struttura!

Good location, great staff, beautiful hotel. I liked the staff and how comfortable and beautiful the hotel was. It was about a 20 minute walk from Temple Bar area.

Location was a bit far from where I wanted to be but that’s not the properties fault lol.

Location as too far from family was there to arrange my brothers funeral so needed st Stephens green but had a favorite pub down near the hotel

Excellent hotel. The most friendly and helpful staff.

I did not like anything. This was a cut rate hotel charging ridiculous prices for the level and quality provided.

The room was cramped, got incredibly warm, and was very loud. You could hear everything happening in the hallway and rooms next door. The room was tiny and not worth the money. The reception staff was not friendly, there is an abandoned building next door where shady looking people were hanging out and doing drugs. Generally this hotel is not worth it.

Sehr gute Lage. Flughafenbus und diverse andere Busse nach z.B. Belfast halten fast vor der Tür. Zum Kneipenviertel ist es ein 20 minütiger Spaziergang. Gute Pubs in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet und gut. Aufzug und kostenloser Wasserspender vorhanden.

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratze war leicht durchgelegen.

Such a lovely little boutique hotel to find close to everything in Dublin Room was clean, comfortable and even tho compact, adequate for couple of nights stay. Staff were great, always helpful. Breakfast had good options.

Nothing There is a bit of street noise but didn’t bother us

Staff were friendly and assisted concerns within their scope. Rooms were clean, but small.

First night was a street room fifth floor. Just a few metres away on the footpath seemed a gathering place for street people. Shouting and loud conversation commenced early evening and went till about 4:30 am resulting in no / broken sleep. The room floorboards creak tremendously as it is an old building, to add to nights overture. Upon request the next day the lovely reception ladies relocated us to a second floor rear corridor room which was better condition and should have been quieter on face value. Opted for an early night to catch up on sleep, but unbelievably two women and male in the next building pulled an all nighter boisterously partying, once again the noise travelling through the wafer thin unsoundproofed rooms. Closing windows didn't make much difference only added to stifling us (I think they were night-walkers). Fortunately they ceased their activities at daybreak and managed a couple of hours sleep until the next hotel room maxed out their boom box at 7am on the adhacent wall to our bed. A couple of thumps on the wall finally made the noise subside. My wife and I joked together in our drifting in and out of consciousness that this couldn't really be happening, and must be the subject of some celeb dark humour production. A sense of relief overwhelmed us when with bags packed had our backs to the door for the last time. This is 100% how it went down - understand much of this is beyond hotels control. I can easily answer - would I stay there again...

Staff was friendly and helpful especially Vinny. Central location was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was available

The room was small, but that is why the price was reasonable so it is nothing that I considered a negative

Very central. Lovely staff. Room was comfortable. Price was very good in comparison to other central locations.

Location was great. Room was available when we arrived at 10.30 am which was a bonus.

The hotel is tired and in need of modernising. If you are looking for anything more than a basic hitel this probably isn't the hotel for you.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size. Room was clean but had a lot of problems.

There were huge cracks in the wall and tge wallpaper was coming away in places. On top of that, one of the plugs on a bedside light was literally falling apart and can only be described as dangerous.

The room was kinda gross. There was a weird smell, and the carpet had sticky patches with who knows what. The price was way too much for what this room was.

Clean room! LOVELY staff! LOVED the filtered water available! Easy, affordable extended check-out time of two hours. I recommend.

Weird smells on the fourth floor. Way too many seedy characters around the hotel. Not enough airflow in my room. Bar area could use an upgrade. Could hear bumps and thumps from other rooms. Overpriced - Dublin.

Ett jätte bra boende. Finns inget att direkt klaga på. Min man gillade sängarna, jag tyckte dom var lite hårda. Nära till stan, bra frukost, väldigt mysigt, välstädat. Fint!

Номер дуже затишний, просторий і чистий. Порадувала наявність обігрівача, не зважаючи на літо. Ми потрапили в готель після сильної зливи, промоклі до нитки. Тому дуже оцінили можливість висушити одяг. Ще сподобався дизайн номеру, за це окремий респект. 😊

Proximity to bus station and reasonably priced breakfast.

Hotel sits in a rather bad street with lots of unpleasant people hanging around the premises. Our room was in an ok condition, with largely overpainted doors and cheap Ikea nightstands that were in laughable condition. Keeping your luggage at the hotel when checking out is possible, but they kept it in an unlocked shed in the courtyard. Reception and kitchen staff in general just seemed to be a lot on their phones. I am not expecting to get my feet kissed when I enter a room but a simple « hello » and acknowledgement would have sufficed.

Good staff - all exceedingly friendly, helpful and polite and professional. Nice and clean. I liked the cold water cooler. Also - good coffee!

Room was tiny and the table was too small to work at. The chair was too low to sit at the table even when balancing on pillows.

A considerar que los pisos impares no tienen acceso en ascensor. Si bien, como íbamos con un bebé nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación.

No hot water in the shower forcing us to take freezing cold showers, you can hear absolutely everything going on through the ceiling, even a casual conversation can be heard clearly. Same with the window, we had it closed yet we could hear everything going. Cleanliness was also not the greatest, loose hairs could be seen in the shower and sink. Shower had a dirty look to it, probably due to the mold and mildew build up. The breakfast was awful, especially at 14pp. To call it a buffet is truly confident.

The location

The amount of people that sat about the door ways of most of the entrances to the hotels were we were located. We had a room at the front of the hotel, road was noisy but that was to be expected, what we didn’t expect was the amount of people sitting in the street and on the stairs going into the hotel (people with nowhere to go) , when window was open the smell of weed was strong . Around 1am we had to close the window as the amount of talking from the people sitting around the stairs was loud but it was at 4.05 till around 5 am they were screaming at each other wanting to kill one another it was shocking. Bed squeezed every turn you made . Overall not a great night and it is such as shame as the hotel is in a great location, clean and the staff at reception was pleasant enough .

Die Türen quietschen, müsste mal bisschen geõlt werden. Hellhörig ist es auch, doch da wir viel unterwegs waren, war's auszuhalten. Würde ich trotzdem weiter empfehlen 😃

Excellent location- easy walk into town. Lovely Georgian exterior and lobby area. Breakfast is ok but the coffee awful and very weak.

The hotel is very tired and in need of refurbishment- a lot of the fittings are very dated and the carpets horribly stained all over the place. Room was ok. Very expensive

Room was comfortable and clean. A little warm, but the fans and window were great!
