Garda Suite Hotel - Tonelli Hotels

The location is great, it has parking space, the staff & the manager are amazing. Breakfast is a must (really good).

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Widok z balkonu, bardzo wygodne łóżko, pomoc personelu podczas wyładowywania bagaży i parkowaniu. Pyszne sniadania.

We just LOVED this hotel, it was perfect! The pool is a bit small but nothing too bad, the location is amazing (supermarket 5min away, the lake 2min, city center 20min walk) and the staff were kind and friendly. The hotels offer bikes, beach towels, and discounts for several activities in the area. Also breakfast is amazing!

The pool isnt 100% comfy for a baby stroller

Bardzo dobre obfite śniadania

The staff specially the front disk staff in the reception were amazing.

No clean specially the towels

Wszystko!!!!

All staff are friendly and helpful

Nothing

Top class personnel (all departments I had contact with - concierge, front desk, housekeeping, restaurants, bars service) made our stay exactly as we want it, from the moment we arrived. It felt as though everything one would need for an unspoiled stay is there- ready, and offered right in time.

When the elevator malfunctioned we had to wait for another one;) (this can obviously happen any time, but that’s all about things that might be considered negative)

Sehr gut

The staff are just superb, friendly and good fun, really made us feel at home. The afternoon free buffet was great, some fruit and small bites was always welcome and a nice surprise. Great location near the lake , clean pool area with beds available eveytime. Breakfast suberb.

Nothing , all good

The reception staff are excellent, extremely helpful and kind, and the welcome is continuous every day. I especially want to thank the employee, Floniu

Flott barnevennlig hotell.

Great hotel with amazing, helpful staff. Breakfast was incredible and the cocktails at the bar are out of this world. The reception and bar staff makes this hotel the place you want to return to.

I like the location. The hotel is small and quit, very clean, new. The breakfast is very good, a big variety. The staff was very polite and nice. It was a surprise that it was snack bar in afternoon for free.

The breakfast is quite impressive, a lot of options. Staff is friendly also. During lunch they have a really good menu and super tasty. The room was modern renovated and with AC. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach and 20min walking from the historical center.

The location, staff and the room size

The air conditioning in the suite

Really lovely team of staff, so welcoming and pleasant. The hotel itself was super clean and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious and the Jack and Jill bathroom made it easier with their being 3 of us! It was quiet at night and only a short distance from the lakeshore. The walk into the town centre was really pleasant.

The bar/seating area near the reception is a little dark and gloomy looking. There aren’t too many loungers around the pool. I think there are enough but as per usual you get the odd selfish guests who will reserve them with towels for hours at a time. We observed fresh towels laid for a whole afternoon without anyone using the loungers. I feel like it would be good practice for the hotel to operate a checking system and remove towels from “reserved” beds after an hour has passed or at least add some signage to deter this.

Piękny, otoczony roślinnością hotel. Duże, komfortowe i nowocześnie wyposażone pokoje. Bardzo czyste i klimatyzowane apartamenty. Pyszne śniadania, duzy plus za wieczorny bar przekąskowy. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Duży basen. Lokalizację hotelu uważam za idealną, blisko plaży, restauracji. Dziękujemy za idealny pobyt.

Wow – what a wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived at Riva del Garda Suite Hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed. The two lovely young ladies on reception greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay. The hotel is a beautifully maintained medium-sized property that offers the perfect balance between excellent facilities and a relaxed, personal atmosphere. It is absolutely immaculate throughout. We stayed in Room 106, overlooking the pool, and it was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and very inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the generous balcony, complete with sun loungers, was a fantastic bonus. The pool area is stunning and has been thoughtfully designed with beautiful flowers and plants, creating a relaxing oasis. Soft, tasteful music plays throughout the day, adding to the wonderful atmosphere. The bar staff were fantastic—always friendly, attentive and happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Most afternoons, after returning from the lake, we enjoyed drinks by the pool. Prices were very reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised when the manager explained that the hotel provides a complimentary afternoon buffet. What a lovely touch! The selection included fresh fruit, cheeses, savoury snacks, prawns, bruschetta, pizza and more. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. It really demonstrated the hotel's generosity and attention to detail. Breakfast was equally impressive. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the choice on offer was incredible. Guests can make their own fresh juices using the juice machine, and there is a chef's station preparing omelettes, crêpes and other freshly cooked dishes to order. There were plenty of healthy options alongside an irresistible selection of cakes and pastries. Another wonderful feature is the complimentary bicycles available for guests to use.

Great location, well maintained and furnished, .

I can’t fault this hotel, would definitely recommend.

Podobało nam się wszystko , byliśmy dużą grupą i hotel spełnił oczekiwania dzieci i dorosłych. Pyszne śniadania, kameralny basen i wspaniała obsługa. Wrócimy.

Pokud hledáte moderní vybavení, kvalitní služby, vstřícný personál, vynikající gastronomii, a skvělou polohu ubytování, jste na správném místě. Jedním slovem paráda👍

The hotel’s location is excellent, and it offers on-site parking. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Unfortunately, two issues significantly affected my overall experience. First, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found strands of hair on the furniture, which was disappointing and suggested that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. Second, I was disappointed by the way some of the breakfast staff treated guests. During my stay, they appeared noticeably warmer and more welcoming toward European guests, while guests from the Middle East were treated in a much colder and less courteous manner. Even a simple “Good morning” was often omitted, with the first question being our room number. This difference in treatment was very noticeable and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I sincerely hope the hotel management investigates this matter and ensures that every guest is treated with the same level of respect, professionalism, and hospitality, regardless of their background or nationality.

Our stay at Garda suite for 5 days has been wonderful. The hotel is lovely, clean and situated a little way back from the lake. We had a suite with a lake view and the room was lovely. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Daniela on reception was extremely helpful. We were there celebrating our anniversary and were left a bottle and chocolates from the hotel.

It’s situated a little back from the lake on a busy road so even though you have a view of the lake the road in front is unfortunately quite noisy. That said. Perfect location for lake and town centre.

Frühstück war okay, der Kaffee miserabel! Wurst und Schinken waren nicht gekühlt! Saft musste man selber pressen!

The staff, really everyone bar none were so impressive….Bravo! Our room was a suite and it’s very comfortable. Our room was at the back of the hotel which we liked as it’s much quieter than facing the main road. The location is excellent.

We like to relax out on our balcony, mornings before breakfast, in the afternoon’s after being out and about and then on return that night after dinner. But sadly our balcony was tiny and we had two balcony’s. If a balcony is not important to you well definitely stay at this hotel, it’s fantastic. But it would be a deal breaker for us and so we would look elsewhere when returning to Riva del Garda. Balcony measures : 100 cm at widest point and 50cm at narrowest point. Our room was a suite. The views of the mountains from the balcony are fabulous…… but that balcony!

Todo

Excellent location, modern rooms, friendly staff and amazing food & bevarges

Location, friendly staff, large room, nice views. Coffee and tea station in the room, a balcony, nice big breakfast. The staff were very helpful but also quite relaxed. They put on afternoon nibbles which was very handy.

They change my parking number after 2 days when I came on the night and waiting
