I loved the location, the privacy of hotel beach , flamingo private island, the view from the room and pool area. We liked it so much that during the same vacation we come back to Renaissance Wind Creek after staying in Palm Beach.

A cama era muito confortável, e a localização era boa dentro da cidade. O acesso à ilha é outro ponto positivo, e a ilha é bonita.

O quarto que nós colocaram era de frente pra uma área de funcionários que parecia ser um depósito de lixo, pois tinha um odor ruim ao entrar no quarto. Além disso havia barulho de funcionários entrando e saindo. O quarto era conjugado com outro quarto, com uma porta trancada entre eles, e ouvíamos barulho do quarto vizinho por causa disso. O café da manhã tem coisas boas, mas grande parte das comidas do buffet você não pode pegar livremente, tem que pedir pra uma funcionária, o que achei desnecessário sendo que podia deixar os clientes simplesmente pegarem como em qualquer outro café da manhã de hotel. A ilha embora bonita, poderia ter mais cadeiras e sombra, não era o suficiente para todos.

el personal no era nada amable . a pesar que tenia el servivcio todo incluido , tuve que firmar cada vez que pedí algo . eso no pasa en ningun otro lugar . era molesto . la playa era muy muy pequeña.

Tout le personnel de cet hôtel est super accueillant et d'une gentillesse, que ce soit au petit déjeuner (aquarius), à la réception et les femmes de chambre. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, l'île renaissance est magnifique, la piscine lagon et son bar dans l'eau, l'hôtel est très classe et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le lit est très confortable, tout est très propre et les chambres sont bien insonorisées. J'ai adoré cet endroit.

O hotel é simplesmente espetacular e vale muito a pena a experiência por ser bem localizado. A possibilidade de você transitar na área voltada para famílias vale muito a pena. A visita até a ilha dos flamingos e a ilha das iguanas é maravilhosa e dá pra você ficar o dia inteiro despreocupado. O café-da-manhã foi surpreendente para nós com opções bem diversas de frutas, proteínas, pães, doces, chás, etc. O nosso quarto com vista para a rua principal era bem silencioso. Sugiro alugar um carro para conhecer as demais praias.

Having access to Flamingo beach is truly a treat! The flamingos are so fun and the boat ride is a short ten minutes to the island and it runs every 15 minutes all day. The hotel is a bit older but it’s still nice, the beds are super comfy and the staff is amazing! We had beautiful sunrise views from our balcony. They have a washer and dryer on each floor for self service laundry which is really nice and you can walk to tons of restaurants and shops in minutes! Great experience, highly recommend!!!

Honestly it’s just an older property. The carpet looks dirty in the hallways etc. needs some upgrades for sure.

Resort molto ampio con ampia scelta di ristoranti dislocati tra le due strutture che rendono l’esperienza dei residenti più intima, senza sentirsi in un villaggio vacanze. Il plus è la spiaggia privata con il servizio navetta, sempre a disposizione che personale davvero cortese.

Da migliorare le camere della struttura Ocean suites, un po’ datate, risalenti agli anni 90, con pannelli del soffitto che saltavano all’apertura della porta con la finestra aperta. Nel complesso una camera confortevole, da modernizzare per renderla all’altezza della struttura.

Poderia ser all inclusive pelo preço e até pela comodidade de estar em um resort. Foi o único ponto negativo.

Yo califiqué puntaje máximo en personal, porque considero que por algunas personas, es injusto descalificar a todo un equipo de personas maravillosas. Lo que si es una oportunidad de mejora es el personal de atención en la zona de piscina (el bar que queda hacia la piscina), desconcierta un poco su trato y daña la experiencia como cliente/turista.

בהזמנה בבוקינג היתה אפשרות להזמין חדר ואפשרות להזמין חדר עם אינטרנט מהיר. מכיוון שאנחנו צריכים אינטרנט מהיר שילמנו על חדר עם אינטרנט מהיר תוספת של כ 120 דולר. כשהגענו התברר שיש אינטרנט מהיר חופשי בכל שטחי המלון ולמעשה התשלום היה מיותר. פניתי לקבלה, הם היו חסרי סבלנות והפנו אותי לבוקינג. פניתי לבוקינג והמענה היה מסורבל ועד היום לא קיבלתי את ההחזר של 120 דולר על השירות שלמעשה כלול במחיר המוזל והתוספת עבורו היתה מיותרת . השירות בקבלה היה תמיד מאוד לא נעים ופרט לעובדת אחת כולם היו חסרי סבלנות ועשו טובה שעזרו. לעומת זאת העובדים באי הפלמינגו היו מאוד נחמדים ונעימים.

Breakfast and dinner was great; especially at Aquarius. The steakhouse gave us an unforgettable experience with their display of food and drinks being treated as art. The hotel being in a central area was convenient for driving to different touristic sights.

The Ocean view restaurant needs to be enclosed from birds and other invasive animals. It’s not hygienic to be eating around so many birds.

If you are not staying here do not go here the tickets are poorly marketed. Tickets do not include 5 guests this is a lie on the ticket. You need to get a single ticket per person someone I was happy to find out at the boat ride there. My fiance and I had to panic purchase another ticket because we’re here and have no where else to go for the day which is another 125 dollars. Come to find out no cabana is included and only included if you a hotel guest something not said on the ticket. Again do not do this excursion if you’re not staying here it’s a scam we went to the beach expected a cabana with ability to bring 5 people but all of that was not true instead I had a single ticket to just go to the island which cost 125 nothing included just ticket there. Do not do this excursion if you’re staying here save yourself the money and the pain and do one of the million other amazing things this island has to offer because this certainly is not one of them I will not be coming back to this location.

Our girls' trip to the Renaissance Ocean Suites and Renaissance Island in Aruba was everything we hoped for and more! We loved relaxing by the beautiful lagoon and pool, especially with the swim-up bar just steps away. The spotless fitness center was another bonus. The highlight was the SUP Yoga and Aqua Zumba classes with Anouk Balentina. Her energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm made every class unforgettable and created magical memories we'll cherish forever. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Whether we needed a taxi, room service, or had a question, everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their outstanding hospitality made our girls' getaway even more special. We can't wait to return!

O Hotel é bom e bem localizado. A praia privativa é legal, mas não há nada que justifique deixar de ir a Eagle Beach por ela.

O preço é salgado. Mas o problema é que eles ainda te roubam. Exigem uma caução de consumo no check-in,, mas, no final, lançam taxas e impostos bem caros que não são informados previamente. No meu caso, como paguei mais de mil e quinhentos dólares em taxas no ato da reserva no booking, me senti roubado mesmo. A comida do hotel não é boa. Há muitos restaurantes finos num raio de 400 metros.

We had an amazing stay with our family of four and our extended family as we celebrated my parents' 80th birthdays. It was the perfect place for a special family vacation. Our kids, ages 12, 14, 14, and 15, had a fantastic time and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the all-inclusive package was well worth the price. The restaurants were excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We truly loved everything about our stay. Our only minor suggestion would be for the beaches to be a bit larger, but the private island was a wonderful touch and made the experience even more special. We would definitely recommend this resort for families and multi-generational vacations.

The spa at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort was one of the highlights of our trip. The overwater massage cabana overlooking the crystal-clear Caribbean water created the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Sipping delicious drinks while enjoying the breathtaking views and even seeing the famous flamingos afterward made the experience feel like paradise. The biggest reason this experience was so memorable was Melisa. She has the most incredible hands and provided one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely relaxed from beginning to end. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and wishing the massage could have lasted even longer. If you’re visiting Aruba, don’t miss this spa experience. Ask for Melisa, she is absolutely amazing, and the combination of her exceptional service, the stunning oceanfront setting, and the incredible hospitality made this an unforgettable part of our vacation. I can’t wait to come back!

We just got back from vacation and had a great time. We chose to stay in the ocean suites as we thought the pool was better with the swim up bar. There were a few cons I will say first. There was hardly ever a bartender at the swim up bar. The service was always slow and staff gathered in corners talking and ignoring customers at times. Give yourself plenty of time. The second to last night there were ants in our room because there is a gap under the balcony door. Other than that they have a few restaurants on sight the food is really good, the drinks are good. You can easily walk or shuttle across to the sister resort and access amenities there. That’s the resort that takes you to the resorts private island which is beautiful. We saw flamingos, lizards, and had an amazing massage. House keeping is also very thorough and they are always cleaning. There is a mini mall market across the parking lot and that is also nice. We had so much fun and everyone was so nice. They had a really cool themed party on Thursday with dinner but unfortunately we didn’t know about it until it was too late so did not attend, I do wish they told us those things when we checked in. The suite is definitely worth it and the balcony is stunning. Everyone at the resort was so nice and made our vacation absolutely amazing. They are very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this resort.

Was at this resort for March Break and enjoyed every minute of my vacation. Met Emma Caton at the towel hut and she was very friendly. Definitely will be coming back.

We enjoyed the variety of pool and lagoon at Ocean Suites, pool at hotel, and beach/lagoon w/ flamingos at Renaissance Island. The staff added to the enjoyment of our vacation, particularly Luis-Carlos in the new fitness/wellness center, who gave excellent stretch and abs classes, and Anouk, who was an excellent water aerobics and Zumba instructor whose popular classes created a happy vibe. Sandrich at the Ocean suites is the best! He’s around the pool all the time and he likes caramel Frappuccinos!!!

The hotel was nice and the gym had really nice equipment. However, there are two separate resorts which was not explained. Two of our friends were on a separate resort than the rest of us. The resort fees are $77 + per night which is expensive for what you get. Also we booked a cabana and could not enjoy our food as the birds were relentless and invasive. I understand that they live in the mangrove nearby but it was ridiculous we considered leaving early. Lastly, we were told that it was an all inclusive but sadly it wasn’t. It didn’t give me the island experience I’m use to. It’s like a resort in the middle of a busy city. Would not recommend if you’d like to relax.

Shout out to Emma Caton!!! Every morning, while having breakfast and coffee, she put a smile on our faces. We looked forward to seeing her. Even though she was cleaning our chairs and patio are, she was in a better mood than us!!! Her conversation was uplifting and I just wanted to scoop her up and take her home with us. We have been coming to Rennaisance for 12 years (our 17th trip) and Emma was the friendliest and happiest employee! I would also like to give a shout out to Sugar on the private island. Her smile lights up our lives and she give us the best hugs every time we see her. Sadly, she was on the Iguana side this time. But we walked over there just to get our hugs and see her.

The Renaissance Ocean Suites side is our home away from home for the last 15 or 16 trips weve made to Aruba, the staff has always been like family, and the addition of Emma was an excellent choice. She took such good care of us going above and beyond every day! She keeps the mood light and the pool area and patios perfectly clean. She really needs to be in a higher up position! Shes a Keeper for SURE!! THANK YOU EMMA

TERRIBLE! Pool was disgusting. So much floating in it, and kids came out with a film on them. Bedroom only has an outlet on one side (just an inconvenience). After we checked in and got to the room our comforter was wet…yuck. Asked 4 times for a new one and 7 hours later still no comforter.

L'hotel si suddivide in due strutture una sul mare e una a circa 300m, di fianco al piccolo parlamento di Aruba. Nella struttura sul mare è presente una piccola spiaggia con due piscine Nella struttura vicino al parlamento è presente la piscina L'hotel ogni mezz'ora tramite un water taxi porta all'isola di fronte all'hotel (circa 15 minuti) dove sono presenti spiaggie e piscine ricavate dal mare. Ogni struttura è indipendente per i ristoranti e le colazioni. Buona la prima colazione

I really enjoyed myself at Wind Creek. The name fits it perfectly. It was always an ocean wind blowing while at the resort. The food was great! Fish and chips were amazing.Quesadilla’s as well. The location was great as well. It was 15 minutes from most things at best. Lots of food options near we well. Plus the boat to flamingo island is free! We went a few times. Speed boat is fast but not as bad as people make it seem. Definitely would stay here if I visited again.

Nos concederam late check-out sem custo até 16h, devido a nosso voo ser apenas 22h (devido ao nível de fidelidade do Marriott Bonvoy). Café da manhã excelente e com 3 opções de restaurantes! Renaissance Wind Creek Resort Hotel - Ocean Suites - was definitely ALL that and then some!! Don’t sleep on the family hotel. The layout of the hotel was beautiful (right on the beach)! The vibes were on point. CLEAN throughout the premises!!! The hospitality from everyone was extremely welcoming!! The amenities were great! Although, I initially had a slight issue with the decorating services , they TOTALLY redeemed themselves! They made every wrong ..right and then some (multiple birthday cakes daily, decor and champagne) which made the surprise birthday flow with ease! The experience of taking the water taxi from the hotel to Flamingo Island was AMAZING!! The hotel location is near multiple restaurants, souvenir shops & etc. We felt safe! The birthday daughter wants to do a REDO every year for her birthday (her sister and I pulled it off)!! Private Transportation from AV Aruba Experience is a MUST!! (See my review on their website).

I want to start by saying it’s no wonder this hotel is always quickly sold out. From the location, to the amenities to the help of all the employees, everyone really goes above and beyond! The best part of my experience has been taking my mother to celebrate her birthday with a massage on Flamingo Island. Angie & Malva blew our experience out the water! These ladies were super accommodating and very considerate. I can’t wait to bring the rest of the family back to experience this! Thanks again for all your hospitality ❤️

We've been coming back to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort - Ocean Suites every year for the past four years, and it's become one of our favorite family vacations. The staff and activities are a huge part of why we keep returning! Anouk was a fantastic instructor for the Circl Mobility class and also hosted wonderful kids' activities like sand art and the mermaid meet-and-greet. Mary led several yoga and meditation classes that we absolutely loved. The Sound Bowl Meditation was especially relaxing and one of the highlights of our trip. Melinda and Marcia were incredible with the children's activities, including pizza making, donut decorating, face painting, and so many other fun experiences for families. Our daughter looked forward to the activities every day and especially loves the s'mores activity, which has become one of her favorite vacation traditions. Of course, we also love the private island. It's such a unique and beautiful place to relax. Happy hour by the pool is always a highlight too! Thank you to the entire Renaissance Aruba team for another amazing stay. It's the amazing staff, beautiful property, and family-friendly atmosphere that keep us coming back year after year. We can't wait to return!

My mother and I recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort for an unforgettable all-inclusive mother-and-daughter getaway, and I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever experienced. Every single staff member we encountered made us feel like family, and their genuine hospitality is what truly sets this resort apart. It truly lived up to its name, One Happy Island! From the moment we arrived on July 1st, we were welcomed with warm smiles by Jihadi at check-in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. That evening, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at FLUX, where our waiter, Diego, provided exceptional service that made our first night extra special. On July 2nd, we had a countryside bus tour planned where lunch wasn’t included. While having breakfast at Aquarius, Chef Charming came over to ask if we’d like something to take with us. She thoughtfully prepared a delicious chicken Caesar wrap along with cups of fresh mixed fruit. That simple act of kindness meant so much to us and is something we’ll never forget. Later that evening, we returned to Aquarius for dinner, where Chef Jean Pierre amazed us with an incredible seafood selection, expertly seasoned and freshly prepared right before our eyes. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Each morning, breakfast at Aquarius became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to the wonderful staff. Dorthy, Betty, Ito, Yalithza, Anushka, and Margarita greeted us with smiles every morning and treated us with such warmth and genuine care that we looked forward to seeing them each day. That same evening, Drinnon from the Maintenance team came to assist us with an issue involving our room’s door lock. Not only did he quickly resolve the problem, but we ended up having one of the most enjoyable conversations of our entire trip. It’s amazing how even a maintenance visit turned into such a memorable experience. On July 3rd, we enjoyed another wonderful dinner at Fresco at the Ocean Suites. Jerson and Chris provided outstanding service and made for another perfect evening. July 4th was absolutely spectacular! Thanks to the concierge, we were able to reserve spots for the Independence Day beach BBQ at the Ocean Suites. The food was phenomenal, the entertainment was outstanding, the atmosphere was magical, and the service was flawless. It was truly one of the highlights of our vacation and an experience we’ll cherish forever. On our final day, July 5th, we made every moment count. We started our morning at Renaissance Island with breakfast at Papagayo Bar & Grill, where Maragareth took wonderful care of us. She made us feel completely at home and even gave us the sweetest goodbye hug. After returning to the resort, Luigina from Okeanos Spa welcomed us for the Swedish massages she had previously arranged for my mother and me. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. Our massage therapists, Melisa and Pilar, were simply phenomenal. It was the very first time either of us had experienced a professional spa treatment, and it was so relaxing and emotional that my mother actually cried tears of joy. It was a beautiful memory we’ll treasure forever. To finish our perfect vacation, we spent a little time in the casino before enjoying an incredible filet mignon dinner at L.G. Smith’s Steak & Chop House. It was the perfect ending to an already unforgettable trip. This was the best early birthday celebration for my mom. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay special, and because of them, we created memories that will last a lifetime. The Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, conveniently located close to everything, and filled with employees who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you to every single person who made our stay so extraordinary. We will absolutely be returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Aruba.

This resort is amazing. The best part is the staff and 3rd party professionals who make the guests feel welcome and have events during guests stays. Shout out to Joe in security from keeping the resort safe and clear of cruiseship guests, Melinda, Marcia, Gina and Ariaf from events fir hosting various events like sip & paint, Maria and Karla who are great servers on the island, and Anouk for always keeping the guests fit through aqua zoomba. The resort is only good as the staff and 3rd party agents focusing on is guests. Thank you.

We had such a great time with 3 generations of our family at this beachfront resort. It’s clean, well kept, comes with water toys and a private dock. The resort is close to lots of amenities; Provincial Park trails, grocery store, pizza place, mini golf and liquor store.

Our stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort Ocean Suites was outstanding! We traveled with a group of 26 family and friends to celebrate our sons’ high school graduation, and the resort exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Coordinating a large group can be challenging, but the team made everything seamless and always went out of their way to ensure everyone had a great experience. Shout out to Rosalba at Fresco who greeted us every morning with a smile, and gave us amazing service. Also, Isha at the pool bar and Jose at the pool bar. We can’t say enough about Jose who treated us like family and worked so hard to accommodate our large group and make us happy. Our boys even wanted him in their graduation pictures. Ybelise and Angelica gave us the most amazing couples massage! It was so relaxing hearing the waves in the background!

We visited Renaissance island and it was exceptionall!! In a package we had booked massages with Mrs. Malva and Marlyn. And I highly recommend anyone to try their magical hands!! Can't wait to come back ❣️🦩👌🤗

I saw so many amazing things about this place I was super excited. We stayed from May 6-13th 2026 I was waiting to write this review as when I checked out the front desk told me there would be no charge to my card but to my surprise once we got back there was a $185 charge on my card. It took some time but have finally gotten the money back with the help of their IG account. We did All inclusive and it’s not like a typical all inclusive like DR or Mexico which I think thats what our expectations were set on. Rooms The fridge for an all inclusive guest empty. No pop, juice, beer nothing. They do leave 3 bottles of water on the counter though but would have been nice to have some variety in the room as well. The pull out bed very uncomfortable. We had the bright idea to use the sofa cushions as extra padding which helped a lot. The main bed is very comfortable. The bathroom could definitely use some touch ups with fixture and small things but it was fine overall. Entertainment There is basically no entertainment here. If you’re comparing it to a traditional all inclusive spot. No nightly shows or activities to participate in daily. They do do bingo which is maybe 2-3 times a week with an additional charge per card. They have 1 show on Thursdays and that is pretty much your entertainment there. it’s definitely not enough it’s a VERY chill resort with nothing much to do but swimming during the day and night. I will say they did do a make your own scrub class and a sip and paint which was very needed and fun to do. I feel like if they would do more cool activities like that and some shows it would make this place way better entertainment wise. This hotel is very small. There is two sides to it but both sides are small not much to explore. It is connected to a small mall with expensive high name stores within. They do have other souvenirs shops near by everywhere The flamingo island is cool and you can definitely get some great shots with the flamingos. Keep in mind you do get a little wet on the boat ride. Also keep in mind when you order the food and drinks do take incredibly long to reach your table even if it’s just drinks you’re ordering. All and all it was a great experience but I really do wish there was more to keep you busy or entertained here We did meet some wonderful workers that made our stay great! Check in check out was fast and easy. The location was perfect. Our ground floor unit with garden was just amazing. A vacation experience provided by Dito, Aron and Rose changes it all to an over the top Holiday. A must having these 3 around during ant stay. Thank you Dito at the frontdesk for understanding our needs and making our wish come true in so many ways faster than lightning. Top notch atmosphere pool/beach provided by Aron making sure that our needs were more than met at all times. Aron thinks on his feet and puts himself in your shoes. Aron went over and beyond to assure we were served swiftly with a grand smile too. We wish we could take him with us haha. Rose at housekeeping is more than outstanding. Nothing is too much for her. A welcoming smile and superb service every single day. Never forgets a face. We will be back!
