Clean, a bit dated but clean.

The hallways were too warm. Our suite had the bedroom by the window A/C but the front of the room was a bit warm due to the hallway being warm and the A/C having to push the air so far. The night security was not good, the girl was on her phone by the coffee machine and didn’t even look up once when the three of us entered the hotel after 0200. We were in the lobby for over 5 mins waiting for the driver as they were finding a parking spot, and not once did the security guard even look up from her phone. No restaurant, decent continental breakfast.

Lack of garbage bins in the parkade area around the building. I saw people had thrown some garbage on the ground outside the fire exist door.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom executive suite. As a family of 5, it was more than enough room. We were all comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning exceeded our expectation. Breakfast was good!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Langley and were very impressed with the hotel overall. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. We also appreciated how professionally the staff handled a minor issue with our first room — there was a smoke odor, and when we brought it to their attention, they immediately apologized and moved us to another room without hesitation. Their response was excellent. The only suggestion I would make for improvement is regarding the pool and hot tub area. We would love to see the hotel consider introducing an adults-only swim time for an hour or two later in the evening. The hotel does a great job being family-friendly, and as a parent myself, I completely understand the importance of providing amenities for families. However, adult guests are also looking for a place to relax and unwind after a long day. During our stay, the pool and hot tub were very active with young children, right up into the late hours of the evening, which made it impossible to enjoy a quiet, relaxing experience. A short adults-only period in the evening would be a great compromise — allowing families to enjoy the facilities throughout most of the day while giving adult guests an opportunity to relax in a quieter environment. Aside from that one suggestion, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Best Western Langley. The excellent staff, cleanliness, and overall service made it a very positive experience, and we would gladly return.

Mooie ruime kamer netjes en schoon we verbleven hier 2 nachten voordat we weer terug naar huis vlogen. Bedden en kussens waren prima voor een goeie nachtrust. Hotel lag centraal alles in de buurt en een goeie verbinding naar downtown Vancouver. Ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd en een grote ontbijtzaal met genoeg plaats. Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zou hier zeker nog eens komen.

Towels were thin, bedding was not comfortable, drawers were dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom tiles in the shower had not been cleaned. Towels in the pool were extremely small and thin.

This Inn is clean and comfortable. I felt at home here and was treated very well. It was quiet, the staff were very polite and the buffet was excellent! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

There was a hockey team and dance team making to mic noise after hours and then there was not hot water for a shower on Saturday and Sunday morning

Nowhere to meet with a group without reserving a conference room. It would be nice if one of the meeting rooms or the breakfast room was open at other times.

I thought the breakfast menu was very diverse and more than acceptable , and parking was wonderful

one of my biggest complaints would be when the room was cleaned after first day old bar of soap and empty shampoo bottles were left in shower and it seemed as if everyone was jamed into one area of hotel which is ok I guess but the hallways seemed like they were jamed with cleaning carts and I would have prefered upstairs closer to the food area

The room was clean and staff were fine when they could be found. It appears to be understaffed. The room was a good size.

The breakfast was typical Best Western, instant oatmeal, juice that isn't juice, Wonder bread style bagels, etc. The website said there was s restaurant on the premises, but it is long gone. I was given a rate that proved not to be valid. When I brought this up while registering I was told that it must have been in U.S. dollars!! Now I realize what was a bit off about the whole place: it is clearly an American chain, but no one seems aware that this is Canada.

Great place to stay and location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. It was very clean and well equipped for would stay again.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. It had a larger selection than most hotels I've stayed at and the quality of the food was higher than I was expecting.

The pool was smaller than I expected, however, it was clean and still big enough for my group to have fun.

What stood out was the friendliness and patience of the check-in staff.

My wife and I and our 14 year old senior Labradoodle stayed at the Best Western Plus Langley Inn for 2 days over Christmas while visiting kids and grandkids. We have stayed here in the past as well and had a good experience. It’s certainly not high end by any means. The room atmosphere is a little dated, but it is clean, has decent amenities and has a good location for us, and typically a comfortable room. It’s a ground floor room (because of the pet) and I totally accept that, and it shouldn’t matter. It was fairly quiet at road level. The issue was the bed. Our bed had damaged springs, what felt like a bar in our backs and a hole in the center. It seemed like they put the hand me downs into the pet room and yet charge $25 more per night. You pay more but actually get less. I’m 100% ok with a pet charge. Our dog is fully trained but many aren’t and can be destructive. I took the issue to the clerk in the morning while on our way out to a Boxing Day function with family and she graciously found us a different room we quickly went back and checked and the bed seemed fine on my side. We quickly moved our stuff from next door and hurried to the family function. Later that night when back the room and ready for bed we discovered the bed was actually lumpy, complete with another soft hole and something jabby on my wife’s side. Another horrible sleep due to another worn out bed. Pet room at Best Western Langley = inferior worn out bed (queen option only), pay more for a pet room (agreed) but actually get less comfort than a regular paid room stay. I just won’t stay at the Best Western Plus in Langley again and will use the Hampton Inn a few Km’s away. I’ve stayed at it before and the beds and pillows are always excellent in or out of a pet room. You pay more, but a hotel is all about getting a comfortable sleep while away from home. So you do get what you pay for.

The doors to all the rooms slam hard carrying noise when in room trying to rest Crack smoke across the street at 7-11 a n entrance. Very nearby Rickis restaurant closed down Hot tub jets are really odd Spraying up and over the top with no good pressure

The breakfast was good with numerous choices of hot food, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. Lots of tables to sit at. The hotel was on a main intersection and easy to get to other places.

There were no restaurants around the hotel.

When I arrived at 2.30pm, I was informed that check-in time is 4 pm in the afternoon that’s really late. Fortunately my room was ready. Only one water machine and that is on the second floor and it takes coins only The Ricky’s restaurant that used to be here was closed permanently at the end of April The room redesign is awkward and difficult to move around, especially when you have luggage with you. Overall the area around the hotel is seedy and it feels unwise to walk around in the evening. Staff were helpful but will not stay here again

Consistently an excellent lodging, a personable and able Staff, remarkable cleanliness and updating of rooms, a strategic location. No restaurant, however.

The "Ricky's" on site restaurant is still on their website, and even in their room descriptions so we booked a stay but realized on arrival it was closed. Front desk said had been closed for months, permanently. Misleading, misrepresentation and they hadn't lowered their rates. Front desk insisted Ricky's wasn't listed and promoted as on site on their website but management eventually had to admit it was. Room carpeting was filthy, and the whole experience was of a cut cost cheap and mismanaged, lack of care and service. Friends had planned to stay there following week but they cancelled when we told them about Ricky's. On site breakfast was very bad.

Basic hotel for one night. Served our purpose. Would stay in again.

Special thanks to all personnel: receptionists, cleaning and security. All of them are on top of their charged duties. All, without exception - every person we came across at Best Western Langley is a pro.

Nice all-round: Central location. Close to shopping and restaurants, take-out, and delivery. At one point the upstairs guests were walking loudly, but that was only 1 out of 4 nights.

All personnel, all without exception we met: receptionists cleaning and security are on top of their charged duties. Very professional!
