I made a reservation in booking.com for 5 people 2 adults and 3 children my daughters are 17 and 15 years old and my son is 9 years old which booking.com told me that my daughters 17 and 15 years old were going to be charged as adults and at the time I had no problem and also booking.com clearly says that the breakfast is included which is a BIG LIE because when we arrived at the hotel they informed us that breakfast was only for 2 people not for all 5 people which is SHITTT !!!

The apartments need reconstruction. The pool needs to be cleaned everyday due to the trees. The WiFi sucks in the night.

L’hôtel mériterait d’être un peu rénové. Un peu d’odeur de moisissures dans le logement.

Il y a eu une différence entre le montant total de Booking et à l’arrivée dans l’établissement. Cela était vis à vis des taxes. Difficulté rencontrée suite à cette dépense inattendue !

Tutto. Ho avuto un soggiorno da incubo, non avevano un Wi-Fi stabile quindi spesso non c’era o molto debole, il personale dell’albergo continuava a dare la colpa al gestore ma non è vero perché visitando i miei clienti hanno tutti delle linee veloci dove mi allacciavo per poter lavorare. Per me internet è il Wi-Fi negli alberghi è fondamentale perché mi serve per lavoro. Ci sono zanzare ovunque che ti divorano, appena ti fermi un istante alla reception che saltano addosso. La colazione fa schifo, 2 uova e 4 patate vecchie avanzate dalla sera prima, una colazione scelta da loro, praticamente un piatto unico dove ti servono loro cosa devi mangiare, con 2 toast vecchi e 2 fettine di arancia per abbellire il piatto, nemmeno un succo o altro. Qualsiasi cosa che chiedi in più di quello che ho citato è a pagamento. Tipo un succo costa 3 dollari. Qualità del cibo scadente per non dire schifoso. Ho fatto 2 colazioni su 5 poi ho rinunciato per lo sporco e la qualità pessima e scadente. L’albero è vecchio stile anni 80 ma la cosa peggiore è la sporcizia ovunque, i bagni della reception sono sporchi, vi sono ciocche di capelli neri per terra e perfino sul desktop della reception ma il personale è noncurante come se fosse una cosa normale di tutti i giorni. La struttura vanta 4 stelle ma per me NON merita nemmeno 2 stelle. Io viaggio molto per lavoro in tutto il mondo ma un albergo di 4 stelle così non ho mai visto. Non so come fanno a dare 4 stelle e non so come fa il personale di Booking a non accorgersi che non li merita le 4 stelle.

The hot tub didn't work. WTF? It was shown in the pictures. Maybe false advertising? Check in personnel was NOT friendly, like SXM is. Did not have enough beach towels. They were often out of towels.

Nécessite une rénovation urgente. Un jacuzzi sur la terrasse hors fonction. La plage est difficile à trouver dans ce labyrinthe de bâtiments. Le garage sans ascenseur, il faut remonter les valises sur une rampe. Le petit-déjeuner se passe de commentaire (il faut choisir soit café soit jus de fruits).

Balcony doors couldn’t lock which was risky with young children Apartment was full of mosquitoes and ants upon arrival, dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and microwave had old food. Paid for breakfast through booking.com but the hotel only gave vouchers for the adults not children. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children but hotel wanted us to pay for the extra sheets and towels for the kids and we had to make the beds ourselves.
