The view was amazing and across the street to Maho very close. Lots of restaurants all over. I would stay again in a heart beat.

The location is ideal. You can walk to everything needed or wanted from there. The views are amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was good that I saw, the little things were not relevant to complain on. The staff are friendly and helpful that’s for sure.

Riesiges Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung, Aussicht von der Poolterrasse direkt auf die Landebahn.

La situation de l’hôtel, la vue sur l’aéroport , la plage, la piscine, le jardin, le casino tout proche, beaucoup de restaurant autour.

Pas de petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel mais un Deli pas loin un peu cher mais très bien.

La climatisation bruyante dans le salon, et dans la chambre le flux d'air frais allait directement sur le lit

Eles simplesmente me cobraram duas vezes e nao estornam o valor. Eu paguei mais de 7 mil reais em março e me cobraram esse valor novamente em abril, sem resposta alguma.

Die Größe des Zimmers und die wunderbare Aussicht war perfekt. Der Pool hatte genau die richtige Temperatur um sich abzuführen aber nich darin zu erfrieren. Für Flugzeugbegeisterte der perfekte Platz um Urlaub zu machen.

Der Ventilator im Badezimmer war recht laut.

Ok för en kortare vistelse för att uppleva flygen på nära håll, men allt för mycket ljud från dem för att vilja stanna längre. Dock väldigt fint pool område. Bra med parkeringsplatser i garage, närhet till restauranger

There was roaches in the room and the room was too small.

The location near the Airport was top. Near Restaurants and a shoo was very helpfull.

The very dark and scary parking area.

Close to airport and beach. Close to restaurants and casino. Had pool and hot tub. Fun to watch planes land and take off.

A bit out dated. Tile grout is dark and nasty in many areas….though they cleaned the floors every day. Plane watching soon gave way to being annoyed at the noise and unexpected smells of burnt aviation fuel and even burnt rubber from aircraft tires when they first touch down on the runway. Yes, you’re that close!!

The staff was excellent. The rooms need to be refreshed, clean but old. Some rooms had a musty smell. The pool lacked attention and the water turned green. There was outside maintenance work ongoing in the pool area with loud motors running on and off during the day. The location is excellent with walking distance to everything in Maho.

Close to beach

We had to cancel this trip of a lifetime for medical reasons and the property management would not respond to any requests for refund. Expedia reached out to them but they would NOT honor any requests for a refund nor our personnel emails requesting same. Very disappointing and sad.

This property is very well situated and the front desk staff and managers such as Nina, numerous female representatives Keleisha, and others were very helpful. My only complaint is that the towel policy between properties should be consolidated, this green and blue towels nonsense would reduce the number of security guards asking if you belong in the property or not. Very off putting. Otherwise, keep doing the great work.

I love this place

The view from my room was simply out of this world! The staff, particularly manager Nina, security Melnor, front desk Antwon and housekeeper Celeste were extremely courteous and helpful.

Location is perfect! Very quiet hotel compared to busy Sonesta across the street. View out by the pool is amazing if you’re into the planes coming in to land at nearby airport.

El alojamiento es cerca de restaurantes,casino,cerca del aeropuerto,supermercado a pocos metros ,la verdad está bastante bien.

Overall, well kept property. Rooms are cute, some what old fashioned. There is No kind of food service. However Lots of restaurants around. I would give it a 7/10 for everything.

Great room with great views. Clean and well-maintained. Convenient location; it's easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and a grocery store. Enjoyed having covered parking out of the sun.

Young men find it amusing to put on show in the middle of the street at 1am and burn their tires on their motorcycles in front of a crowd. Good luck sleeping if you have a room facing the street.

I only got to experience the property for a few hours due to a fire that broke out on the second floor around 10 pm and we had to be evacuate the property (I checked in only 7 hours prior to this event). The overall rating of 1 star is due to the inadmissible safety gaps the property struggled with which could have caused significant losses of life if it weren’t for a 20 year old guy staying at the property across from this one who took it upon himself to alert the security guards. There were no fire alarms inside the room or the hallways, there were no smoke dete toes inside the room or hallways and based on discussions with the local security guards the fire extinguishers did not work. I do want to give credit where credit is due and confirm the room was clean and in too top shape prior to me having to leave the property. We were transferred to the sister property La Plage and everything was great there. I did ask for a refund for the night in question and have yet to hear resolution on it. I do want to commend the local ambulance service who checked us for smoke inhalation. I would recommend future guests to make sure the safety standards are in place before booking.

Unfortunately I can’t say anything good, except to help others avoid this property. What a dump. Hasn’t been updated since the 70s. Dingy hallways, smelly. No amenities no room service, noise level through the roof until 4:00 AM. Broken AC stuck at 67 and frozen. No one to call for extra bedding. Pull out sofa in living room horrible. Wouldn’t shower here, so grossed out. The property across the street a little nicer, with some renovated rooms. Parking lot was tough, and the second floor stunk. Housekeeping lady was even rude, promptly knocking at 10:00 AM for checkout. Accused me of lying when I said, front desk didn’t tell me check out was 10:00.. Anyone who says this place is great is lying to get you to experience the misery they did.

The property is a 5 minute walk from the beach. So that was nice. The pool area was kept clean and relaxing.

The hotel is old and could use some installation - absolutely impossible to sleep as you could hear everything outside - every motorcycle every person yelling.

This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancelation. It was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed here longer. It was clean and well maintained. Security was there all the time. The pool was nice. The full kitchen would have been nice, had we spent more time there. It was on a party street, so we could hear music late in to the night.

Great location for watching aircraft; probably the best there is. Good views from the room balcony, but the raised area near the pool was unsurpassable.

The hotel is in a convenient area near Maho Beach. The street that the hotel is on has some late night restaurants and a market to grab some items. The rooms are out dated but it did not bother me much because it gives an authentic vibe, was clean and honestly most of the fun happens outside so I was barely in my room during the day. Overall, this is the hotel if you want to stay somewhere affordable near Maho Beach. If you want the private beach and pool area with the bar, go to the La Plage across the street instead. However, you are allowed to go across the street there and enjoy those amenities anyways.

If you are a plane spotter, this is the best place. Dont even need to leave your balcony. You can even sit in the pool and watch!
