Mnohokrát jsem spal v ubytování podobného typu ale takto nepříjemný interiér oholený na kost jsem ještě neviděl, dva příklady za vše 1. v celé místnosti byla jedna zásuvka v rohu pod televizí a to ještě pouze se dvěma kolíky 2. měřím 187cm ale záchodová mísa byla tak vysoko že jsem musel být na špičkách Nakonec to nejlepší 2 noci/jedna osoba 450 Sfr

Untidy old and very very small room

The hotel is well-located, very close to tourist attractions; there is a tram stop almost right in front, making it easy to get around the city. The price and cleanliness are good.

The breakfast is very simple; there aren't many options at the buffet.

Location was OK, only a few yards to the tram stop (Route 51) and route goes direct to the Railway Station. Good breakfast though not too much choice and no real hot food (except eggs). Breakfast was 0630 M-F & 0700 at weekend. Bed was quite comfortable and the air con worked well. I WOULD stay again but only as a last resort. Quiet location by the Tecnopark.

This is a 'basic' Hotel, not really a 'Budget' hotel. Hate having the shower in the Bedroom together with the washing facilities. Storage space very poor and cramped! Very thin walls and could hear the snoring in other rooms. Breakfast to start at 0630 EVERY day. Why did stay here I hear you ask. Well my normal Hotel had no room available and this was the best on offer given short notice.

se gli ospiti sono tre, forse era il caso prevedere tre kit doccia e non due; il bagno era praticamente scomposto con doccia e lavabo a vista, quindi poca privacy anche se facenti parte dello stesso nucleo familiare; trovo un limite che il personale tra le molte lingue non parli l'italiano

La habitación amplia y comoda, cero ruido, todo muy bien, el desayuno muy completo en el hotel. Excelente.

Friendly welcome. Room was fine with a comfortable bed. The shower and sink are part of the room as other reviews have mentioned. Room had air con, hair dryer and TV. Good lighting in room. Breakfast was served in a spacious ground floor area and consisted of cereals, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cucumber, spreadable soft cheese, bread, mini pastries, yoghurt, jams, fruit salad, fruit juice and hot drinks machine including hot chocolate. There was a room for storing bags before check in / after check out. Tram stop to / from main railway station just outside front door. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood and neighbourhood felt safe.

The fruit salad at breakfast wasn’t freshly prepared on a daily basis which meant that it didn’t look very appetising on days 2 and 3 of our stay with some browning of the fruit.

Lage ist gut, Personal freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Sauberkeit war ohne Mängel. Das Bett und die Matratze waren ordentlich.

Beim „grünen“ Konzept hatte ich teilweise den Eindruck, dass Nachhaltigkeit hier auch ein Stück weit als Businessmodell genutzt wird. Überall finden sich kleine Hinweise, warum bestimmte Dinge besonders umweltfreundlich gestaltet wurden. Grundsätzlich finde ich das gut – ich selbst halte Umweltschutz für wichtig. Bei manchen Maßnahmen habe ich allerdings Zweifel am tatsächlichen Nutzen. Ein Beispiel sind die Duschköpfe mit nur 6 Litern Wasserverbrauch pro Minute. Das klingt zunächst sehr nachhaltig – wenn man dafür aber deutlich länger braucht, bis beispielsweise die Seife abgespült ist, stellt sich für mich die Frage, wie groß die tatsächliche Einsparung am Ende noch ist. Deutlich kritischer sehe ich die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Ich habe mir vorgestellt, ich wäre mit meiner Frau und mit entsprechendem Gepäck gereist: Es gibt praktisch keinen Kleiderschrank, kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen oder abzulegen, und auch für Koffer oder Taschen fehlt eine vernünftige Ablage. Für eine Nacht mag das funktionieren, bei mehreren Übernachtungen wird es aus meiner Sicht schnell unpraktisch. Auch die Gestaltung des sehr kleinen Zimmers mit dem grün-grauen, etwas garagenartigen Charakter empfand ich persönlich als wenig einladend. Das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Wer ein sehr reduziertes, funktionales Konzept mag und auf Komfort verzichten kann, wird damit vermutlich gut zurechtkommen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es für mich allerdings nichts. Ein letzter Punkt eher als Hinweis als als echter Mangel: Die Klimaanlage läuft automatisch mit 21 Grad. An einem heißen Tag war ich durchaus froh darüber, allerdings waren mir 21 Grad zu kühl und ich stellte sie auf 23 Grad. Sobald man das Zimmer verlässt, wird diese Einstellung offenbar wieder automatisch zurückgesetzt. Gerade bei einem Hotel, das sein Nachhaltigkeitskonzept so stark betont, fand ich das zumindest etwas widersprüchlich.

La ubicacion del hotel es buena. Es un hotel basico pero bueno para descansar y el staff de la recepcion fue siempre amable.

Entiendo que es una linea economica de hoteles Ibis en una ciudad muy costosa, pero queda claro que no han puesto ningun esfuerzo adicional en el proveer un minimo confort, por ejemplo, en la habitacion no hay por ejemplo conectores USB, que ahora incluso muchos hostales los ofrecen. El desayuno es extremadamente basico y las maquinas de jugo o cafe no funcionaban bien todo el tiempo y tampoco tenian suficiente staff para atender el desayuno durante el fin de semana. No esperaba lujos pero para ser un hotel parte de una gran cadena hotelera, queda claro que una mejor calidad para Ibis Budget no es prioridad.

La ubicación está bastante bien, a 25min andando del centro. Las camas son muy cómodas y por dejar las mochilas en recepción después del check out no hay que pagar extra.

Viajamos desde España y encontrar un recepcionista Español, nos alegro el dia, personal muy amable, pedimos habitacion triple y era basicamente imposible moverte dentro de la habitacion. Muy correcto pero espacio justo. Tambien al ser un Ibis, te puedes llevar tu comida y comer en la zona comedor que eso esta genial.

Cheapest private option for a couple that we could find in Zurich. Big TV with Netflix available to log in to. Shower is in the bedroom and toilet is high off the ground, but they acknowledge this in the room with satirical posters, and as a l couple we didn’t mind. May lack some privacy for showering if you’re less close to one another. Takes around an hour to walk into the main Zurich centre but public transport is easy to navigate, with tram and train stops within a 10 minute walk. There is a nearby Coop supermarket and we ate lunch from here downstairs in the main buffet area to save some money. No cooking facilities. Our window broke but the maintenance fixed it within an hour.

USB plug would have been helpful - bring a Swiss adaptor

Der Lärm in diesem Hotel war der Horror. Zwei Nächte beinahe kein Auge zugetan.

Parkplätze ausreichend und gratis vorhanden Sehr freundliches Personal (24/7 jemand anwesend und immer hilfsbereit) Großer Frühstücksraum, den man auch abends benutzen kann um Spiele zu spielen oder in unserem Fall noch eine Pizza zu essen

Das "Badezimmer" ist für eine Reisegruppe (nicht verwandt) eher ungeeignet. Wäre es platztechnisch nicht anders möglich, würde ich es nicht bemängeln. Aber eine einfache Wand hätte definitiv Platz gehabt um Dusche, Waschbecken und WC in einen eigenen Raum zu packen so dass man sich beim Duschen abtrocknen kann ohne direkt vorm Bett zu stehen.

Das Zimmer hat keinen Schrank. Keine Kofferablage. Das Licht in WC geht ständig aus. Man will wohl sparen. Sehr unangenehm. Das Frühstück, billiges, laberiger Käse. Billigste Teebeutel. Tee wird sofort schwarz. KEINE EIERBECHER. Ein Hotel ohne Eierbecher. Das habe ich bisher noch nirgends erlebt. Im Verhältnis zu Hotel Saint Georg Weberstr. preislich überteuert. Indisches Personal arrogant. Am liebsten möchte ich mein Geld zurück.

C’è stato un errore inaccettabile da parte dello staff riguardo il parcheggio. Inizialmente ci era stato detto che il parcheggio costava circa 26CHF a notte, il giorno dopo al ritiro della macchina ci siamo trovati a dover pagarne 78CHF. Non solo inaccettabile l’informazione errata dello staff ma inaccettabile anche il prezzo.

We were in Zurich for the Diamond League athletics event at Stadium Letizgrund. The hotel location was perfect for this and as right on a tramline as well which was great.

Gutes Frühstück, die Lage ist Spitze , direkt an der Strassenbahnhaltestelle (knapp 10 min Fahrzeit zum Hauptbahnhof, alle 1 0 min)

Es war mir nicht möglich, ein TV-Programm einzuschalten. Beim Einchecken fragte ich nach den empfangbaren TV-Programmen. "Das weiss ich nicht, denn ich sehe hier nie fern." Eine unprfessionellere Antwort habe ich selten gehört. Ich hatte DZ mit Frühstück gebucht. Da ich allein angereist bin, dachte ich, der Frühstückspreis für die 2.Person würde mir erlassen. Aber das ging nicht mit der Begründung, Booking akzeptiert das nicht. Das verstehe ich nicht. Das Zimmer ist so eng, dass die 2.Person kaum in ihr Bett gehen kann. Es gibt keine Stühle, sondern nur einen kleinen Hocker.

Eveything was fine, I booked two rooms in emergency, one room has not fair air conditioning, I have to change the room, new room has a window problem. any how it was good, near to tram station, good clean locality, near to market like ldil, coop, nice and helpfull staff.

Well when I request for window key (to close I properly for cooling) after 8 PM, the reception does not have becuase key is with maintance department.

Im Zimmer ein modriger Geruch - aus dem Abfluss des Waschbeckens. Die absichtlich hoch montierten WC's sind nicht komfortabel und für Kinder äusserst unpraktisch.

Allora: va tutto rapportato al prezzo, che per essere a Zurigo è assolutamente competitivo. Può essere strano non avere un ambiente bagno separato dalla stanza, e quindi il lavandino e la doccia a vista, per così dire. Però l'albergo è pulito, moderno, ben posizionato, silenzioso, letti comodi, una prima colazione del tutto soddisfacente e quindi per una o due notti, magari quando si viaggia da soli, va benissimo

Everything was neat and clean

It’s just that the washbasin is inside the room right in the room - just in front of the bed which is quite weird. And the door for the bathroom was transparent for which they have a reason too so that you can entertain your friends but is not applicable for everyone. It’s just in my view
