I have stayed here a few tines bow abd it never disappoints. Staff so friendly and helpful. There is some building works going on at the moment so there is dome bousr around the pool area. It didnt bothef us. Thank you to all staff in club lounge.

We checked a lot of different hotels and decided on Al Habtoor Grand Resort and we’re so glad we did. We arrived first thing in the morning and the check in not until 3pm but they provided Travellers Lounge which we could rest until the check in and also they provided the same Lounge after we check out as our flight was at 1am and there was also shower so we could freshen up. The room was really good with part of the AIN wheel view and the sea view. They gave a us lovely fruits bowl and this delicious chocolate mousse in the room for our anniversary and they also provided bottle of waters every day. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with lots of choices. Probably the best selection from all the hotel we ever stayed. There are 2 different pool, one family pool with things for kids and the other adults only pool, it’s an infinity pool facing the sea. The sunset view from this pool is amazing. There’s also a private beach with lots of sun loungers provided. All the staff were amazing and really good. From the reception, the breakfast, house keeping, pool, and also staff at the entrance, Every single of them were amazing. We definitely coming back to this hotel. Thank you again to make our holiday unforgettable ❤️.

Great hotel, would definitely stay there again

I would return to this hotel anytime! Breakfast is fab, adult pool so peaceful. The beach has so much room and the beds are so comfortable. However, it’s not peaceful - if that’s what you like - Beach Club music and a plane constantly taking off and landing. My only complaint - the lack of staff trust I encountered. I would order one Diet Coke, I would then get up to go to the toilet (all my belongings would be on my bed), yet the bar staff would be chasing me to settle the bill for one Diet Coke. This happened every day! I asked for two towels at this pool from the lifeguard for my friend and I - he asked if my friend had a room at the hotel - which of course she did. We settled our hotel bill on the last night and we were told in the morning to contact reception and they would check we hadn’t left anything in the room and check the minibar. The member of staff came to the room - checked the mini bar, put all contents in the fridge and then locked the unit the fridge was in, in front of us. Just in case we decided to help ourselves! Yet, they had my credit card anyway! This just let down what would’ve been a perfect stay. There must be a better way.

Great service throughout my stay. Reception, restaurant and all the staff in the Underground Pub in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

All the facilities are clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable with quality sheets. Beach is at the back of hotel, with sun deck chairs and bar service. Pool is amazing with spa and activities. Staff are super helpful and nice. Buffets are 5 star with quality food and variety.

All was perfect but prices in the hotel and on the beach was very high and unacceptably. 35 dirham for one Coca Cola.

The staff make this experience, whether this is the house keeping staff, the restaurant staff or the front office staff, they are there to help ensure that your stay is pleasant and problem free. The only downside is the construction work happening adjacent to the hotel.

From start to finish, our stay couldn't be faulted. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and was a short walk from the marina and JBR, filled with restaurants. We used the spa, pool and kids club which was great. I frequently called to ask for baby milk, expecting to get charged at check out, but they didn’t! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Firstly I want to say the hotel and resort is beautiful, one of my favourite in Dubai. A special thank you to your staff, especially Raneem who was excellent! Also another thank you to the restaurant staff member Thomas who was very good! Great suggestions on food and very good overall in his service. Please ensure his management at the restaurant know how good of a staff member he is.

Perfect stay. The only issue was with taxi. The concierge try hard to convince using the hotel taxi that was almost double the price. Except for this it is really great place to stay

Immaculately clean , staff exceptional, facilities good and beach on doorstep. We were worried about building work noise but didn’t effect our stay at all. Club staff way beyond helpful ,Wouls recommend to anyone. Hope to return soon.Easily walkable to JBR and marina. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed a week at this hotel for special holiday. I love the beach so have experience with many of the Jumeriah beach hotels. It’s not a 5* compared to say next door Le Mereidien but it 4.5*. The main pool is quite nice but lot of families & children there & it’s not deep. There is an outdoor infinity pool for adults only & a lovely place to have a cocktail & watch the sun go down. Habtoor supports tennis so there are courts & coaches which I used. The restaurants are pretty average - we usually walked next door to Le Meredien for dinner. I would stay again if the price was right. Dubai is more expensive than ever so some compromise is necessary for most.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. From the beginning to the end of my stay, everyone was so professional, kind, helpful, friendly, polite, courteous. The facilities and cleanliness is outstanding. The gentleman in the little shop is so kind and helpful. I can not wait to return, miss everyone. To all the staff at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, thank you for making our stay memorable!

The staff make this hotel and some of the food places in the Half Board option, particular mentions to Raneem who is a diamond in trying to resolve issues, Abhisek and Rohan at the Pool bar, Sofia, Myat and Matti in the Club lounge all went the extra mile and should be applauded. However, the hotel itself is maintained but looking dated in the rooms and lifts, contractors were rude in the pool bar, Luciano’s was always empty and had no atmosphere so I didn’t go. But, the biggest issue is the sheer duplicity of the hotel l, they provided a note on check in regarding the infinity pool and was due to open that day, but didn’t. No broadcast on the tv page or any communication until I complained, similarly other facilities aren’t open or in maintenance, which is required but nothing is communicated. The worse being the massive building site for the Residences Tower which is right next to the only pool (which is too small for the crowd of people and needs upgrading too with missing tiles and general wear and tear) and more building the other side and when there’s works at 3am keeping you awake in the last few days it’s an issue. I understand there’s a lot of building and the hotel can’t control some, but they should not misrepresent the hotel with unopened facilities but intrusive building, there should be better communication - I addressed this and they said there were disclaimers, but that was a lie and the building works is only just starting, so will take a while. Never again

Highly recommend, great staff and option's.

The experience staying at the Grand Habtour was overall very good. We appreciated especially the friendly and helpful staff and the high standard of the rooms, (although we would appreciated a balcony). Some points of improvement are the breakfast, as we thought it had a very limited range of selection.

I recentchecked into Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai on Saturday for my university graduation, and my experience has been highly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that I had been assigned a lady specifically for sales products. While communicating with her, I attempted to arrange a discount. She refused and, to my astonishment, suggested that I go to another hotel if I didn’t like Royal Meridien. Despite escalating this issue to management, no resolution was provided. The following day, I encountered a second incident. At 8 o’clock in the morning, the cleaners began vacuuming and talking loudly in the corridor, disrupting my sleep. Furthermore, today I was awakened early by maintenance staff working near my room. This lack of consideration for guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, my experience with the hotel’s amenities was equally unsatisfactory. When I visited the sauna and steam room, neither were operational. I informed the attendant, who promised to call maintenance, but no one followed up or took action. I also communicated this to the fitness center staff, requesting to be notified once the facilities were working, but received no response. The level of service, communication, and care for guests at this hotel is severely lacking. I am extremely disappointed with Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai. Despite extending my stay by one night to try and relax, the persistent issues and lack of support have made my stay anything but restful

The property has everything you can hope for if you are looking for a short stay. No need to leave

This is the first time we’ve ever returned to a hotel the place is so good! It’s not the most modern in Dubai but the people really make this place special! A big, big positive about the hotel is the Club Lounge, everyone working there are a credit to the hotel, from the ever smiling Manager and his waiting staff to the chef’s in the kitchen, they all play a part in creating a great space!

Rate all aspects of the Habtoor Grand Resort very good to excellent. Had no issues whatsoever during our 10 day stay. Highly recommend the premises.

Great hotel with amazing location and amenities. Perfect service by the staff, super breakfast, impressive beachfront. We visit this hotel for the second time - the first time we got an upgrade, that won our hearts. We are sorry that this time we were refused this, though we were celebrating an anniversary.

Having stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai I was slightly disappointed with the Habatoor this time round. I stayed here last July for a quick break with my son and we both enjoyed the property although there was building work going on. This time with all the family I just think although a great hotel by European standards it’s just not got the polished finish that others in Dubai that I’ve stayed in has (zabeel zaray, medinat and Atlantis) disappointed that more extensive work was going on and that it was a messy site in that respect. Had some very good service but also some quite poor service as well at times. A good hotel for a more budget feeling 5 star in Dubai.

2nd time here and it doesn't disappoint. Great stay, great food and services. Go for the club room if you can and save some money. Staff very attentive to club room guests.

It's a good hotel. The service is excellent. The lounge access was a definite plus - the staff there were very friendly and helpful. A special shout out goes to Joseph at the beach who realised I had some tar on my feet and very gently and kindly cleaned it all off for me.

Not really good service. The first night we wait almost 1h30 min for room service. The buffet was not good as expected on our full board. Nice beach. This hotel could be better!

It was easy to make your way around the property.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They went over and above to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We booked the Clubrooms that gave us assess to the Club lounge, the staff were so accommodating and would make vegetarian meals for my children. They hotel is located in a nice area, it’s quite but walking distance from all the restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderful vacation in this hotel. We found it a family-oriented hotel with a beautiful beach, great view, garden and pool. The staff were kind and tried to make our stay pleasant. Special thanks to Ranjit at the hotel reception.

Loved everything about the hotel, only thing I would have loved on top would have been to meet Mr Habtoor himself, he visited the hotel frequently but was unable to meet him. Maybe Next time!

Beach and personnel are amazing

Great location for exploring Dubai. Amazing for families to enjoy the shaded kids pool, vast dining options and play park.

Good location with excellent rooms and view. Had a really enjoyable time over the week we spent there. Really felt like a five star treatment in every aspect.

Nice hotel, probably 4 rather than 5 stars. Staff nice and quick to address issues but lacks the personal service of 5 star. Exceptionally busy place and food in the restaurants is average at best despite twice the price of better restaurants nearby

Staff made my stay very easy and comfortable, they couldn’t do enough.

Sadly this is a 3 star hotel at best. It is very misleading they are trying to sell this as five star, for the money paid. The staff are nice but the service is questionable. We asked for water and they took so long to bring it we left the room - they then entered the room anyway despite the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, instead of leaving the water outside. There are pushy staff by the front door trying to get you into a more expensive hotel cab. The room was in bad condition, with old noisy air conditioning and a very unappealing bathroom which had signs of mould. The infinity pool which is over 16s was nice, but full of people smoking. The large pool had to be avoided - simply full of children and packed. Biggest disappointment was the beach - it was dirty , with old sunbeds and people leaving their garbage in the sand. The NOISE was dreadful - coming from the private pool next to the beach which was belting out disco music so loud it gave you a headache. The sea was not clean either - I swam into human feces which is simply disgusting. It was also shameful that a Russian flag is displayed proudly outside the hotel in the current situation - although not surprising as hotel was mostly Russian guests.

Amazing experience I have stay at habtoor before so I recommend this hotel for our girls trip,I booked 4 rooms in total this time. My friends absolutely loved my recommendation. Hotel staff are so helpful they really do go out of their way to help you. Specially Dorman, Mosin,he was very helpful.

Lovely beach at the property. Pool area is lovely. Hotel rooms are a bit dated.

I liked the fact that this is not a traditional Marriott hotel, it has Arabic "flavor" added everywhere, and the lobby and room has traditional Arabic décor which makes it unique and beautiful. The amazing view from the balcony can't be any better ! You can see Ain Dubai, Atlantis and Burj Al Arab from the balcony! The staff is super friendly and helpful ! Imran (bellboy) was super helpful, patient and very nice! Mohamad (lounge manager) was super friendly and helpful as well as Mara (shift leader , front desk). Breakfast was great and views from the lounge were awesome !

As always the staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. Concierge were brilliant we left a case in a taxi and they tracked down the driver and got it returned wWe stay in the club rooms which are great value for money lots of food and drinks included The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms lovely

Can't speak highly enough about all the staff, especially Hussam, Shania & all the others in the Club Lounge. The service in the lounge was excellent. There was always a smile & a warm welcome. The views from lounge & back of hotel are outstanding, especially at night, when the wheel lights up. On arrival, after an overnight flight, we really appreciated the use of an area, where we could rest whilst we waited for our room. This is definitely a family hotel, lots of children under 5. We were there out of school holidays. This made the pool area busy. However, it’s a large pool, with a dedicated children's pool & play area but there were still plenty of small children in the pool. There is also a lovely adult only infinity pool, with great views. My one concern was the overall noise. Lots of people & children, music being played everywhere you go, especially the pools. Small planes taking off to drop parachutists, every 20 mins or so, from runway at end of beach in front of hotel. The Zerogravity club near runway, that play music some nights until 3.30am. Last of all the peacocks, they apparently belong to hotel next door but that doesn't stop them crying at all hours of the day & night. Having said all that, would we go back? Yes we would. The noise you get used to, after all it is the Habtoor Grand Resort, lots of things going on & people everywhere, at an excellent price. If you get tickets for La Perle, please go, it’s an amazing show & another great Dubai experience.

Great smiling service all around with extra thanks to cleaning on first floor in the Abu Dhabi wing, the life guard in the Infinity Pool area and the staff of the Horizon lounge. Another great stay at the habtoor, staff extremely friendly as always, only couple of things that let this hotel down is the rooms just need a bit of quality updating and to make them a bit more contemporary. Our last night the room didn’t get made up till 6.15pm despite us phoning twice at 3 and 4 to request this but I think they were short staffed Food as always excellent no matter what restaurant you dine in and it’s a great location near to jbr walk and the beach area is great if you don’t mind the music which we don’t Didn’t know this but if you book through hotels.com or any other website you won’t get your bonvoy points which is a bit disappointing given the amount you pay Would still go back here though

Overall a great experience at the hotel, the staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. The room was excellent and the view was fantastic. The breakfast was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a menu or more information catering to any allergies. The staff were helpful in this regard but it was a little bit confusing. Perhaps the restaurants could also update their menus listing the various allergies I. E glutin, nuts and diary as this becoming the norm in Most places. Thank you to all the team at the hotel we will definitely be staying there again.

had a perfect stay in the marina area. we had a view of the pool and and 3 minute walk to the beach. the facility is every thing you expect in a resort. Its about a 10 minute walk to the marina area and just 3 minutes to a mini mart and and a super market. Perfect place to stay
