Best Western Naples Inn & Suites

We had a very good stay here. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable. The pool was really nice, and the location was convenient, about 5 minutes from Lowdermilk Beach and around 10 minutes from 5th Avenue. The parking was excellent, especially if you're staying on the ground floor, as you can park right in front of your room. Having a microwave and hot water available 24/7 at the pool tiki bar was also a great plus. The free shuttle to the beach was a great service and definitely added value to our stay.

There aren't many shuttle options: it goes to the beach at 9 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM, and the return trips are only at 12 PM and 3 PM. Having a few more options throughout the day would make this service even better.

el tamaño del apartamento esta bien para 3 personas.

La reposicion de los jabones y shampoo deberia ser a diario. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones es muy justo. Las alfombras y el mobiliario podrian ser mas nuevos, lo hacer parecer sucio. la localizacion del hotel es lo mejor que tiene.

el servicio que ofrecen para llevarte y traerte de la playa. Nos dijo la funcionaria que el van estaba averiado y era su mentira. El chofer dijo que estaba averiada la van y que recién el día lunes estaría arreglada (esto fue el sábado), sin embargo el día domingo (nos tuvimos que ir a la playa en uber) la van pasó a recoger huéspedes de la playa. Por otro lado la funcionaria me dijo que nos reembolsaría $us 50 por el incumplimiento y nunca nos reembolsaron.

Los aires acondicionados no servían, me tuve que bañar con agua fría y por si fuera poco habían cucarachas.

De grote en ruime kamer met zicht op binnentuin met zwembad. De dames voor het verzorgen van het ontbijt waren super lief en vriendelijk.

Alles super verouderd. Geel bruin/zanderig water uit de douche op dag 1. Dame aan de check in vrij kort, niks van uitleg. De bedden waren verschrikkelijk slecht.

estuvimos alojados en n departamento , es la segunda vez , pero esta vez lo notamos , muy abandonado, poca limpieza y con faltantes dentro de las cosas diarias. Creo que volveria si lo reciclan, modernizan, etc. El desayuno en la pileta esta muy bien , agregaria algunas frutas mas , ( tipo, tropicales). saludos

Ubicación, entorno de la piscina, posibilidad de cochera gratis. Apto amplio. Baño renovado y cocina, heladera y lavavajillas nuevo. Lavadero de ropas automático. Valoro el balcón para secar ropa.

Llegamos a una habitación que tenía olor a cigarro y como no teníamos agua caliente nos cambiaron a otra que sí estaba limpia (por ende la 1ra no). Piso de moquet. Desayuno con lo básico.

Nada es como las fotos, aunque la habitación estaba limpia, el aire no enfriaba para nada, el servicio muy malo, aunque tengo que decir que en el desayuno si había un servicio eficiente

The only thing Good about this hotel is the pool. But this time the pool wasn’t cleaned it was cloudy. We had to switch rooms twice. We rented the two bedroom apt. One room the bed linens was dirty. Hair all over the bed and a dead bug. Also air conditioning works in the living room but the bedrooms barely gets cold air. The sofas were ripped and in bad condition. I’m a diamond member and this is the room they gave me. Front desk was super rude. Smh then the second room one bed was all discombobulated looked like it was gonna fall off the frame, the kitchen stuff was dirty the fridge was dirty. The furniture was old. Only the sofa was fairly new in this second room, but it wasn’t a pull out bed. The room smelled musty. The dinning table didn’t even have four chairs only two chairs and a chair from outside the table was old and dirty and stained, The window panel broken. Basically like a run down motel. Just a bad overall experience. Old and ripped furniture all around the room. The remotes to the tv were sticky and dirty it was gross.. Only some rooms are remodeled. But definitely not the bigger ones. Beware of this place nice on the outside not clean on the inside

We really enjoy this hotel and have stayed here several times over the years. It is not a luxury hotel, but it has always been very charming, comfortable, and welcoming. We love the pools, mini golf, beautiful outdoor areas, and the overall atmosphere of the property. The location is excellent, and the price offers great value. Despite some issues during this visit, this is still a hotel we would like to continue choosing whenever we visit Naples.

Unfortunately, compared with our previous stays a few years ago, there has been a very noticeable decline in the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Small issues in the rooms appear to have been left unrepaired, carpets and outdoor floors were stained, and the A/C vents were covered with dust. The air conditioner also seemed to struggle to cool the room properly. Most concerning, there was a dirty diaper on the ground from the time we arrived until we left, and it was never picked up. Although the hotel is a non-smoking property and the pool supposedly closes at 10 PM, there were guests smoking, drinking, and playing music around the pool late into the night. We genuinely like this hotel, which is why the decline is disappointing. If management reads these reviews, we sincerely hope they invest more attention in cleaning, maintenance, and enforcing the property rules. This is a lovely property with a lot of potential, and we would really like to see it return to the standard we remember from our previous stays.

La comodidad y limpieza de la habitación.Las toallas nuevas y suaves. La tranquilidad del lugar. El aire trabajaba muy bien. La cercanía a la playa, centro comercial, a Tin City con sus restaurantes, al supermercado Publix se puede ir caminando.

Great location, and a great free breakfast. Be forewarned that there is no elevator for the second floor. Also, there no longer appears to be a safe deposit box in the room. Service was outstanding.

The first room we were given did not have furniture. The second room we were moved to had bedbugs.

El hotel es perfecto, la ubicado muy cerca a la playa. El desayuno rico, el personal es espectacular, Muy buen servicio, reservamos la habitación con cocina, muy bien equipada, un poco antiguos los muebles en general, pero muy cómodos. El sillón cama muy cómodo también. Naples es tranquilo por las noches, se siente un lugar muy seguro.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que el toilet tupido tupido ,lo informe a resección pero no sé si lo llegaron a arreglar porque seguía igual solo ese problema por lo demás todo bien .

I’ll be honest, there is plenty of work to do on the breakfast area. The area where the food was served was very narrow and also the tables did not shades so we had to eat with the sun in our heads. I think this is something that can be fixed.

The property or room that we stayed in could use a remodel even though it was clean. The kitchen and bedrooms were great. Living room furniture was dated and torn.

Da es unser 5 Aufenthalt dort war, die Lage, die Anlage als solches mit dem Palmengarten.

Trotz renovierter Zimmer, waren die Matratzen tatsächlich schon etwas durchgelegen und die gesamte Anlage hat in meinen Augen mal ein kleines Make Over nötig.

hace años que vengo a este este hotel,pero hace 2 años que vemos que esta desmejorando ,a la habitacion le secaron la mesa ,las 2 sillas,el microondas,la caja de seguridad,el lavabo para el baño esta junto con la cafetera,no hay suficientes enchufes. No se le puede negar a un huesped una mesa y una silla para sentarse,tampoco una caja de seguridad y menos un microodas,son elementos basicos. Durante nuestra estadia escuche un rumor que van a sacar los jacuzzi. Sres no lo hagan,es el atractivo del hotel. La piscina al lado del lobby estaba muy sucia,yo personalmente saque un bollo de pelos y tambien muy turbia y el jacuzzi no funcionaba,la 2da piscina y el jacuzzi estaba bie. Que pena que no le presten atencion a estos detalles que son muy importantes para el huesped. Tambien me dedico a rentar vacacional (Airbnb) y se lo que el huesped necesita para su estancia. Espero que tomen en cuenta mis comentarios que tambien ya los he dejado en el ultimo viaje. Gracias

I liked that the property was in a good, central location.

This property is a little old and the room was not the cleanest. At one point, we asked a housekeeper to clean after the first night and she simply asked “Is it really dirty?” and walked away.

Repetir experiencia

First of all, there were bugs in the room. When we squished one of the bugs, it was full of blood. Then we looked under the bottom sheet, and there were more blood stains on the bed/mattress cover. We asked to switch rooms and they were very nice about that but we still felt uncomfortable. My husband has a CPAP machine, and there was no outlet to plug it in on his side of the bed. Breakfast was outside, there were bird droppings on the chairs and birds were landing on the tables and at our feet. It looked like there was a very nice indoor restaurant there so I don’t understand why they didn’t serve breakfast there. Also, the breakfast would be better if it was healthier. Things like fresh berries, gluten-free bread and dairy-free milk and cereal without so much sugar would be nice to have. The outside setting was lovely, with streams, fish, tropical plants. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very nice.

Furniture needs renovations

Had tickets to the Ranch Saloon and Dance Hall and it is right down the street. Room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and large fridge. This is one of the few places that had two luggage racks, one for me and one for my sister. This is a thing with me. One of us always has to use a chair. We used the pool which was also clean. It had chairs and towels available. Breakfast was great too.

There was mold on the shower floor. The pool was not being monitored it was 35 people in the pool with a 22 capacity many were holding babies without diapers they were drinking beer in the pool and eating hot dogs in the pool and had food all around the ledge of the pool where they were dining as well . They was sitting on the steps of the pool so it's unable to get in . This was a Father's Day surprise for my husband and all in all it was very disappointing disappointing
