Main restaurant was only open for breakfast and alternative had very limited menu

I was guest of the day and got macrons in the room which was a lovely gesture but I don’t eat nuts. They had a face cloth in the room which is rare and appreciated and nice biscuits and coffee. The bed was comfy

The booths didn’t work for getting the keys when I arrived the screen just went blank/white when I tried them, also it wasn’t clear how to get out of the carpark after having prepaid and when I pressed help as eventually advised it took ages to get answered and allowed to leave. I didn’t feel safe walking through the maze of rooms late at night really far from reception.

I lost my bag and the staff were amazing and helped me

The location is easily accessible and very close to shops like Aldi and circle k.

Had to pay an extra €200 deposit that wasn’t mentioned during or prior to the booking. The carpet was insanely dusty, to the point where myself and the other guests staying there had to take allergy medicine, and we don’t suffer from any allergies. We were aware that there was an event on, however no member of staff enforced the “no noise past 9pm” policy. The hotel remained loud and disturbing until early hours of the morning. The vending machine also wasn’t functioning. There was some pubic hair found on the toilet before we used it, and the toilet paper roll had some brownish spots all over. The sink also didn’t drain properly.

Very good hotel. Good for exit from Dublin. Good breakfast.

Las habitaciones están bien pero los baños viejos y anticuados, con desconchones en la bañera donde se ve óxido. El personal de recepción muy mal. Se rió de nosotros haciéndonos acceder a las habitaciones por la calle, rodeando todo el edificio, bajo la lluvia, cuando había un acceso interior a menos de 15 metros de recepción. Tras quejarnos, su jefa nos quiso hacer creer que había sido un malentendido…pero íbamos varios y todos entendimos lo mismo, no fue un malentendido.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were lovely. The reception staff were also very nice, friendly and welcoming.

The room was a decent size and clean, but the bathroom was a completely different story. It was very small, old and had a strong smell of urine. It definitely needs renovation. The layout was also terrible — the toilet was squeezed in right behind the door, which made it difficult to even open the door properly. Another big minus was the lack of air conditioning. With the window closed, the room was far too warm, but opening the window wasn’t really an option either because the motorway was right behind the hotel. The noise made it feel like you were sitting in the stands at a Formula 1 race. Unfortunately, the bathroom and the lack of air conditioning really let the room down.

The staff are always very helpful and polite. The cleaning staff should be rewarded, a clean room and fresh towels everyday 5 stars to them. The bar and waitress staff always helpful and very nice to me lovely people.

The first night I felt safe but day 2 I came home and a door inside my bedroom was opened. I was able to walk into the next room. As I am 56 years old and staying on my own this was frightening, I could hear people in there. I went straight down to reception and brought the night Manager up. I was crying and scared to go asleep. He said it was an ajoining room to which I was not told about when checking in. He said I must of not closed the door the night before. I could not move the inner door the day before so I taught nothing of it. He didn't offer me another room at 12 that night He did offer a Breakfast but I had already paid for mine. Well I never slept that night. Next day nobody from the hotel came near me and asked was I ok nothing was said to me at all. My son didn't want me to stay there after that happened but I had paid for my stay. Not even a cup of tea was offered to me the next day, I don't even know if this was reported but I have strong doubts about booking with this again. Myself and family have been staying here for more than 4 years so I don't know about next stay.

Good location

The heating wasn’t working, rang three times and staff eventually brought a heater to the room. The room was freezing Found staff quite rude when they came to the room with heater Our key card wasn’t working 15 minutes before check out, making us feel rushed

Bequemes Zimmer, gute Anbindung nach Dublin mit Öffentlichen. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus. Parkplatz war selbst am späteren Abend noch zu finden.

Suciedad en la habitación y el baño. Mal mantenido, la ducha estaba mal salía agua por todos lados. El hotel tiene una pequeña remodelación pero sigue estando viejo. El aparcamiento es grande al aire libre pero estaba una empresa (Circet) alojada en el hotel y había muchas furgonetas y costaba trabajo aparcar. Íbamos con un niño de cinco años y no se molestaron ni en poner otra cama.

The receptionist was nice but she was multitasking hence it wasn't a very human interaction. In that sense there was lack of customer service expected from a check in but this seems to be a disappearing artform everywhere lately anyways.

This is our 2nd time staying in 5 weeks. We intend staying once a month approximately. Comparing our stay in July this room was very different for Comfort reasons.

Room not clean. In need of repair. Paint coming off ceiling above shower in bathroom. Hairs in the bath and sink not draining. Sofa bed for kids like a rock with big metal edges very unsafe for children. Also windows not sealed leaving terrible draft in by the sofa bed where kids were. They were freezing during the night and ended up in our bed.

Clean, comfortable room. Very nice staff and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. Good location for travelling into the city centre.

Breakfast selection was very good. Everything was fresh. I would have liked more fruit for porridge and maybe a granola. I couldnt see any type of berries or compote for porridge.

abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e non ci è piaciuto. Per una struttura così grande non è spiegabile che esista un solo ascensore. Alcune stanze ancora con la moquette, non ci sono spazi per valigie e un piccolo appendiabiti, abbiamo dovuto mettere le valigie sulla mensola. un giorno neanche la stanza ci hanno pulito. Sinceramente per quanto è costato non vale le 4 stelle.

Les lits sont confortables et le personnel très gentil. C’est propre et le personnel vient faire les chambres tous les jours. L’accès au centre ville se fait facilement avec les transports en commun.

La douche est un peu vétuste. Je me suis fait accrocher la voiture de location, alors que je l’ai laissée au parking à 10€/jour pour qu’elle soit sécurisée.

El servicio del restaurante (no el de los desayunos) era agradable pero poco eficiente. El baño de la habitación olía muy mal a orines. Las almohadas demasiado gruesas. No había nevera en la habitación y nos habría venido muy bien pues llevábamos medicación que requería frío. Nos ofrecieron a cambio una de acceso controlado en el cuarto de maletas. Eso estuvo bien pero habría preferido tener nevera en la habitación.

Would highly recommend staying here, staff were helpful and friendly and food was delicious. It was a great location for the activities we had planned our time in Dublin

Cleanliness

Very few amenities. Even simple things like a tissue paper box was missing in addition to others.

Clean and friendly 2 restaurants including a bar located out of the city so less expensive about 5 -10 minute walk to public transportation or order a free now ride that arrives quickly about E30 to city center not bad when splitting the cost.

The only thing I can think of is it would have been nice to have a small fridge in room

The sofa bed isn’t great - massive room so there would have been plenty of space for proper beds to accommodate a family of 5.

Good breakfast and rooms fairly clean. Family room was a decent size.

Double bed in family room quite cramped. A lot of plumbing/shower noise from other rooms. Strange parking system not integrated with hotel system and not explained to us on arrival. Checking kiosk we were asked to use was a really awful piece of UX design.
