Szinte semmi. Nem működött a hűtő, a légkondicionáló, a szoba éjszaka sem hűlt le. Az ételszag mindent beterít, éjfélig lehetetlen pihenni a zaj miatt. A tisztaság kétes.

This was actually my second stay at the hotel, as I also stayed here last year and had such a lovely experience that I chose to come back again this year. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The reception staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and always friendly. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful attentive and polite I also really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a lovely selection of food, and the staff made every morning feel pleasant with their warm and friendly service. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable once again. I am very happy that I chose Polo Nautico for the second time, and I would definitely love to come back again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salerno!

The staff was truly amazing, genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference to the overall experience. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety to start the day well.
The one downside was the rooms, which definitely could use a fresh touch or some renovation — they felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the location and staff, but the rooms could use some love.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Super hotel przy samej plaży, świetny personel,bardzo dobre śniadanie które podawane jest na tarasie z przepięknym widokiem na morze, podziemny parking, blisko portu z którego wypływają statki pływające z turystami na całe wybrzeże Amalfi i na Capri. Super przepyszna restauracja przy samym hotelu dosłownie drzwi obok jedna z lepszych restauracji w jakich jedliśmy we Włoszech, polecam to miejsce!!!

A pesar de estar en la misma via, la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro y con el coche fue muy complicado ir al centro y muy fácil regresar al hotel.

Il fatto che il menù resti uguale per più di tre giorni. Va bene per chi pernotta o soggiorna un paio di giorni. Il menù dovrebbe variare ogni giorno o al max ogni due. Comunque la cucina di ottima qualità.

La stanza é poco predisposta ad un soggiorno di mare. In camera/terrazzino manca la possibilitá ad uno stendino (se si sta a mare poi si deve stendere il telo e i costumi). La ristorazione è di livello pressoché accettabile ma la colazione propone gli stessi identici dolci/salati ogni giorno. Non ci è stata proposta la stanza fronte mare come a due persone arrivate dopo di noi per lavoro.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Varsinkin parvekkeellinen huone aivan upea merelle avautuvan näkymän ansiosta. Olimme myös yhden yön huoneessa ilman parveketta ja kaipasimme todella tuota merinäkymää. Huoneet tilavat, mukavat sängyt ja erinomainen aamupala jonka pääsee nauttimaan ulkona terassilla. Pysäköinti mahdollisuus hallissa.
Ei varsinaisia puutteita. Hieman kaukana keskustasta, mutta ei haitannut meitä, olimme autolla. Pysäköintihallista olisi kiva päästä hissillä hotelliin.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Everything! Our welcome was warm, friendly and very efficient.... Our room was ENORMOUS with a lovely LARGE balcony overlooking the sea...without interruption... ALL the staff we encountered were BRILLIANT...from reception staff to room cleaning staff... The room was nicely equipped with a coffee making machine, a kettle, a fridge and glasses... The air-conditioning was beyond WONDERFUL....it was easy to use and was instantly effective! The ability to park in their underground carpark (for just 8 euros a day!) was a tremendous bonus...there is very little road parking available...and our car was safe and cool throughout our stay! We would definitely recommend this hotel....
We didn't dislike anything....we would mention one thing... On arrival we were a little concerned that the hotel is set in a fairly main road amid general housing...but, our fears were quickly allayed once we were inside reception which has a cool and serene feeling....and welcoming reception staff! Looks were deceiving!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026A terasz elmondhatatlanul csodálatos, a személyzet rendkívül kedves, a csomagunkat reggel a kijelentkezéskor ott hagyhattuk a szállodában, mivel este indult a gépünk, a reggeli választéka egyszerűen fantasztikus volt.
A fürdőszobában a mosdó és az alatta lévő szekrény nem túl modern, de mivel az egész szálloda csodás volt, így ez eltörpült.

Secondo me non si puó assegnargli 4 stelle. Il terrazzo per portare un esempio aveva alcune mattonelle mancanti sostituite dal cemento e non era stato pulito. Il bimbo piccolo che ci ha giocato si è ritrovato tutto sporco... letto abbastanza fatiscente... boh i 4 stelle me li immagino diversi.

Éttermek, szupermarket megtalálható a közelben. A reggelizőteraszról nagyon szép a kilátás a sorrentói félszigetre és a tengerre. Tágas, erkély nélküli szobánk volt kényelmes ágyakkal. A légkondicionálás kiváló. Fizetős parkolás elérhető. A szállodának nincs saját strandja, de a szabadstrand a szálloda mellett található.

Pur avendo richiesto una camera per disabili alla prenotazione, non era disponibile ne hanno solo.2 dicono. Era molto scivoloso e liscio il piatto doccia, pericoloso anche per le persone normali, nessuna maniglia per appoggiarsi.Bidet piccolo acqua difficilmente regolabile troppo calda.

It was great having parking on site. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean. We loved being on the seafront and one can swim in the sea near the hotel.

Alles war top. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut - bei 40 Grad Außentemperatur.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful. Close to lots of Lidos, and also the city center by bus. The staff were fabulous, special thanks to Sara, she is a real ray of sunshine, always with a smile on her face. Breakfast with sea views was spectacular each morning, not to mention the sea-view rooms. Definitely worth the splurge!

Le personnel est adorable, très à l’écoute et prêt à aider pour donner les meilleures recommandations concernant la ville. Le petit déjeuner avec vu sur la mer est le petit plus qui donne un aspect tout particulier au séjour.

Colazione direi buona con possibilità di salato e dolce. La colazione sulla terrazza vista mare è impagabile .
La mia stanza aveva il climatizzatore puntato sul letto diretto…
