The aircon did not work in my room. They were unable to fix it. Sleeping was therefore uncomfortable.

While the breakfast offering has a wide variety of foods, the quality of food is below average. There are many areas of the hotel that are tired and needing upkeep including a heavily cracked bathroom basin, faded and threadbare carpet patches in bedroom. The pool is large but has just 5 daybeds, all without mattress tops and all faded by the sun.

De ligging vlak bij de oude stad. Het ontbijt is uitstekend.

Niks, het was gewoon prima. Toen wij er waren was het restaurant voor het avond eten wel opvallend leeg.

Het hotel rook heel erg lekker, het had een mooie authentieke sfeer , het ontbijt was prima. De kamers waren mooi en de bedden prettig.

Het ligt aan een drukke straat, soms lastig om van a naar b te komen.

The breakfast was good! And the staff (especially in the restaurant) was amazing - exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It's close to China town, so you have many non-halal food options.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit filthy and there were many stains on the bedding. They changed but it almost didn't make a difference. The room wasn't expensive, but I still expect something different from a Mercure Hotel.

Breakfast, pool, location.

The ventilation was making a lot of noise thru the walls. They offered another room.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux. La vue depuis la chambre au 17 ème est sympa. La literie est confortable. Le hall d'entrée est magnifique. À proximité de l'hôtel ( 20/30 min à pied) se trouve un bureau de change avec un très bon taux ouvert très tard le soir, c'est ce qui m'avait aussi poussée à réserver là. Il y a également un food market de l'autre côté de l'avenue ( passerelle juste devant l'hôtel au top) très bien, immersion en Asie assurée 😉. Malheureusement le personnel de l'hôtel qui parle très bien anglais ( c'est vraiment un plus) ne connaissait pas cet endroit. Je pense que cet hôtel est principalement occupé par des clients asiatiques.

Le quartier de l'hôtel qui est bruyant, sale et peu sécurisant. La vétusté des chambres mais surtout la taille et l'entretien autour de la piscine. Les photos datent vraiment et l'établissement n'est pas à la hauteur des standards correspondants. À Jakarta, évitez le milieu de gamme.

Het hotel is aan vernieuwing toe, kamers oud en het zwembad ook. Er stonden ook maar 5 ligbedden.

Le "a minima": 1 serviette par personne, 1 oreiller, 1 rouleau de papier... Avec un peu plus d'entretien (portes, menuiseries, sdb ont bien vécus) l'hôtel serait superbe! Mais l'obsolescence explique probablement son bon rapport qualité/prix

Clean and smell fresh

Toilet flush is temperamental

we were placed in a smoking room and in the whole property was smelling ciggarets. We ordered a food and I paid 45euro for 2 portions of food + drinks.

遊びに行くのに立地が良い。

領収書か請求書の発行をお願いしたが、ネットからの予約だと出せない。正規の金額ではないから、意味がわからない。支払った金額を領収書か請求書にするのが普通ではないのか。

ロケーションが良い　施設は古いが居心地は良い　朝食は野菜類が食べれて良い　あまりうまくはないがたくさんあるので充分。ヘアドライアーが使いやすくてよい　スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでよかった。宿泊代相応で満足。一人旅で泊まるならこのホテルが使いやすくて良いのでは。

部屋のカーテンが1枚しかないので、内部カーテンも付けたら。

Overall a great hotel, the view from the room was ok and this was a solid place to stay. Staff were accomodating to my requests. Buffet breakfast was well rounded.

Room was spacious and comfortably furnished. Big windows, nice city view. Had a bathtub! (Deluxe room). Convenient location. Staff were all helpful and quite charming. 5 stars for the staff. Good pool, very clean. Well-equipped gym.

1) Sheets were old and stained 2) No outlets! ONE outlet on one side of the bed. The only other was behind the desk, but a lamp was plugged into it. So you can’t make coffee and turn on the lamp, or be charging anything, at the same time. 3) Shower head was shoulder height. I’m F, 178cm, so about average height. Awkward to shower. 4) No hand soap or shower cap provided. The only soap was the container in the shower

Location was wonderful and good connection to airport.

I booked queen size bed but changed to twin room. This is so upset. They never mentioned fist come first pick room even though I booked queen size bed room.

De locatie is centraal gelegen maar is gelegen net buiten zowel de oude als nieuwe stad. Met een taxi is het goed te doen trouwens

Un peu dans son jus, beaucoup de chose semblent très vieilles pas rénovés c’est dommage !

We hadden een grote kamer met een goede view. Heerlijk bed. De douche was warm maar zeer gedateerd. Een mooi buitenzwembad waar we van hebben genoten. Helaas hing de zwembad verlichting op diverse plekken los. Na dit gemeld te hebben, ging men direct ermee aan de slag. Als dank voor het melden kregen we een gratis lunch en gratis late checkout.

De kamer rook muf en de vloerbedekking was smoezelig en is aan vervanging toe.

Chambre vieille, SDB très ancienne, la moquette pas très propre. C'était un bel hôtel qui n'est pas entretenu comme le reste a Jakarta, dommage

Full facilities, good service staff, location was alright and easy to get grab/blue bird.

Quite outdated, minimal toiletries for example they had a towel rack but no hand towel provided only bath towels. Half of the black out curtains were missing so we ended up waking up once the sun was up.

Water/rain leaking onto carpet near the window. Bathroom facilities stained.

When I asked to change towels, the cleaner turned around and pretended to change for me , but what she did was just folded up my dirty towels and returned to me. This place is dirty

Very good

The location is not really downtown but good to avoid the traffic, construction is going on in front of the hotel on the road. Mattresses are pretty old and bed, room size is very good. Reasonable priced. The hotel restaurant and coffee shop is not happening and very few variety, so went to the hotel H&S to have some coffee and dinner& drinks.

I did not find the Mercure Hotel to be worthwhile. The Business Center has No Printer to Print Documents, No Paper, No Desk. It’s an empty room with just two chairs.

The Mercure Hotel Jakarta is very dated and needs a renovation.

O hotel era lindo e tinha uma boa vista da cidade. O café da manhã foi extraordinário e muito diferente do que estamos acostumados no mundo ocidental. Eu adorei. A equipe foi muito acolhedora e gentil. Voltaria.

A via na frente do hotel estava em obras e dificultou o meu acesso a alguns lugares. Tinha muita poeira dessa obra pelos corredores.

I love the hotel very nice and staff are very professional and helpful.

Only thing I don’t like is the bathroom especially the shower can’t control the water temperature very good either cold or too hot.

It was fine, a bit far from the centre though. Good street food parade around the corner.

The quietest city centre hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool was big enough to swim lengths, & there were pads on the loungers. Reception were brilliant, Santira is assisting with my lost bank card. All other staff smiley & happy.

There have standby car for rent

Generally the hotel was great the location was would breakfast was great staff was very helpful i wouldn't mind staying here again

The rules require better maintenance and cleaning , the bathrooms were not so good
