Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We booked two rooms as a base for visiting the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the Salerno port and city center. Since we had our own cars, the location worked out great for us—especially with the free underground parking. The rooms are what you would expect from Novotel: clean, functional, and comfortable. They are standard hotel rooms rather than holiday apartments but that was perfect for our purpose. Breakfast was OK, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. A major plus is their pet policy: the hotel is dog-friendly and we could even bring our dog into the dining room.
No major complaints. We got exactly what we expected, so we left completely satisfied.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Inaczej pisze się opinie na początku przygód i podróży, a inaczej, gdy podróżuje się 20 lat. Gdyby to był mój pierwszy w życiu hotel - byłby fajny. Gdyby dziesiąty w życiu hotel albo pierwsza wizyta we Włoszech - uznałabym, że średni. To kwestia spojrzenia na niektóre rzeczy - część była świetna, część trochę gorzej, ale tak po prostu i po ludzku uważam, że nasz rodzinny pobyt był udany, takie mam odczucie, a z odczuciami się nie dyskutuje ;) do stacji metra będącego po prostu pociągiem spokojnie idzie się spacerkiem 7 minut, z dziećmi jakieś 15 minut ;) blisko wszystkie możliwe najważniejsze sklepy, fajny basen dla dużych i małych. Świetna baza wypadowa za naprawdę przyzwoite pieniądze. Śniadania wystarczające, po 5 dniach już trochę się przejadło bo wybór taki 2,5/10, ale za tę cenę i przy darmowych posiłkach dla dwójki dzieciaków nie ma naprawdę czego się przyczepić. Klima działała bardzo skutecznie. Robali zero. W hotelu spokój i kultura.
Najbardziej nie podobał mi się booking.com, który w systemie sobie uznał, że mamy ofertę bez śniadań, mimo że przy opłacaniu pokoju wybrano opcje ze sniadaniami. Na reklamacje dostaliśmy informację, że mamy wysłać zrzut ekranu oferty sprzed płatności, niestety naprawdę wyjątkowo i w sumie nie wiem dlaczego, ale nie zrobiłam takiego zrzutu, a przecież każdy szanujący się klient robi zrzuty ekranu takim ofertom przed kliknięciem zapłać. Poza tym można przyczepić się nieco wysłużonym już elementom wyposażenia pokoju i łazienki, ale to nie 5* gwiazdek w Paryżu, tylko bazą wypadowa do okolicznych atrakcji (a tych spoko! Pompeje, Neapol, Vietri sul Marę, promy z Salerno, polecam to miasto i ten hotel).

Nije mi se svidjelo to sto kad je prvi dan pala kisa, soba nam je poplavila jer je kisa kroz zatvoren prozor ulazila i sve na tom dijelu je bilo mokro. Soba je bila prilicno prljava. Rucnici su smrdili ( ne znam cime ih peru ali odvratno ). Mi smo bili na 5 katu i u hodniku i liftu nema klime, lift spor, znaci horor. Osoblje je ljubazno ali uzasno sporo. Za ulazak u bazen trebas kapu koju jednom naplate 1 euro jednom 2 eura (????), to bas gledaju ali kad debeli lik ispuhuje nos u bazen onda to ne vide i on nije morao imati kapu. Dorucak jako siromasan a zadnji dan, jaja su doslovno smrdila, nismo mogli jesti. Ovaj hotel NE PREPORUCUJEM! Mjesto, kao si dosao u neki geto. Jedino centar grada je lijep ali ovo gdje je hotel, ne. Plaza je udaljena a odmah prekoputa je militari zona i tu se ne smije.

Siamo arrivati alle 11 di mattina con consegna camera alle 14, ho chiesto piu volte la gentilezza di poter aver la camera un po prima in quanto avevo una bimba di 3 anni che non stava bene. Me l hanno consegnata alle 14.20, bastava dar priorità alla pulizia della camera che mi spettava come sostenevano pure in reception.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Na plus można zaliczyć uprzejmą obsługę oraz ogólną czystość hotelu, jednak nie rekompensuje to niezgodności oferty z rzeczywistością oraz dodatkowych kosztów związanych z korzystaniem z plaży.
Niestety pobyt w tym hotelu bardzo nas rozczarował. W opisie obiektu podano, że plaża znajduje się około 150 m od hotelu, jednak w rzeczywistości najbliższa dostępna publiczna plaża była oddalona o prawie 500 m. Dodatkowo większość plaż w okolicy jest prywatna i płatna (około 15 euro za osobę), czego nie wynikało jasno z oferty. Droga na plażę była mało komfortowa i niezbyt bezpieczna dla rodzin z dziećmi – trzeba było przechodzić przez ruchliwą ulicę, a chodnik był częściowo w remoncie. Sama plaża miała ograniczone godziny dostępu i była ogrodzona, co znacznie utrudniało spontaniczne korzystanie z morza. Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi i były one zestresowane codziennym dojściem do plaży. Wybierając ten hotel liczyliśmy na wygodny wypoczynek blisko morza, bez konieczności dodatkowych opłat i długiego dojścia. Kolejnym problemem była opłata klimatyczna – zgodnie z informacją w rezerwacji miała wynosić 45 euro, natomiast na miejscu pobrano od nas 60 euro. Ze względu na te niezgodności z opisem oraz brak komfortu rozważaliśmy wcześniejsze zakończenie pobytu. Uważam, że oferta hotelu powinna znacznie dokładniej przedstawiać rzeczywistą odległość do publicznej plaży, jej dostępność oraz dodatkowe koszty związane z korzystaniem z plaż w okolicy. Pokoje okazały się bardzo małe i ciasne, zdecydowanie mniej komfortowe niż sugerowały zdjęcia. Dla rodziny było to mało wygodne. Śniadania były przeciętne i praktycznie brakowało świeżych warzyw, co przy dłuższym pobycie było dużym minusem.

Le canapé lit pour les enfants est très inconfortable. Nous avons du dormir à 3 dans le grand lit. Pour un enfant de 4 ans c est OK mais pas pour un ados de 16 ans.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026God beliggenhet hvis man ikke ønsker å bo midt i byen. Kort vei til strand, restauranter, buss og togforbindelse. Deilig basseng til å kjøle seg ned i etter en dag i solen. Gratis innendørs parkering var et stort pluss.
Frokosten var ikke så mye å skryte av. Som regel var 2 av 3 kaffemaskiner utav drift. Det ble ofte tomt for brød og pålegg, glass og bestikk, og det tok lang tid før det ble fylt på.

Завтрак не вкусно было,бассейн отбил всю охоту ,потому что надо одевать шапочки, бесплатные пляжи мин 20 ходьбы.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
It would have been helpful if the hotel had offered a shuttle service, at least to Salerno city center or the train station.

La Pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare, pavimento sporco e lavandino del bagno con ancora il dentifricio dei precedenti ospiti. La camera era prenotata per quattro persone ma non riuscivamo a muoverci essendo molto piccola, prenotato con booking un prezzo ma sul posto ho pagato un prezzo differente anche se per pochi euro. Personale molto gentile. Insomma per quello che si paga si può trovare molto di meglio.

I wish the hotel have hot food station such as for sunny sides up or fresh made omelette for the breakfast.

No restaurante, mesmo com boa ocupação, pude observar que a equipe atendia a todos com muita presteza e simpatia, e repondo os itens oferecidos no café. Para o serviço de jantar, idem. Usei o hotel como parada para o meu retorno de viagem. Não tinha maiores expectativas com relação ao turismo na cidade, porém, o hotel serviu muito bem para essa finalidade. E, tinha um centro comercial ao lado com um bom supermercado.

El Hotel cuando llegamos tenia la piscina no como se ve en la foto. El personal del bar no era tan amable, tomando en cuenta que llegamos al hotel a las 3 y ya el restuarante estaba cerrado y nos atendieron en el bar como de mala gana. El tema del precio fue distinto para varios de los que nos quedamos allí

Reviewed May 23, 2026Staff gentilissimo e disponibile; camera spaziosa e pulita, con un letto veramente molto comodo. Parcheggio privato per chi arriva con la macchina. La palestra è piccolina ma fornita di tutto, compresi acqua e asciugamani. Presenza di un bar e di un ristorante all’interno della struttura.
La moquette nella camera. La colazione è sicuramente migliorabile: in un quattro stelle, un mediocre caffè da macchinetta è sicuramente deludente.

le téléphone de la chambre 520 dysfonctionnait d'où l'impossibilité de réserver directement une table au restaurant. je voyage à titre professionnel et personnel depuis près de 45 ans et suis descendu dans des hôtels du groupe Accord des centaines de fois. Le service du dîner au restaurant a été indigne de votre enseigne que je connais depuis ma jeunesse. Votre personnel faisait de l'entre soi : les serveuses étaient réunies de dos à la salle, vers la caisse, avec une réceptionniste, un cuisinier... sans s'occuper des clients alors que nous étions que 3 en salle en ce début de soirée, ceci a duré pendant des séquences de plusieurs quarts d'heures ou demies heures... intolérable car nous étions fatigués par un long voyage. Sinon nous aurions été dîner à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
