Die zentrale Lage. Das reichhaltige Frühstück Freundliches Personal. Ruhig, kein Strassenlärm hörbar.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Spiegelei muss allerdings bezahlt werden. Die Sauna in der obersten Etage hat einen Balkon. Das war sehr schön.

Leider gibt es nur eine Sauna. Zuerst für die Frauen 2 Stunden, anschließend 2 Stunden für die Männer. Das ist gar nicht passend, wenn ein heterosexuelles Paar gemeinsam etwas für den Nachmittag ( Option auf die Damensauna 16.30 - 18.30) oder den Abend (Option auf die Männersauna 19.00-21.00) plant. Dann kann eine*r nicht in die Sauna gehen. Das war in anderen Hotels besser.

Mycket bekväm säng, bra läge i centrum, nära till tågstationen, väldigt god frukost, trevlig personal.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, comodo e impecable. Habitacion grande y confortable. Buen desayuno y se ofrece almuerzo tipo buffet a muy buen precio. Tambien se puede cenar, esta abierto hasta tarde, lo cual es muy practico.

Otelin konumu harika çok merkezi bir yerdeydi,kahvaltısı mükemmeldi.Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi.Çok memnun kaldık.

I really enjoyed my stay at Solo Sokos Hotel Helsinki. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff made me feel very welcome. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient location; it made exploring Helsinki so easy. I had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again!

There was a minor noise for the air conditioning vent.

ヘルシンキ中央駅からも近く、ヘルシンキ大聖堂も近い。エス プラナディ通りも近くて立地が最高。朝食もバラエティ豊富で野菜もたくさん、毎日お腹いっぱい食べてた。ホテルスタッフも英語で優しく対応してくれた。日本からのお客さんは自分以外見なかった。

早朝到着だったので、荷物をホテルに預けたのだが、ホテルスタッフが鍵付きの荷物置き場に置いてくれるのだが、預かり証をもらうわけではないので、念のため、自分のスーツケースとリュックサックをワイヤーでくくって南京錠をつけて預けた。

中央駅から坂道なしで歩いて10分くらい、トラムで2駅ですが、1駅目の方がホテル入り口には近いかも。地下鉄のヘルシンキ大学駅への入り口が目の前。改札まで歩道を少し歩きますが階段ではないので楽です。ベッドの弾力や寝心地も良く、バスタブ付きのお部屋をリクエストできたので滞在中ゆっくり体を休めることができました。朝食も美味しかったです。

私の宿泊したお部屋には椅子がなかったので物書きをしたり食事をするのは難しかったです。

ヘルシンキ中央駅からちかか場所が便利。 客室も清潔でシンプルなデザインで居心地が良い。朝食のビュッフェも充実していました。

Desayuno muy correcto, aunque faltaba, quizás, alguna diversidad en las pastas. Sin importancia. Ubicación: mejor no podía ser. Habitación: amplia, bien provista. Muy bien!

Breakfast was fabulous, the choice of food amazing! Staff at breakfast kept tables clear and clean. It catered for all guests.

部屋の掃除が15時以降で、疲れて昼寝するのに不便。

Wunderbares Haus in bester Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich und zum Frühstück gab's so ziemlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitten im Zentrum, nahe des Doms erreicht man fußläufig sowohl den Bahnhof, als auch den Hafen, von dem aus z.B. die Fähre nach Suomenlinna fährt, in nur wenigen Minuten. Ganz klare Empfehlung von uns.

Schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, inkl. Wasserkocher, Tee & Kaffee. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Stadt, nur knapp 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Asukoht on ülihea, jalakäijate tänava ääres raudteejaama ja sadama vahepeal, muuseumid 10 min. Hommikusöök laia valikuga ja hea, ilmselt kõik leiavad sealt endale midagi.

Solo Sokos is in a fantastic location - near the station, close to sites and shops and great restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful , rooms are comfortable and quiet , breakfast is outstanding, and it has a rooftop sauna .

Nothing really . I would highly recommend a swimming costume spinner in the bathroom by the sauna, as that would make it easier for guests to dry costumes before they leave.

Solo Sokos Helsinki is very clean and comfortable. We occupied third floor and very quiet. Location is very convenient to Metro and Railway station.

Wir waren drei Nächte im Solo Sokos Hotel und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Großes Zimmer mit einem tollen bequemen Bett. Alles ziemlich neu. Auch das Bad war super und das Tesm ist top!

I didn't dislike anything.

The staff were incredible, helpful and kind. The room was awesome and the location could not be any better - metro stop right on the corner, good coffee shop, bars and eateries roght on the street and only a block away from a tram stop as well.

Hotel war super zentral gelegen und die Ausstattung meines Einzelzimmers war wirklich überdurchschnittlich schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel an sich sehr gepflegt.

It is difficult to understand how a four-star hotel right in the center of Helsinki can have reasonably sized rooms and yet a ridiculously small bathroom.

What a great place: lovely staff, clean and comfy rooms, superb breakfast selection, good quality toiletries and all that in a fantastic location. You couldn't ask for more!

It was well located. The breakfast room and the food were both good.

The ventilator in the room wasn’t working properly. Every approx 60 seconds it made a noise which kept me awake. Maintenance fixed it after the first night but I was so tired after the first terrible night that I had to spend the afternoon in bed which meant I missed seeing some of the Helsinki sights. Also the furniture in the room was black. I don’t know if that was the reason but we struggled to find items that we had put down e.g jewellery, clothing etc. The room size was small. I used to stay in this hotel when I was working and I remember the rooms were much bigger then.

Camera tripla spaziosa e confortevole, letti comodi. Locali sauna ben tenuti e puliti colazione a buffet ricchissima. Posizione centralissima ma silenziosa. Alla reception personale molto disponibile, il giorno del checkout ci è stato consentito di lasciare i bagagli per molte ore. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato!

Stayed in August 2026. The check in process went in smoothly. This hotel is conveniently located near the Senate Square which is about 4 minute walk. They’re very close to major attractions and sites of the Old Town. Even at the Central Station. We’ve had few concerns about our room temperature and they’ve address this promptly. I just wished that each hotel room has their own ability to control the temperature depending on someone else’s body needs and requirements. Having the hotel set the temperature to 20 degrees at all time during the summer can still be hot, but as I mentioned, they’re quick to resolve the issue so this is something we truly appreciated. Their breakfast buffet is amazing! Fresh juice, coffees, pastries, oatmeal, eggs and many more is a delight indeed! I’m happy with our stay so far and everything went really well.

We loved the warm atmosphere and unobtrusive efficiency. The breakfasts are fantastic. The bed linen and towels are of high quality. The location is hard to beat: just a few minutes' walk from the railway station, the harbourside, Senate Square and Esplanadi. The staff are friendly and good-humoured, and speak excellent English. We loved the place!
