Posizione strategica, pulizia ottima. Stanza un po piccola ma accogliente. Colazione varia e molto buona! Consigliata.

Great location, good desk staff. On night of Sep 4 the young lady at the desk was outstanding in answering my questions about tram service to Tallinn ferry, also very beautiful.

Loved the room, the comfy rug and floor-heated bathroom and the fact that from the hotel you entered directly the metro and the shopping mall

I didn’t like the fact that you cannot close the air conditioning. This is unacceptable, especially for the one sleeping on the third/small bed. The air blows in your face even though you set it to minimum. I didn’t like the elevators but I got used to them. Sometimes they were confusing.

Charming mid-century hotel in an excellent location. The hotel has a lot of character, and the rooftop view is stunning.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this time I feel I have to. We stayed for two nights for our anniversary and specifically requested a nice view. Unfortunately, we were given a room facing an office building, with no landmark view at all. I’m afraid this may have been because we booked through Booking.com. The room was advertised as having a “city view”, but the photos on both Booking.com and the hotel’s website do not reflect the view we actually got. I’m attaching a photo of the actual view. We asked reception to change rooms, but they were unable to help us, which was particularly disappointing on our anniversary trip. There were some other issues: the bathroom smelled unclean and had plumbing problems, with the floor flooding every time we showered. The towels and bath mat were eventually replaced, but the bed was not made and the tea was not replenished. The room was extremely small, although that would not have bothered us if the balcony had been usable and offered a pleasant view. There was also no power outlet near the table for the kettle, so we had to put it on the floor because the cord was too short. I contacted the hotel directly with detailed feedback, but unfortunately received no response after three business days.

Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut. Auch die Lage des Zimmers im 8. Stockwerk war sehr willkommen, mit Blick auf den belebten Bahnhofplatz. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und verfügte über alles Notwendige. Das Morgenbuffet im 10. Stock war super. Die Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar mitten im Zentrum von Helsinki perfekt.

Hierzu habe ich keine besonderen Bemerkungen. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst.

Loved the surprise of the sauna. Our room was very comfortable and the location was perfect within easy walking distance of everything. The breakfast was also great. We appreciated the vouchers for the shopping centre too.

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed during our stay (Sunday night) as we had looked forward to dining there. The coffee at breakfast was also a disappointment, we had expected more choice and a proper machine as everything else was top-notch

Very close to everything, a dream right across from the train station. Hop on hop off red bus stop outside. Ferry for day trip to Tailinn was just 15 mins away. Hotel staff were lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and plenty choice. Beds very comfy.

The location of the hotel is very close to Central railway station and tram stops. I had a superior room and loved the balcony, which I used a lot.

The water drained away too slowly in the bathroom’s vanity unit. It needs a good dose of Draino or other pipe-clearing solution.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit herausragender Stadtsicht, direkt auf den Bahnhofsplatz erhalten. Absolut genial gelegen! Wir hatten einen Feueralarm und die Evakuierung und spätere Aufhebung der Gefahrenmeldung hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und am Abend ist das hoteleigene Restaurant teils voll gewesen.
