(1) Toilet-Flush handle tight and difficult to operate. Water saving flush is a joke, it fills with water, then slowly goes down requiring multiple flushes to complete (So much for water saving). (2) My room card and my wife's card required multiple resets from the front counter.

L’albergo appare nel complesso datato, la chiave della stanza non apriva e ci volevano vari tentativi prima di aprila. La sicura della stanza per chiudersi dentro era rotta e non abbiamo potuto farlo. Dentro la stanza per fare colazione si congelava, aria condizionata a tutto spiano, siamo dovuti scappare perché non si poteva stare. Per carità, da evitare assolutamente! Un prezzo assurdo per quello che ti offre!

Frühstücksraum zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Man sitzt fast direkt in der Lobby.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The window shade made the room pretty dark. The coffee and sausage were good. Not really anything more that was good about this place.
Check-in was a nightmare. Staff was inattentive. Room wasn't ready at check-in. Had to talk with two different managers and several front desk staff to try and get out of the lobby and into a room. The entire check-in process was horrible. Wasn't happy with breakfast. Eggs were sitting in a water bath. waffle batter wasn't mixed and wouldn't come out of the spigot (I had to take out the container and shake it up to get the batter to come out). The butter was so cold that it destroyed the cooked waffle. Maple syrup was ice cold and only served to chill the waffle even more. Several people in the breakfast room were complaining. Asked for a receipt to show that there were no "incidental" charges, and the front desk staff told me that incidental charges (if there were any) wouldn't show until after I checked out (which I had to point out that I was doing that at the time).

The breakfast was disgusting, the orange and apple juice were so watered down it tasted terrible and the coffee was like dirty dishwasher, you could see the bottom of the cup. On Booking. Com it is listed as 4 star, when I complained and mentioned that the manager said it was not 4 star but only listed like that. Surely this is fraud as getting customers on false information

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Staff was friendly, and breakfast had a good variety of food available and stayed open later (huge bonus). We were in a wheelchair accessible room and all the necessary accommodations worked well for our needs. Laundry was convenient but had to go to the gas station for quarters.
They were in the process of replacing mattresses and we would have loved a new one for our stay as the one in our room was well past its expiration date. We mentioned this to one of the workers but I'm not sure it was passed on to the owner. Because of this work going on, some of the common areas were messy. But it was clean where it mattered.

The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower and wallpaper peeling. The breakfast was the same every day. The breakfast area really isn’t big enough to fit the amount of traffic that comes through. Also I’m not sure why they chose a rough rocky floor for around the pool.
