Location is great. Most of the staff were good.

Car park is horrible. You would need a nissan Micra to fit up the ramps. Impossible to park a modern car. Was given a twin room, payed for a double deluxe. I stayed in a double deluxe before, definitely nothing like this. Indian man would not listen about giving me the wrong room. He was extremely rude. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Staff set an alarm off when we were trying to sleep. Tobacco aroma all over the place.

Waited so long for bar service that I left and didn't purchase. Staff seemed to be chatting more than serving at the time.

The staff were very rude when trying to check in. We were early to check in but we didn’t even ask the question and were shut down immediately and they didn’t do anything to try help while allowing other people to check in even though we had arrived much earlier then everyone else

It is within 45 mins of Dublin Port for an early sailing. Good food and bar. Clean and very well appointed rooms with 12 plug sockets and 5 USB ports Safe Parking

Clean & staff were professional. Close to airport.

Toilets by the reception were absolutely filthy. I also had to pay a deposit for the room which I wasn't told about im still waiting to be refunded

Stayed in room 282 shower too hot could not make it colder

Breakfast very good was my 80 birthday and everyone had a brilliant night at the bar staff were brilliant

The staff! We arrived (there was 3 other couples, all who booked separately on booking.com). We arrived for 12 midday as we were going to an event. We were told rooms weren't ready and it would be fine to check in later ( we explained we would be late back) So after the event we arrived back at 11.45. We checked in and were told we had to pay €100 deposit to get back next morning! This was never disclosed before this. We all agreed. I just had my revolut on my phone as I didn't bring extra cards. They told me I couldn't just tap the card machine and would have to get the physical card. I explained I didn't have it and was told to use my friends. Reluctantly I did as I didn't want to have them out of pocket. Next morning I went to check out and looked for my deposit back. They said it might take 2 days to go back onto card. I explained that they wouldn't accept my revolut as payment and I had to use someone else's card who now is going to be short of money. I asked what was the issue with revolut as I had bought a drink at the bar and had paid for breakfast using my revolut on the phone. They couldn't give me an answer. 1 of the couples with us didn't have to pay a deposit. Even though they said that was their policy. They don't have that policy advertised on their website. They should be a bit more consistent plus let people know that this is their policy when booking. All rooms had been prepaid I have never before had to pay a deposit along with price of the room

Bedrooms unbearably warm! Terrible nights sleep, lacks basic amenities for example an iron, and no water in room on arrival

Very clean and spacious. Lovely restaurant and bar. Clean large room. Great location for the airport. Really friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault anything. Would definitely return.

Toilet pressure was poor did not flush properly and no telly only the free one that comes with Samsung

The hotel itself was nice, clean and perfectly priced for what I wanted.

Unfortunately the car park at the side of the hotel isn't properly monitored and my car was broken into. Money and aftershave was took and papers fired around my car. The wasn't much of a push from staff to say sorry or anything. Thankfully there was no damage to the car.

The location of the hotel is great. And parking is just next door. Great for a one night stop

It not that we didn't like it but it was so busy. The place is so big that the rooms are quite a distance from reception

Bathroom - shower curtain rail was rusted. Light switches by bed were recessed and not working correctly - brought to staffs attention.

Doveva essere a circa 1,5 km dal centro città ma in realtà per arrivare in centro abbiamo impiegato circa mezz'ora in taxi!

Location was great for what we needed, Room was fantastic. Staff were lovely Bar Manager was very nice she was very helpful with a smile after a long day.

Food was excellent - Bar was brilliant with music - would have loved a shuffle bus option to the red cow Luas line the bus was longer than expected to get into the city.

No mention of the upfront €100 deposit on check in. Make the customer feel hard done by like they are sensing some trouble from the person checking in. Not advertised nowhere when booking or on the website and still waiting to receive the money back 3 days later. Room have no air con and couldn't have the window open in the room due to noisy fan units outside on the roof.

No facilities really, towels were terrible, no aircon.. just basically a hotel for workers

Almost everything, great location close to public transport.

Carpets on public stairway need to be replaced. Room was on the warmer side.

Towels were damp, bathroom light flickering was awful we had to use the bathroom in the dark. Hotel took a £100 bond off our debit card. It was very noisy and just was not nice. Never again

It was an hour on the bus to the city - or a very expensive taxi. Breakfast room really dark and gloomy although breakfast itself was good.

Great wee spot I've stayed here a few times, was only 5 mins to where we were going the next day. Bar and hotel staff were nice, comfy room. Handy enough checking in.

Only negative was the servers on the carvery, very rude and rushing to get away, not very generous with the portions. One small scoop of mash I had to ask for another one. Being the end of the night didn't think it would have been a bother as everything was getting taken away. The food was nice just the portions could have been a bit better
