Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Das Personal und das Frühstück war top. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr einfach. Beim Frühstück gab es sogar vegane Optionen.
Sauberkeit des Zimmers, Duschwand die man nicht festmachen konnte und kaputtenes Duschgel. Eines meiner Badetücher war schon benutzt, das fand ich ein bisschen erschreckend.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und mit großer Auswahl. Süße Stückchen hätten es allerdings noch gut ergänzt. Ein Schiff als Hotel ist schon originell und der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer zum Wasser hin lohnt sich.

Att det var längre bort från Centralstationen än vad jag fick uppfattning om när jag läste beskrivningen. Det förbjuds heller inga spårvagnar dit.

The common areas are dirty and the dirt on the carpet is visible. My room is not properly cleaned. The bed head was so old and never maintained that you could see the shape of the head. The window could not be maintain open but there was no ventilation, so the air in the room was impossible to breath. The boiler broke down and there was no hot water!!!!

Il non avere acqua calda per tutto il soggiorno, per un guasto all'impianto,, non è stato molto agevole. Lo staff si è profuso in scuse però il fatto rimane.

There was no hot water dieing or stay so no possibility to shower. The beds were two singles pushed together. Mattress topper on top. Mattress itself was not covered by sheet only the topper. They're also was very loud music playing. I finally feel asleep but that was just before midnight and it was still blasting...

Zimmerpreis wurde zweimal abgerechnet und musste reklamiert werden. Ausfall des warmen Wassers, wir mussten kalt duschen. Darüber gab es erst auf Nachfrage Informationen.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026L’établissement est réellement… intriguant lorsqu’on le découvre ! À mi-chemin entre le bateau et l’hôtel, c’est une proposition vraiment sympa, surtout pour les petits budgets. À peine arrivés dans le hall d’accueil, on a déjà l’impression d’embarquer pour une petite escapade flottante. Peu d’attente, et le personnel s’est montré agréable et disponible durant nos deux nuits de séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, avec un grand lit double : une vraie surprise ! Et avec la vue sur le Göta älv, l’immersion était totale. Les équipements étaient très bons, jusqu’aux verres mis à disposition dans la salle de bain. D’ailleurs, la télévision a été notre petit refuge alors que la pluie balayait le fleuve. Très sympa de découvrir les chaînes suédoises, malgré notre incompréhension de la langue ! Enfin, je dois souligner le grand « plus » du Good Morning+… son petit-déjeuner ! Nous n’avions honnêtement jamais profité d’un choix aussi varié dans un hôtel : de grands buffets en self-service, avec du salé comme du sucré, et beaucoup de bons produits. Il y avait également pas mal de spécialités dans le lot ! Le tout à volonté et plutôt bien réapprovisionné. De quoi goûter aux saveurs du petit-déjeuner suédois (et bien se remplir l’estomac). Bref, l’hôtel porte bien son nom !
Nous avons toutefois eu une coupure d’eau chaude entre la fin d’après-midi du dimanche et le lundi matin à 10 h. Rien de très embêtant, et le personnel s’est donné du mal pour résoudre le souci au plus vite. Le problème semblant récurrent, c’est néanmoins un point à noter. Le ménage n’était quant à lui pas parfait (quelques taches sur le protège-matelas), mais restait très correct dans l’ensemble.

Stayed on the water side of the boat which was nice ( and I'd recommend it) as barges and sail boats passed us by and we had sun and a nice view of the opposite shore. Clean, quiet and comfortable room and bathroom, though small. Breakfast was average but reasonable choices of hot and cold foods. Good to have a bar.
It was great to have a bar but the bar service was slow. Bar area is also the dining area, which is functional and soul-less, and doesn't take advantage of the boat's location at the water's edge. It lacks any soft seating an it is not very welcoming.

Reinigung des Zimmers / Handtuchwechsel nur auf Nachfrage. Wenn alle (oder viele) auf einmal zum Frühstück möchten, kann der Platz schon mal knapp werden, bzw. man muss warten.

Desværre er beliggenheden ikke så god i forhold til kollektiv trafik. Der er kun bus 59, som endda ikke kører sent aften. Vi har flere gange måttet gå den kedelige tur fra Centralen.

Fasttorkat kaffe i många kaffekoppar. Fullt vid frukosten och blev hänvisad till soldäck som den dagen var en ok septemberdag med sol. Undrar vad de gör när det kallt och regnigt väder. Boka tid för frukost när de har många gäster kan vara en god idé.

The room is very small, and tight with luggage and two people. The bed pillow was flat and uncomfortable.

1900 sek för 1 natt 5 till 6 September är för dyrt för hotel rum i sånt standard:)I resten av Europa skulle kosta max 700 sek :)men i Sverige speciellt Göteborg!!! verkar vara normalt. Toaletten var icke städat och var mögel på vägarna.
