There was no basis amenities like lotion, tooth brush and paste or in house slippers. Booking with IBIS meant the basis were provided and we dis not have to carry them with us during travel.

Receptionist was nice and room was clean.

Car park was full so we ended up getting a parking ticket. They also caused us significant anxiety and grief by emailing me a threat to pay before 5pm or our reservation would be cancelled!

Al final no he dormido en el Ibis, me han hecho un upgrade y dormimos en el Novotel, la habitación y los servicios muy bien.

Muy buen hotel, instalaciones, atención del personal estupendo, el desayuno me encantó. Volvería seguro. Lo recomiendo!

Tal vez la ubicación un poco alejado del centro, pero muy manejable!

At the breakfast area, the staff questioned us twice—first before we entered the dining room, and then again when they approached us while we were getting our food. During the second interaction, the staff member’s tone was unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable.

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer waren ausreichend ausgestattet.

La habitación era muy pequeña.

Die Lage ist genau was wir gesucht haben, wir haben das vereinbarte Ziel ohne grosse Anstrengungen erreicht. Es war extrem ruhig auch als wir in der Nacht zurückkamen und auch das Bett war sehr bequem.

Das Badezimmer war doch sehr klein, und auch das Badetuch war kleiner als erwartet.

Das Personal ist eher unpersönlich, wirkt elitär und man fragt sich warum. Sie sind überhaupt nicht engagiert und es kann sein, dass man keinen Parkplatz mehr bekommt in der Tiefgarage, weil andere Gäste zwei Plätze belegen. Das Personal interessiert das nicht. Wir mussten dann für 50 Fr. die Nacht in ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus, öffentlich parkieren.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benoetigt und alles ist zweckmaessig eingerichtet.

Im Baderaum ist alles sehr eng eingerichtet und man muss genuegend Zeit einplanen.

Buona posizione, non molto centrale ma vicina alla stazione e a diversi tram. Zona tranquilla. La presenza di aria condizionata ci ha salvato dal caldo. Colazione buona.

Excelente localização, limpeza e simpatia dos funcionários. Fica muito fácil pegar trens e se locomover pela cidade. Bons restaurantes ao redor, assim como supermercados. Café da manhã muito bom.

Quarto justo - pequeno mas acomoda ok. Infelizmente não possui frigobar para auxiliar em compras no supermercado

I stayed first time in Ibis chain of hotels and it does not meet our expectations. Stay was not comfortable especially when you are living with family

Everything went well when we arrived, but when we return to Zurich the room that was assigned to us our air conditioning was making a very load noise and it took them 4 hours to change us to another room. That was not acceptable, we should have been move soon.

I booked and paid for one family room (25 sqm) with two beds and one standard room (16 sqm) with a single bed. However, upon arrival, the hotel failed to provide the family room I had reserved and paid for. Instead, I was given two standard rooms (16 sqm each), one with twin beds and the other with a single bed. This is not equivalent to the accommodation I purchased, as the family room was larger and more expensive. In addition, while making the reservation, Booking.com displayed an error when I attempted to book one of the standard rooms. Despite the error, the payment was still processed. I later discovered that three rooms had been booked instead of the two I intended to reserve. I immediately informed both the hotel and Booking.com that the third room was the result of a booking system error and requested its cancellation and a full refund. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have received no resolution or meaningful update. I expect Booking.com to take responsibility for this issue and process a full refund for the unintended third room without further delay. I also request appropriate compensation or reimbursement for the hotel’s failure to provide the family room that I booked and paid for. I paid for a specific room type and did not receive the service promised. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection authorities, my payment card issuer, and other relevant dispute resolution channels. I request a written response confirming the refund and the steps being taken to resolve this matter within the next seven days.

The hotel did not provide the family room I booked and paid for. Instead, I was given two smaller standard rooms. Additionally, a Booking.com system error resulted in an extra room being booked and charged, and despite repeated requests, my refund has still not been processed.
