Pullman Basel Europe

Very helpful staff, great location...close to tram stop, comfortable room.

Spacious room. Good fitness room. Great breakfast.

A bit expensive

The staff was very helpful ,the room was nice and clean Very good location very good breakfast and dinner

Nothing

Great location,

I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. They couldn’t move us. The room had a slight odor about it. Maybe the gross carpeting? I had to go to the Apotheke and ask for a steroid inhaler that cost me 70€. I was attending a retreat for this time. The mattress was really uncomfortable as well and I let them know they need a new one in there. The receptionist a guy was unphased by our dilemma . My friend left her jacket in the restaurant and the next morning asked the guy working at front desk and he didn’t even look in lost and found and just said no we don’t have it. That afternoon we asked another person who retrieved it immediately. 😳

Beds and pillows are super comfy, the room is clean an spatious. The location is very convenient. The staff is friendlyl, Enea is the best receptionist ever.

When I arrived, I asked for a quiet room and I also mentioned when I was booking. The receptionist first said they can't guarantee because is fully booked but then he gave me a very nice, quiet room. I appreciated this the most!

The room had NO ventilation at all Lack of oxygen

-/-

- good location, close to public transportation - well maintained facilities - helpful friendly staff - good breakfast - large parking garage (but expensive)

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal

Nada

Zentrale Lage in Kleinbasel; sehr gutes Frühstück. Gratis Parkplatz quasi vor dem Haus (Motorrad). Freundliches Personal.

Nüt

Secure private parking. Great location. Large rooms. Excellent silent aircon.

The hotel is located near shops so very convenient location. It's also not very far from station, so excellent location. The reception and back office staff were both very customer focused and caring. I loved my stay at Pullman Basel.

The room had no air-conditioning and it was quite warm so little uncomfortable to sleep. However they readily provided table fan which resolved the issue, so could comfortably sleep.

very good breakfast, super friendly staff/tean

Location, cleanliness and staff!

Cost of breakfast!

Lovely hotel, felt at home here and the location was great

It was 30 degrees and not quite cold enough in our room but don’t think the air con could get any cooler! This was the only bad bit which detracts the hotel from 10/10

Great location, staff very friendly, ‘thank you Fraser’ for being so kind and helpful. Good sized room, very clean.

Stanza mto accogluente e pulita, vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici

Moderne schöne Unterkunft

-

Ontbijt was perfect.

Nichts

Posizione e gentilezza

Very good property, excellent location and nice staff

Cool room. Great location. Staff helpful. Very clean

Communal areas very hot and a little soul-less

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer Bahnhofs-und Stadtnah. Kann man bestens empfehlen.

Great location, very comfortable beds and nice rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful

El personal molt agradable, les instal•lacions adequades, llit molt còmode i bona habitació. Ben situat i ben comunicat.

Super Lage .Freundliches Personal.

Breakfast was really nice and tram stop in front of the hotel

You can hear everytime the floor above flush the toilet.

Clean and comfy

Nothing in particular

Late Check out bis 14.00 ohne Probleme möglich.

Great location, super friendly staff. Would rebook on my next visit to Basel

AC not fantastic but perhaps understandable during a heat wave
