Pricing was decent. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed 6 nights. I had a 1 day reservation and a 5 day reservation. Upon checking in I asked for house keeping every other day instead of every 3rd day. House keeping should have been done 3 times. On the 3rd day I called the front desk, had them bring up new towels and reminded the manager who brought up the towels I wanted house keeping every other day. The next day I called the front desk again and requested house keeping. We never had house keeping our entire stay even after asking 4 different times. If I seen a cleaning cart on our floor I would replenish our bathroom tissue and towels myself. The shower drain didn't drain the best, i own my own plumbing company, I remedied the drain by removing the hair of previous customers. There was also what appeared to be a small amount of blood on the side of the door frame. Pool area had garbage on the floor and in the pool. Not worth what I spent, would not recommend to stay here.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a room. When I booked I used a card that had expired by our stay date. They called to confirm and get a card number. I was glad they did not just cancel our reservation. The breakfast was really good.

Location of the hotel is amazing. Easy to get to, enough parking. Staff is amazing and friendly. We loved the fact that it is dog friendly hotel. What was very cool addition was a fire pit in front of the hotel. We could sit there and enjoy the evening.

Breakfast is the same every single day. There is only so many time one can eat biscuits and gravy. Also, for the size of the hotel, the dining are is very tiny. I saw people eating in the lobby of the hotel because there wasn't any room in dining area. The rooms could use some kind of an extra seating option. There was a bed and only office chair. Not enough for two people.

Bed was uncomfortable, had to ask for housekeeping multiple times before it was completed and they still did not fill the body wash in shower, floor was sticky in breakfast area, scrambled eggs watery. And had biscuits and gravy two days in a row with no other options. Bacon sausage or potatoes would have been nice

Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. On the edge of town with some wide fields nearby to exercise the dog. Good views of the prairie and far away from fourth July fireworks.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and the blanket for it was badly frayed. I also resent the excessive pet fee. My dog made no noise or mess, and should not rate more than a $20-25 fee. I've heard that management is thinking of raising it to $50. Radisson has lost my business if it's true. The competition doesn't charge this much.

Floors were sticky in breakfast area. Food was okay. Price was okay.

Elevators were dirty with garbage, smelled of cigarettes. Front desk staff seemed annoyed, not very pleasant.

Rooms were clean, Beds were comfortable, Breakfast was delicious, The pool was fun, and it stays open late. cookies were good the staff are very friendly.

Room only had decaf coffee and breakfast was limited with no meat option. Key card didn’t work well with door. Took several tries to enter room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool with water tube slide was great for our grandson. Hotel is conveniently located near lots of food options and right of I-90 which gets you to Badlands, Black Hills and Mt. Rushmore.

Liked the long bathroom sink counter, fridge/microwave in the room, the decor style, outlets over the night stand, and very comfortable beds.

Pool kalt und mit der Rutsche unbrauchbar. Gegenstrom Anlage. Man kommt überhaupt nicht vom Fleck, wenn man versucht zu schwimmen. Ich bin ein guter Schwimmer, aber hier habe ich Angst bekommen, zu ertrinken. Auch sonst hält das Hotel nicht, was ues verspricht. Betten sind bequem. Parkplatz vorhanden. Das war’s aber schon. Wasserdruck in der Dusche miserabel. Frühstück sehr simpel.

Room was great. Bed comfortable. Breakfast at 6am, which was good coming from the east coast! Really no negatives. Great location right off the interstate. Plus, there was a Fleet Farm a short distance away! I had never been in one before!

The air conditioner in the room was on when we arrived, and it was nice and cool in our room.

The first night we stayed there were no sheets, blankets or pillows on the pull-out sofa bed. We called to the front desk and the man that was answered was kind of rude. He said he didn't have any blankets or pillows left, just sheets. So, my son and I walked to the front desk, and he gave us a thin blanket and one sheet. The staff knew we were checking into this type of room; they could have told us that we needed to get the bedding from the front desk and as early as we could due to a limited amount. I wasn't happy about this, and it was disappointing. My son had to sleep on one sheet on the mattress. The next day, I called down to the front desk around 7pm, I was told the same thing by the same man that worked the night before. There were no blankets or pillows. Not sure if we were treated this way because we are Native American? We know there are a lot of racist people in Rapid City, and we are paying customers just like everyone else and should all be treated the same. This has been our favorite hotel to stay at and now I'm not so sure if we will return.

Comfortable and clean Good Mexican restaurant next door and other good restaurants a short walk away Located at the junction of several highways, so it made accessing the Badlands and Mount Rushmore very easy.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Located just off the Interstate which was perfect for our needs. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Good value for money.

Breakfast was very disappointing. No orange juice, no hot water to make tea, only cereals were very sugary kids types, no bacon or sausage, no staff seen to replenish anything. Really really poor. A $50 security fee was taken from my card in addition to the nights fee. I understand the need to have valid card details as security but to actually take the money from the account is unwarranted. I am sure it will be returned in due course but I dislike this policy and the majority of hotel chains don’t do this.

Would not have chosen to stay there if I had known the pet charge was $40. That’s REALLY too much since I’ve already given my card number in case there is some kind of damage to hotel property.
