Staff were nice and welcoming. Staff speaking English was a highlight that reduced stress while staying in a foreign country. Room and rest of hotel was clean with excellent amenities. The library is a nice area and the afternoon tea was a good price. There’s a McDonald’s and convenience store along with several other restaurants and spa within the building. 5 star amenities and location for an excellent price. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!

Didnt have a microwave in the room. And the mini bar was not too cold but I was still able to use the fridge. The ridiculous amount of charge for laundry. Practically $30 PER shirt?! Laundry typically costs a few dollars for a whole bag of clothes so that was very unexpected and I had planned to do my laundry there but that was no where a reasonable price so I didn’t get my laundry done. And while some of the food was a decent price, others were exorbitant so you never know what you’re going to get. Additionally hotels have started now to not create privacy for bathrooms or showers. I was staying alone so it was fine but I couldnt stay there if i was staying with a coworker or family/friend that I would not feel comfortable changing clothes in front of.

The apartment and location were perfect and staff pleasant and wanting to help

The only disappointment was with the food and drinks .The breakfast selection was good but the English Style breakfast items ie fried eggs bacon beans etc stored on heated metal trays were never hot enough and frequently almost cold . The wine selection on exec lounge was of poor quality and could be much better

Hotel was ok

The hotel itself was generally OK, but I need to highlight a very serious issue regarding payments and transparency. I booked through Booking.com and handled most of the payment through the platform. However, it was not made sufficiently clear before arrival that the hotel would require an additional deposit at check-in. At reception, the staff’s English was very limited, and the total amount being charged to my card was not clearly explained. As a result, I effectively had a significant additional amount charged/blocked on top of what I had already paid for my stay. At check-out, I was assured that the deposit had been released and would be returned to my account. Five weeks later, I still have not received the money. After contacting the hotel again, their position is now that I need to resolve the matter myself with my bank. I find this unacceptable. If a hotel requires an additional deposit, it should clearly communicate the amount and conditions before charging it and take responsibility for ensuring that the funds are properly released. Because the money has still not been returned, I am left with serious concerns about the way deposits are handled at this property. From a customer's perspective, an unexplained additional charge that remains missing five weeks later can understandably raise concerns about whether guests are effectively being overcharged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I strongly advise future guests to clarify in writing exactly how much will be charged at check-in, what portion is a deposit, and when and how it will be returned.

Location it’s a good!

The air conditioning did not work at all! It was blowing warm air instead of cooling the room. The windows could not be opened, and there was barely any air to breathe. I asked the staff to open the windows, but unfortunately, they said it was not possible. They brought a portable air conditioner, but unfortunately, it did not cool the room either. Thank God, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly found a solution and moved me to another room.

Our stay was delightful. The staff was exceptional, the room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the extra care afforded to us by Elvis Yu , the Chief Concierge which made our travels through Beijing much easier than expected.

I have stayed at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing four times—twice for more than ten days and twice for shorter visits. The more I have come to know the hotel and its staff, the more impressed I have become by their professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to give every guest the best possible experience. Their hospitality feels natural and sincere, never forced. It reminds me that, despite the common perception that today’s China is driven only by profit and money, genuine warmth, pride in one’s work, and thoughtful personal service are still very much alive. One thing that makes this hotel especially meaningful to me is that many staff members speak authentic Beijing dialect. For someone returning to Beijing, hearing Beijinghua gives me an immediate feeling of coming home. Beijing people have their own distinctive warmth, courtesy, and way of communicating, and I have experienced this throughout the concierge team. Many staff members have impressed me, including the entire concierge team and their manager Elvis. I would also especially like to recognize Wang Tao from housekeeping. Although he is not originally from Beijing, he is an exceptionally thoughtful and attentive person. I also had the opportunity to speak with Johnson Wang, a manager at the hotel. I could see clearly why the hotel operates so well. Although I am now retired, I have always admired young people who are ambitious, career-minded, and committed to excellence. It is evident that many members of this team hold themselves to high standards and have greater professional goals. That dedication is reflected in the way they care for the hotel and its guests. After four stays, Hilton Beijing Wangfujing has become much more than simply a convenient place for me to stay. It is a hotel where I feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and—most importantly—at home in Beijing.

空調不涼，最低溫度不夠，連續開一整晚後還是不會涼，整間飯店所有房間的空調都不涼（飯店人員親口說的），晚上睡覺會熱醒的程度，電梯的空調還比房間涼，並且離開房間後空調一定時間內會自動關機，晚上回到房間後要好幾個小時才會再冷下來。也發現行政酒廊、飯店走廊等等整間飯店都有不涼的問題，八月熱天到訪的遊客權益歸0 ，飯店做法是給電風扇加冰塊 並且沒有恰當的補償措施。怕熱的遊客建議斟酌，尤其如果住大房間會更不涼就像我們，更要好好考慮。去行政酒廊到處都額外放冷風機，就可以知道飯店空調有多沒力。此次旅程也有住到王府井周邊的其他類似價位飯店完全沒有此問題。

We had an amazing room with a very comfortable bed. 24h gym. Well located in the city center if you want to be close to malls and sightseeing highlights, such as Forbidden City etc (walking distance). Lounge with afternoon happy hour with decent variety of snacks and drinks.

Restaurants closed earlier than operating hours shown at the entrance, so one evening we arrived too late, but in all honesty we did not double check beforehand either

Заселялись с ребенком, оплата была за троих, дополнительное постельное принесли после третьей просьбы, не говоря уже о том, чтобы это было приготовлено и застелено заранее.

First time staying on the Executive Floor at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing and overall a very good experience. The room was a nice size, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The Executive Lounge was calm and pleasant, with a decent selection of food and drinks throughout the day. Special thanks to Lila, who was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Would happily recommend, especially the Executive Floor.

Местоположение отличное. Запретный город, Императорские сады , пешеходная торговая улица, огромный торговый центр, метро - всё в пешей доступности. Большой выбор блюд на завтраке, всё свежее и вкусное. Номер и отель понравился так, что вновь остановились на обратном пути.

Žao mi je što ga nisam pitao za ime , ali niži mladić na ulazu u restoran je izuzetno - krajnje neljubazan. Toliko da je pokvario ukupan dojam o objektu.

The lady at the reception was really helpful and assisted us with late check out by giving additional hours for free. Staff also helped us with registration for Tiananmen Square. Hotel is obviously luxurious with a Japanese style toilet. Which was amazing.

Our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong entrance and then trying to locate the hotel to begin with was annoying as we had a long flight.

Голодным точно не останешься. Большим плюсом для нас также стал лаунж-бар — удобное и приятное место, где можно спокойно отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Расположение отеля очень удачное: рядом пешеходная улица, магазины, кафе и основные туристические места. Для первой поездки в Пекин и знакомства с городом это отличный вариант. Мы остались полностью довольны проживанием. Уверенные 10 из 10. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и однозначно рекомендуем Hilton Beijing Wangfujing.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect, as it's very central. There is a large shopping mall just a 2–3 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room was much larger and nicer than we had expected. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Honestly everything was perfect.

Location Very close to Forbidden City and many other attractions. There is also a mall with a food court next door. Access The hotel is in a development complex that takes a few minutes to drive into. Entrance Door people friendly. Lobby is dark and small with few chairs for meeting people. Front Desk The worst part of our experience was the front desk. They started adding unexpected charges immediately and more later. No perks or recognition for HHonors status. They acted like we should be lucky to be there. If not for my kids I would have cancelled and gone to another hotel. We stayed in Hiltons across Asia and China. This one had the worst attitude we have ever experienced. Room Fantastic. Large with an incredible view and A+ amenities. We loved the room and the housekeeping services. Food The restaurants are dark and dingy. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Conclusion We will never stay in this hotel again. The front desk staff were absolutely rude and entitled. I hope the GM sees this and makes needed changes. Not acceptable - esp by Asian standards.

Our 5 nights at the Hilton Beijing Wangfujing were perfect. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serving delicious local cuisine was definitely a positive experience. Located within walking distance of several attractions and the Wangfujing shopping precinct added to the overall appeal of this hotel.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Hilton Beijing Wangfujing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. A special thank you to Ann Ding, the Front Desk Manager, who kindly accommodated our early check-in after our morning arrival. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a walk-in closet and a well-appointed bathroom with a bidet, which added to our comfort throughout the stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from Wangfujing Shopping Street, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the city. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully they organized my vanity and personal items, keeping everything neat and tidy. To make our stay even more memorable, the team surprised me with a beautiful towel arrangement, flowers on the bed, and a slice of cake. A great hotel in the heart of the city. Location is perfect, next to a nice shopping mall. We received excellent service from the front desk, concierge, restaurants and from our housekeeping team Zhang Aimin. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Beijing.

Would like to say this is the best housekeeper I have ever had. Miss 冉建霞 already wrote a warm note to welcome us before we arrived, particularly a tower bunny was prepared to welcome my daughter. It pleased her after a long flight. Although the hotel is literally old but cleanings is outstanding which still make it extremely comfortable.

The zac service in the lounge is good. Young people are enthusiastic, considerate and meticulous. The overall feeling is great.

The experience was very positive and I really enjoyed my stay. All of the staff members helped me out when it was needed and I had a really good time talking and enjoying myself with the hotel’s services. I feel that the pool environment here is quite good, the water quality is also good, and the staff is especially helpful.

A high quality Hilton in a truly great location for touring Beijing. Friendly front desk team who were very helpful and spoke enough English (with some help from the DeepL app!) to help us with everything we needed. Two double rooms on the 10th floor were wonderful and very well appointed. Good AC, hot water and shower! Toilets everywhere in Chinese hotels are less private than we are used to, (glass doors and walls and rather more open than in western hotels! but we learned to love the way it opened the lid and switched on lights when you entered! and had a whole range of ‘options’ on the panel!) The room rocked! Breakfast at the buffet restaurant was impressive and very extensive and there were lots of western options to choose from as well as amazing Chinese dishes. We had dinner twice at the Chinese restaurant - Sweet and Sour Pork was the best I’ve ever eaten! A short walk to Tianenmen Square and the Forbidden City and about 45mins walk to the Beijing Ming wall ruins and the Temple of Heaven park - all worth doing. The zoo was a let down - wouldn’t really recommend it - and we only got to see two pandas sleeping inside the habitats. There are up to 16 pandas at the Beijing zoo - so it was very disappointing. Shopping is right outside the hotel - and the Mall is huge!!! Definite recommendation!

Location was excellent as it’s just a short walk to the Wa Fu Jing street. The Great Wall of China and the Mao’s tomb was within walking distance.

Great location, close to shopping malls and 20 minutes walking from Tiamen square. The staff is really friendly, Alan helpped me book a car and all tickets to visit the great wall. Breakfast is really good, the room is comfortable, with a nice shower and toilet ad well.

Delicious breakfast buffet with generous hours What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Aimin Zhang and Jianxia Ran. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was taken care of. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I have been visiting Beijing almost every year and have stayed many hotels in Wangfujing area. Most hotels rooms are small. Two years ago I noticed this Hilton has rooms that are almost double size than other hotels 500-600 sq ft It’s a short walk to stores and easy access for bicycles rental. The staff are so nice and especially the concierge desk and housekeeping. So professionally trained and that just added more pleasantness to our stays. Then I booked two more short stays with front desk I was surprised the cost was almost 20% less than I booked at home on a non Hilton website.

All the staff including the cleaners were extremely friendly + helpful. A special mention to Aimee & Zac who went above and beyond in making my experience at the 16th floor lounge really pleasant. There was also Alan, who helped me check on some matters with the airport authorities. The cleaners also did a great job in packing my room😊

Todo impecable, desde el proceso de check in, la amabilidad del personal, las habitaciones fantásticas, espaciosas y con muchas comodidades, el desayuno muy bueno y con mucha variedad hasta la ubicación, la oferta gastronómica, el spa, el gimnasio, la piscina. Todo. Volvería a quedarme seguro ahí. Estaba en un grupo y muchos se quedaron en el Waldorf Astoria, que estaba casi el doble de precio y no era tan bueno como el Hilton.
