Мы втроем остановились на 2 недели в семейном номере с двумя комнатами на 11м этаже. Сам номер не то чтобы свеж, но в весьма достойном состоянии. Чистота и продуманность планировки. Много электрических розеток для вилок разных стран и даже юсб, так что нам не пришлось пользоваться переходниками, российские вилки подошли. Окна нашего номера выходили на север и во дворы, что просто идеально - не было удушающего жара и шум с проезжей части не мешал. Опять же 11й этаж - красивый вид. У нас было много удобных просторных шкафов, 4 стола, за которыми можно было поработать или перекусить. Ламп было много, все работали. Шторы блек-аут. Из принадлежностей давали шампуни, гели для душа, кондиционер, лосьон для тела, пасту и зубную щетку, тапочки, шапочку для душа, бритвенный набор. Полотенца, туалетная бумага и вода всегда были в достаточном количестве. Расположение отеля отличное - исторический центр города, достопримечательности, рестораны и всевозможные магазины под боком, две станции метро в 3-5 минутах ходьбы, автобусная остановка в 3х минутах, парковка для такси у входа - короче, самое то, что нужно туристу. Ресторан в отеле просто отменный. Утром шведский стол (достаточно разнообразно, каждый найдет себе что-то по вкусу, свежайшие продукты), а после можно приходить в ресторан a-la carte. Готовят европейские блюда отменно. Сервис в ресторане и в отеле в целом великолепный. Мы ни разу не столкнулись с грубостью, непониманием, задержками, наоборот - сотрудники были супер милыми, предупредительными и компетентными. Дважды приносили фрукты в номер как комплемент. Ключ-карты дали каждому из трёх гостей, а не так как обычно бывает в отелях - 1-2, больше не положено. Есть множество дополнительных сервисов, которые делают путешествие в разы проще: обмен валюты прямо в холле (курс крайне невыгодный, но в критической ситуации выручить может), прачечная самообслуживания со стиральными и сушильными машинами и утюгом, небольшой бассейн и кабинет массажа.

1. Одна кровать была просто идеальной: высокая, современная, с пультом управления, массажем и высоким новым матрасом - мечта, одним словом. Но вот две другие - просто раскладушки с матрасами, из которых пружины выпирают. Мы подстелили одеяла в качестве наматрасников, иначе спать было невозможно. 2. Неприятный запах в ванной комнате, который появлялся ближе к вечеру. Ночью и в первой половине дня воздух в номере был свежим. Уж не знаю, в чем причина, давление в трубах даёт сбой или конструкция где-то хромает, но это было существенным минусом. 3.Технические шумы отвлекали и мешали спать. Пришлось пользоваться берушами. 4. У нас было два кондиционера, один из которых по факту не работал, так что тому, который был исправен приходилось тащить на себе обе комнаты. И ещё в качестве идеи для улучшения. Думаю, было бы хорошо поставить кулеры с водой на каждом этаже. Во время проживания у нас не было проблем с питьевой водой - бутылочки приносили каждый день в номер, а если недостаточно, то можно было позвонить и попросить ещё - но вообще, такой подход не очень экологичный и экономный. Отель мог бы реально сократить расходы и сделать пребывание гостей ещё более комфортным

The location is good and within an easy 150 m of the closest metro station. The room and bathroom although a little tired were completely acceptable for the price and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast is truly excellent with an exceptionally wide selection of food both hot and cold to suit all tastes. As you cannot drink the tap water in Beijing, 6 x 350 ml of bottled water were replenished by the cleaning staff each day. Complimentary coffee and tee sachets were provided at the rooms tea station and were replenished each day.

We had a room with an inter-leading door and the people in the room next door were very load waking us up whenever they came back at night. These inter-leading doors should be soundproofed because even when they spoke normally in the room next door we could hear virtually every word. I would suggest that you book a room without such a door !

Близко к центру и метро, некоторые достопримечательности в пешей доступности, много кафе, где можно перекусить, отель чистый и бесплатный завтрак для ребенка.

Старые номера, дверь в ванную постоянно заклинивала, и не могла выйти без посторонней помощи. Обратились на ресепшен, немного отремонтировали дверь, но хватило ненадолго, опять была проблема.

Ubicación muy buena. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y el secador, lo comunicamos en recepción por la mañana y a mediodía estaba todo arreglado. Colchón duro. Baño y ducha amplios. Todos los días dejaban 6 botellas de agua pequeñas de cortesía. Limpian la habitación a diario, incluso si ya han pasado a limpiar y dejas el cartel a destiempo.

Si te alojan en el segundo edificio tienes una buena caminata, una escalera y dos ascensores hasta tu habitación. El personal de recepción no te echa mano con las maletas teniendo los carritos para llevarlas al lado. El minibar no enfría mucho.

The staff were very courteous, helpful and tried to resolve our issues as soon as possible. Location is amazing with this property central to almost everything. Breakfast is outstanding.

The bathroom shower was leaking water to the floor. Whilst the staff tried to resolve this issue by giving us a different room, I would have expected them to fix this issue or even better, resolved this issue before we checked in.

I don't know about the rooms in the main tower/building but my room was in the secondary building and it was old style and needs to be renewed. Also, the payment of the room has been overcharged for a caution and the reimbursement is still pending after 10 days.

I came from Turkey; the taxi driver took off with my phone, but the hotel staff member was very helpful—they called the police, contacted the driver, and got my phone back. I am grateful to them.

Расположение отличное, метро рядом две станции 2 и 5 линия. Завтрак включен, но, смотрите стоимость с завтраком и без, вполне можно завтракать в кафе. На мой взгляд 108 юаней с человека он не стоит. Добираться до всех достопримечательностей на метро, цена с человека 3-4 юаня в зависимости от расстояния.

Мне очень понравилось месторасположение в центре города, рядом метро, в отеле есть спортзал, бассейн, хороший ресторан, очень уютный отель, на ресепшен персонал был очень приятный, дружелюбный и все мне объяснили.

Все понравилось, недостатков нет.

Spacious room with nice view for the busy street. Air conditioning working good. It’s an elegant hotel with a history. Great breakfast buffet. Pool was small but sufficient. Sauna was not always on, gym well equipped. Personal trainers, swimming instructors super friendly. Reception, management and house keeping staff- helpful and always available. Location is too, close to metro, shops and attractions. Totally recommend. Great value for the price.

Access to the centre was great. We loved the pool and the gym. Was very useful to have the self- service laundry- a life saver. Restaurant and hotel facilities are great.

Service in the cafe was very slow and items on the menu not always available. It was a non-smoking hotel, yet, when walking through 2nd floor to get to the 2nd lift, and on our floor 6, there was smell of smoking most of the time. It was not pleasant. Great hotel should always smell nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peace Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Beijing, with everything conveniently nearby. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Tout était parfait pour mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel agréable, le confort des lieux et leur proximité des centres d’intérêt et l’opulence des petits déjeuner 🥰

Mon seul jugement négatif porte sur la climatisation qui ne peut plus être réglée individuellement mais “subit” un réglage collectif. Donc très froid à mon goût et impossible de modifier la température si ce n’est de l’arrêter. Donc problématique 🫩

地理位置很好，走一段就到王府井步行街，再走一段就到故宫东华门了。 周围很繁华，酒店有些年纪，但是房间没有怪味道。 大堂管理比较严格，客人都需要等级，安全等级比较好。

Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful. There's a laundry room with only 3 dryers n 3 washers and they are constantly loaded.

The room is at the old building site so they are dark n the rooms fittings are dated and small. The aircon themostat is not working properly Got to set 10 degree to have a cool room then it gets too cold we set to 25 degree n it stays as 8 degree in the room. The price os too steep for such old hotel room. There are newer hotels in the same street so better to check them out.

الغرفة لا بأس بها، والموقع ممتاز جدًا، فهو قريب من محطة المترو والأسواق، وهذا أكبر ميزة في الفندق. لكن الحمام قديم جدًا، والبانيو مخدش ومتهالك، كما أن دش الاستحمام لا يعمل بشكل جيد، وبعض لمبات الغرفة لا تعمل أيضًا. الفندق يحتاج إلى صيانة وتجديد، خاصةً للحمام والمرافق.

Excellente locatie in Beijing om verboden stad te bezoeken en om in de buurt te shoppen en te eten. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het is een hotel met een bijzondere geschiedenis en er zijn twee vleugels met elk een bijzonder architecturaal karakter.

Wij zaten in de oude vleugel van het hotel. Die is best een beetje afgeragd. De tapijten zijn oud en vies en er is geen bijzonder uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Ik adviseer een duurdere kamer in de andere vleugel te nemen.

The peace hotel had nice accommodations and also fun cultural activities offered for free to guests of all ages. We made pretty Chinese cloisonné flowers to take home as souvenirs and the auntie running it was kind and informative. The peace hotel also had a lot of freebies like bottled water and helpful staff.

Ce grand hotel est parfaitement situé dans un quartier proche des monuments avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants pour tous les budgets. La literie est confortable et l'accueil di personnel parfait.

The kids had an amazing time learning some handcraft with a really thoughtful and patient teacher! They loved the Lord Rabbit Painting and found out that it takes a lot of work to be able to reproduce one! Really recommend that activity for a lovely bonding moment. Plus note: the teacher was really kind, helpful and patient through the activity. We love it

We had a great stay at Peace Hotel! Hotel manager Jason gave us a warm welcome and set us up very nicely. Though we made a little mistake by booking, he made it possible for us as a boys group to have close rooms. So big thank you to Jason and big recommendation to every one else - Peace Hotel is top!

Но состояние номера, к сожалению, не соответствует ожидаемому уровню гостиницы. В комнате заметны следы износа: повреждённая мебель, потертости на полу, пятна и следы эксплуатации. Матрас и спальное место выглядят уставшими, что напрямую влияет на комфорт сна. В ванной комнате также требуется более тщательная уборка и обновление: душевая зона выглядит не очень свежо. Окна были грязные, с заметными следами, из-за чего даже хороший вид из номера теряет смысл. Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак: он был очень скудный, выбор минимальный, а блюда практически не обновлялись. Если прийти не в самом начале завтрака, часть еды уже отсутствует, и её не пополняют. Для гостиницы такого уровня это выглядит довольно слабо. В целом отель мог бы быть хорошим вариантом из-за локации, но номер явно нуждается в ремонте, уборка должна быть лучше, а завтрак более разнообразным и нормально обновляемым. За такую стоимость ожидал более аккуратного состояния и лучшего сервиса.

Отель расположен в 3 минутах от пешеходной улицы Ванфудзин, что очень удобно. Завтрак не сильно понравился, но голодным я не остался. Вид из окна был хороший, 13 этаж и немного было видно запретный город. В отеле есть очень приличный ресторан китайской кухни, там всегда очень много местных жителей. Готовят очень вкусно, можно не искать где поесть. Персонал был выше всяких похвал. Заселили раньше, помогли с оплатой покупок по wechat (был только нал), помогли с таксистами объяснить сложный маршрут и еще много всего.

Номер был в основном здании и некоторые моменты в ванной требовали реновации, но на качество проживания они не повлияли.

Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing. We were initially placed in a room that felt like it had not been updated since the 1960s. Everything was old and poorly maintained—the toilet and bathtub were outdated, there were water leaks, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The smell throughout the hotel was also unpleasant. Because of these issues, we decided to leave the room and relocate to the Waldorf Astoria the following day, although we were still charged for half a day’s stay. Another friend in our group remained at the hotel and was able to move to a renovated room, which was somewhat better and more presentable. While the hotel’s interior architecture and historic character were impressive, the poor room condition, maintenance issues, and odor made for a very disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The location of the Novotel Peace, close to the subway and the shopping facilities of pedestrian street, allows for an uncomplicated stay. The hotel is quiet, the hygiene is perfect and the food is varied. The whole team is available beyond what is common. From strict instructions on the use of the subway to the advance purchase of tickets for entry to the Museums, they try to do everything to simplify the stay. A great week in Beijing.
