The rooms are well designed and clean. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. The location is walking distance from the city center.

The hotel staff, especially at the reception, were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely equipped, well organized, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very varied. The hotel parking was also very convenient, and the location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center.

ヨーロッパ全般ですので、言いにくいのですが、わが家のようにトイレにwashletがない点です。また、シャワー室が狭く、シャワーの向きが真上に固定されていることです。

Śniadania genialne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codziennie rano świeżo pieczone pieczywo, pizza, foccacia. Omlety, jajka, słodkości, były też opcje bez glutenu, laktozy, dla wegan, świeże owoce, brak mi słów. Restauracja top w pięknym ogrodzie z widokiem na basen i góry. Zamówiłam pokój dwuosobowy bez balkonu, gdyż nie było innego w ofercie. Na miejscu okazało się, że bezpłatnie został nam podwyższony standard do pokoju z dużym balkonem i widokiem na pireneje, wielkie brawa dla obsługi hotelu za partnerskie podejście do gości! Na terenie hotelu bezpłatny parking dla gości, obok wypożyczalnia rowerów ze zniżką dla gości hotelowych. Pokoju codziennie sprzątane. W trakcie pobytu miałam urodziny i dostałam miły prezent od obsługi 🥹 W pokojach reczniki, kapielowe, szlafroki, mini lodówka, wszystko co potrzebne aby cieszyć sie urlopem.

La descrizione su Booking indicava che le due camere avevano bagno con bidet. All’arrivo ci sono state assegnate due camere che ne erano sprovviste. Solo dopo varie sollecitazioni ci è stato fatto l’upgrade per una delle due (gratuitamente ), ma offrendolo solo come gentile concessione . Diciamo che il personale della reception non si è distinto per grande empatia verso il cliente.

A lovely hotel in the perfect location for exploring Riva del Garda. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and decorated, with beautiful rooms. Although it is close to Riva town and the main road, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful, with a lovely pool area. But one of the things that really sets the Hotel Luise apart is the fabulous breakfast! Fresh and absolutely delicious, honestly it’s exceptional, you have to try it. Highly recommended and we would love to return.

A Wonderful Boutique Experience in a Perfect Riva Location We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Riva del Garda. The Positives: Wonderful staff: Every single team member was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.Boutique feel: The hotel has a charming, stylish atmosphere that makes it feel intimate and unique rather than like a generic chain.Great location: It is perfectly situated for popping into the historic old town, making it incredibly easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and the lakefront on foot. A Few Small Things to Note:Price point: It is a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service, design, and location made it feel worth the splurge for us. Road noise: There is some minor traffic noise if you leave your windows or door wide open. However, this is easily solved by closing them and letting the air conditioning do its job. Overall, the few minor drawbacks didn't take away from an excellent experience. We would happily stay here again!

So glad we chose this hotel for our first visit to Lake Garda. It was perfectly located for us as just a 10-15 minute walk to the little piazzas of the old town. We had a hire car (from Verona, where we stayed for a night first) and there was plenty of parking. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, very quiet, and with good air con. We had great nights’ sleep. The whole hotel was spotless and with interesting modern decor. It is clearly very well maintained. There is a very good breakfast offering (we loved the bread and local cheeses), and there were lots of different pastries and cakes, and plenty of fruit, as well as the usual hot offerings, cereal, meats, smoked salmon etc) Many different teas. Really good breakfast. Nb if you have breakfast outside don’t leave your plate of food unattended as the sparrows will have a feast - have someone on sparrow watch! We enjoyed the outside seating areas and bar by the pool. Very relaxing. All staff were professional and pleasant and clearly take pride in doing a good job for their guests so that they have a great stay.

What a great place to stay when visiting Riva. Pros Excellent staff - friendly and professional. The hotel is immaculate. They are constantly cleaning and the place is spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Our room was also perfectly clean. Excellent and quiet air conditioning. Although we faced the street, the patio door kept the noise to a minimum. Our room was quiet. Breakfast is magnificent. Look at the pictures and you'll see what I mean. The pool area is excellent. A lot of loungers and umbrellas. The pool is large and the water temperature is comfortable. Neutral This is not in the center city. We found the quick 10 minute walk to be a plus for us. It's also a quick 5 minute walk to the lake. Others may prefer to be in the center of the city - thus, the neutral rating. Cons We were in room 308 The bathroom is tight. It's functional but I found it to be small. Our room was right against the hotel where it jutted out. So when my door curtain was open, people from the elevator could see into my room. There are a lot of families staying here and the kids were having a great time. There were also a lot of couples too. The vibe of having this mix was very positive to me.

Wie immer war es ein hervorragender Aufenthalt! Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Hier ist Urlaub einfach wunderbar. Die Anlage ist toll, das Frühstück übertrifft alles und die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! 'Travel is my real job' . Ja! Das könnt ihr!

Our whole experience at this hotel was amazing - the location is perfect, close to the centre and the beach, it is only 5/10 minute walk to all amenities. Beautiful views of the mountains from the hotel room and the pool. The hotel was spotless, you can see their attention to detail as the bedrooms and communal areas are beautifully maintained. The breakfast was incredible - freshly made omelettes and bread every day, a really wide selection and good quality ingredients. Staff work so hard and are on top of things all the time, which results in it working so efficiently and effectively. The access to the pool was great for us with a small child and helped us have a slower paced holiday. Again, this was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. The veranda pool/lunch bar works really well and has very delicious food on offer - we found all food and drink were reasonably priced - 6€ for a beer/spritz and pizza for 12€. The reception staff were so helpful, they helped us with reservations, made us an early takeaway breakfast on our final morning and we booked in for the psicoaperativo which was a great experience! The hotel is really well thought through, there are small touches which make a real difference - a play room for small children, a games room, a gym downstairs and ironing room, there were little treats left in the rooms and overall it felt like a luxury place to be. We would have liked a balcony but booked after those rooms had all already been reserved, however even without it, our room had beautiful views and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This was our first time staying in the Hotel Luise and also in Riva Del Garda. It took us precisely 1 night to agree that this would not be our last visit and when we do return, we will stay again at the same hotel. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! The staff are all friendly and attentive The rooms are a good size and perfectly clean The decor of the hotel is very cool and stylish The breakfast is the best buffet-style breakfast of any hotel that I've been to. - I'm going to miss the birds in the morning. The pool is a great size (not too big not too small) and there's not the normal rush for sunbeds in the mornings - no matter what time of day, you can get a spot. The location is ideal, a comfortable walk from the town centre, but far enough away to enjoy the luxury of the quiet outdoor space. We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

We love it here and have just had our 6th holiday at the Hotel Luise, and I can't wait to book for next year, same time. A lot of staff remain the same each year and they remember us which is lovely. We feel well looked after at the Luise, we're happy with the standard family room that we book and they make sure that we get the same one each year. They have refurbished a lot of the hotel since last year, including our standard family room and all rooms on that floor, they have made them accessible, kept them modern and updated them to make them better, including triple glazed windows, I can't hear a single thing going on outside when they're shut. The staff genuinely care and want to help. If you have an issue then you just need to tell them and they will help fix it. I had a problem with the shower not being hot enough in the evening, I told them and the manager spoke to me the next day to tell me what they had done to look into it and believe they have fixed the issue, and to let them know if any further problems. We received a lovely welcome from Roberto and the manager, and it was great that they had the time to be able to chat to us and show us/tell us about all of the improvements they've made over the winter period. It's great that the hotel reinvests into the hotel, into the guests experience, they could just pocket all of the money they make, but it is great that they put some of that money back into improving the hotel. My children absolutely loved the children's games room, it's come at an amazing time, the hotel is growing with them, whilst they might be outgrowing the baby children's play area, the games room is perfect for them now and whilst growing into teenagers. We loved the gym addition, next year we need to make more use of it, less pizza, more gym perhaps but it's a brilliant facility, and it will be great for my children in years to come when they become older teenagers. You can collect ferry and bus paper timetables from reception which is really handy. The staff on reception were happy to help me when I had lots of questions about getting to and from Lake Tenno and Lake Ledro by bus. Even if they thought it was a silly question like how to use the Mio Trentino app for the free bus travel in the region, which lake is better, where's the bus stop, which stop do I actually need to get off at, they answered them all patiently with me, thank you! As a mum who didn't want to get her family lost in Italy somewhere, I had a lot of questions for them! The location is brilliant for us, as it's so close to walk into town or to the lake, 5-10 minutes walk and you can be at both, leave it 15-20 minutes to walk quickly to the ferry port, I walk fast though. Riva Central tennis courts and the tourist information office where lots of trips go from only take me 5-10 minutes to walk to. Food is absolutely brilliant, we are missing the breakfast soooo much and my son has already asked how long is it til we go there again, and we've only been home 2 days!! Chef Roberto's breads and pizzas are the best and we ate a lot of them everyday. He is brilliant with my son, he knows that he loves and looks forward to a Margherita with olives, so he will make one fresh just for him. The selection of cakes are brilliant too, my son can highly recommend the tiramisus at breakfast, he had at least 2 every day, as well as pizza!! My daughter loves being able to get fresh omelettes as well as pancakes too. I can highly recommend the fresh fruit section too, so much choice and they always put more out when it runs out, I also enjoyed the range of yoghurt available to go with the fruit for me. My husband thorp enjoyed the vast cheese and meats selection, think he managed to try the full range of cheeses! They have such a wide range of breakfast that there is so much choice for everyone, whatever you want, they've probably got it, as well as a honeycomb! Roberto's pizza party nights were great and I had my favourite pizza of the holiday; Burrata pizza, I can highly recommend it. My children loved getting out of the pool in the day to eat Burrata Bruschetta next to the pool, and we also enjoyed many Aperol spritz, lemon sodas and beers next to the pool too! The bar has a good selection of drinks including a very nice TrentoDOC fizzy prosecco type drink. The hotel was busy when we were there but we didn't have any trouble finding a sun lounger. Adults who didn't want to be too close to children jumping in the pool tended to go to the loungers on the raises decking area, whilst we were always poolside so that we could be by our 2 children. They enjoyed the park are and the table tennis available too. We can't wait to come back next year.

Ein sehr ansprechendes und sauber geführtes Hotel mit einem aussergewöhnlichen Frühstück. Omelette und Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch ganz frisch zubereitet und sogar frisch gebackene Pizzen gehören zum Angebot. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und wird auch rege benutzt . An der dazugehörigen Bar kann man sich kleinere Snacks und Getränke bestellen, die dann serviert werden . Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gab einen separaten Fahrradraum, in dem wir unsere Fahrräder aufladen und aufbewahren konnten. Das beste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise.

The breakfast truly amazing.. everything you could wish for and more! Homemade bread delicious!! Evening meal also excellent! All staff attentive and friendly. Beautiful gardens and lovely pool. Highly recommended and we hope to visit again .

Four of us had a lovely stay in one of the hotel’s “with a taste” rooms. Room was impeccably clean and had a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful, patiently answering all our questions. Our son had a medical emergency and they were able to connect us with a local dr who helped him. We didn’t use the pool but spent an afternoon relaxing on the nearby shaded terrace. The hotel advertises an amazing breakfast and every word of that advertising is true, no exaggeration. There’s a staggering number of choices, all delicious. Each day no one wanted to leave breakfast. The bistro was also very nice with better than average pricing for Riva. We had lunch and stayed for one pizza night, and everything was delicious. For those wishing to take the ferry, it’s a 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel. A little far in the summer heat, but manageable. Bottom line, we did not want to leave.

Klimaanlage teilweise laut: 43db(A), wir haben dann Drehzahl reduziert. Hotel ist auf Booking deklariert mit „keine Haustiere erlaubt“, daher: - … dass Hunde im Hotel sind stört uns grundsätzlich nicht - … im Frühstücksraum stört’s eher schon etwas - … inakzeptabel, ja etwas schockierend, jedoch, dass ein Hund in einem Hundebuggy beim Frühstück anwesend war, teilweise vom Tisch gefüttert wurde😮, das Personal „verzückte“ und mit der Schnauze (auf Tischhöhe) auf Frühstückstischen schnupperte. Das gehört sich nicht einmal in einem 2-Sterne Hotel. Nun ja, der Hund an sich ist sicherlich unschuldig … Das wertet das Hotel leider ab …

The rooms are average for a 4 star hotel, not too bad. However the pool area is very nice and well maintained, location is excellent and staff are very friendly. Best of all however is the breakfast. Far above and beyond what you’d ever get at a 4 star hotel. Absolutely loved it and would love to return.

Die Lage ist perfekt, etwa 300 bis zum Altstadt .Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Das Personal war extrem freundlich es war alles super sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück außergewöhnlich . Wunderbares hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

STAY HERE. You won’t regret it. Everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is amazing. But what sets this place apart is the staff. Super friendly. It is the entire staff, from check in (Denise and I believe his name was Roberto were life savers) to the bar staff and breakfast wait staff. Would love to come back and stay here.
