Jet Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Took a little while to find. Needs TLC out Side the building.

Receptionis molto gentile e precisa

Materasso duro e “cheap”

Ottimo

Piscina

i never had any breakfast while i was there

the charging of tax of every night

Rien. Tout était bien

Poolen, personalen och familjerum

Läget kanske inte var så roligt

Nice room, a lot of space. Great pool and lovely staff❤️ If you stay here, go eat at la Ruota!

Only the bad was a little hard, but that is a personal preference.

It had the rooms we needed available.

It was in a very sketchy area. There were not a lot of good dining options nearby.

Extremely nice service - super friendly, very supportive, clean room

Location and in general the hotel needs some further renovation - our room was clean and renovated (the bathroom was still old, but clean)

Struttura eccellente, staff cortese e gentile. Camera pulita, organizzata, staff disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Camere ristrutturate

Aamiainen oli ok, myös gluteenitonta tarjolla. Hiljainen hotelli.

Ympäristö ei ollut viihtyisä ja hotelli kolkko. Sängyissä ei ollut vilttejä kesällä, ainoastaan lakana.

Great place, comfortable beds, and the staff is very friendly

Nothing, I liked everything overall

De kamer was erg schoon en fris. Heerlijk bed. Lekker zwembad en fijn en betaalbaar ontbijtbuffet. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt.

Very very old hotel

Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Camera pulita, letto comodi

Property was conviently located only about 5 mins from the airport. Art on the back wall was a nice touch. Staff were polite.

Unfortunately the hotel was very dated, the bathroom in our room was really not what we expected of a four star hotel. When we got up to our room there was only a flimsy thin sheet on the bed. When we called reception we were brought up a stained comforter without an oversheet on. We were told that was the only option.

Nice pool

Outdated, bathroom in bad condition

Very nicely renovated. Clean. Quiet. Close to Maloenda airport and has S5 train connection to fair area. Run by nice family, everyone is very helpful and very sweet. Next time def will stay again. Highly recommended! Big thanks to Massimiliano for fair pick up during the taxi // train strike.

The room was very clean and quiet, the AC works great, pool is big and super clean. Staff is super nice and helpful

Nothing. I would recommend having a car if you want to move around

Nothing

A/c didn't work in 501. Alessandro said wait an hour and temperature never cooled past 23.4 told us no other room was available. After midnight I called to complain and got moved to 207. A/c never went under 21.4 and the fan motor made so much noise like a helicopter was in our room or we were in a construction site. We barely slept at all. I want a refund and an apology!

Excellent place, we landed in the middle of the night, we were greeted at the counter even at a non-standard hour, 12 minutes drive from the airportExcellent place, we landed in the middle of the night, we were greeted at the counter even at a non-standard hour, 12 minutes drive from the airport.

Staff cortese e disponibile. In sintesi, super consigliato.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the property is somewhat dated, it is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, often preparing a cappuccino for me before breakfast service began. The breakfast was a simple European-style offering of fresh meats, cheeses, breads, and juices, all of good quality. My room was clean and functional, with effective air conditioning and a well-kept bathroom. The hotel is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Airport transportation was easily arranged through the front desk, making travel convenient. Overall, a comfortable stay with outstanding service and excellent value.

Everything was as advertised and I have no complaints.

Albergo comodo ed elegante, personale simpatico ed accogliente

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente

Excellent rapport qualité-prix!

Rien

It was a wonderful stay. We needed emergency accommodation and the room we booked was lovely. It was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the centre. I loved the staff the most though - so friendly and helpful and gave us some really lovely suggestions for restaurants. I would really recommend:)

Camera pulita. Buon servizio. Personale gentile e disponibile. Grazie!

Renewed rooms, comfortable and clean. Very helpful and welcoming reception. Free parking available.

Breakfast options could be better but fair price overall, although it should be included in room rate given price range and hotel quality. Far from Airport, a shuttle service would go a long way to make this hotel better.

Renovations in the rooms were nearly done, but parts of the hotel still felt like they could use an update. Most staff were very friendly and helpful though and the coffee was great. Easy to park and relatively close to San Siro (and Milanello).

Hotel was pretty much overpriced due to Design Week in Milan and therefore not really worth it. Outside looked a bit like Disney's Tower of Terror, but with normal rates there is no issue if you just need a good night of sleep.

Il servizio anche al bar, il parcheggio

Niente

Very nice staff and good breakfast

L'appartamento era molto ampio e funzionale pulito e confortevole

Parcheggio privato ampio, camera pulita, bagno ampio, cortesia staff, prezzo adeguato, presenza Sky in camera, Wi-Fi funzionava bene

Per quello che serviva a me nulla in particolare
