Personal bemüht und freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Super zentrale Lage. Ideal für einen ersten Kurzbesuch in Kopenhagen.

Zimmer sind klein und zum Nachbarzimmer hellhörig. Wir haben die Leute sprechen und Babys weinen hören. Fußböden in den Gängen alt mit Löchern, teilweise tritt man in Löcher. Ohne den Teppichboden würde man einbrechen. Die Leihfahrräder sind eine Zumutung. Zu kleine Räder, ohne Gangschaltung. Das Hotel ist für längere Aufenthalte nicht geeignet. Noch nie waren wir in einem so teuren Hotel, das nicht viel Gegenleistung bot.

Frühstücksraum, Lobby: ungemütlich, kühl. Sehr unterschiedlicher Service an der Rezeption von schlecht bis sehr gut.

Top locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden, mooie kamer. Gratis fietsen

De kamers waren vrij warm en er was geen airco. En in t algemeen zijn de kamers erg duur maar dat geldt voor heel Kopenhagen

Centralissima, pulita, buona colazione anche se un po cara 25€ a persona.

The bed

Size, they doubled the rate of my room when I needed to stay two days longer and wouldn’t be willing to bring th price down. I moved to the park lane and it was not central but it was a 5star and worth triple that money.

Excellent location! Very nice, friendly accommodating staff.

Room was lacking any temperature control, hooks for towels (to help drying after use) a fridge in the room would improve things.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel is prima gelegen. Het ontbijt was goed met vooral lekkere koffie gemaakt met een JURA koffieapparaat, een TOP Zwitsers merk.

Kamers worden niet dagelijks gereinigd.

Jag fick ett rum i foajen som var väldigt lyhört. flera gånger stördes jag av att det lät som att folk var precis utanför dörren. Stördes långt in på kvällen. Detta trots att jag bett om en tyst rum. det var också väldigt varmt. ingen ac och eftersom gatuplan inte möjligt att ha öppet fönster. golvet knarrade så högt att jag undvek att gå över rummet. det skulle vara business room men fanns ingen penna och anteckningsblad. badrummet var mycket mörkt och dåligt belyst så det gick inte att sminka sig. Det fanns inget balsam. Tror inte ni har så mycket kvinnor i business room?

Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Excellent metro connection from the airport. The rate is super convenient considering the location and the standard. The hotel is well maintained and equipped. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms (ours was a Premium) are stylish, comfortable and well organized.

The sink is a bit small and not very comfortable if you want to wash your face and the bathroom is also not very spacious but well equipped

Not having exhaust in bathrooms. The room was too conjusted for such high price. The breakfast was not as good as Gamla Stan best western in Stockholm.

This new concept of cleaning the room after checkout only is a bit uncomfortable (eg for fresh towels or toilet paper).

Location is good, 7-8 minutes from metro station, a lots of cafe & restaurants nearby. Staff were polite, room was clean, and bed was very comfortable.

The room facilities are minimal, no mini fridge, kettle or iron in the room.

Walking distance from the airport.

Beliggenheten var helt super. Lett å komme dit med bil, det var ladeplasser ( 3 t gratis parkering ) rett utenfor hotellet. Så parkerte der først, ladet, tok innsjekk osv og flyttet bilen til parkeringshus litt senere. Så var det 3-4 minutters gåtur til Nyhavn. Perfekt beliggenhet!

Frokostområdet var litt mindre enn det jeg så for meg, men maten var god og det er det viktigste.

La localisation près de tous de grands monuments de la station de métro centrale 4 lignes. L espace dans la chambre. Le design. Le petit déjeuner cher mais il y avait tout ce qu il fallait.

Pas de climatisation. Un ventilateur est mis à disposition. Le rafraîchissement nécessaire à Court terme des parties communes.

Le personnel est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct. L’emplacement est central.

Les chambres économiques sont très petites malgré le prix élevé. La salle de bain est minuscule avec un lave-mains en guise de lavabo. Si le rangement est astucieux pour parvenir a mettre des toilettes, un lavabo et une douche dans deux m2 et que la deco est agréable, l'ensemble laisse peu de place pour se mouvoir sans se cogner. Personnes opulentes ou très grandes, s'abstenir. Par ailleurs, il faisait assez chaud dans la chambre. La rue est bruyante et ne permet pas de dormir fenêtres ouvertes.

Room was clean

No air conditioning or refrigerator in a "premium room". The hotel had a bar but one person ran the front desk and bar plus any other task that needed to be done so getting a drink took a while. Breakfast was worth the money, re commend this.

Просила тихий номер , ответили что не могут гарантировать , в итоге дали на улицу а там стройка , рабочие приходят в 7 утра , спать не возможно , если хотите выспаться и отдохнуть вам не сюда !

Super emplacement en plein coeur de Copenhague donnant ainsi accès à tous les sites à visiter. Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement dans une belle chambre au style danois et très au calme. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

S'il y avait quelque chose à relever, je dirais la salle du petit-déjeuner qui ne bénéficie d'aucune vue puisqu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'exéterieur.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Wir haben uns Räder gemietet, absolut empfehlenswert um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist super nett. Vorallem die Mitarbeiter die sich um das Frühstück kümmern. Auch hier wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt, das Angebot wurde sehr ansprechend präsentiert und war sehr frisch und lecker.

Great location, really close to the waterfront, Broens street food and to Nyhavn. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Also appreciated the small fans that were provided for warmer days.

The bathrooms don’t have a full glass partition between the bath area and the toilet/basin. Neither is there a shower curtain. So every time you have a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets wet. There is also no ventilation in the bathrooms at all so every surface gets slick with moisture.

Location is fantastic! Walked to everything out grabbed a bike. Or took the metro. All the sights were so close!

Rooms are small, and that is clear in the booking information.

Zimmer: Glastüre zum Badezimmer vis a vis vom Bett indiskret. Standardzimmer für 3 sehr knapp.

The hotel is in a great location, very near Nyhavn and close to the metro to get to the airport. Lime bikes (or alternatives)are everywhere and make it easy to get around the city. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast was very good!

Their policy of only cleaning a room if you ask is a little strange, in my opinion, particularly for a 4 night stay. The room was smaller than I expected and very hot. For the price we paid, I’d (wrongly!) expected air conditioning. The bed was also incredibly soft. Overall, I’d expected more from the hotel for a 4* and particularly given the price we paid.

Our room was located on the ground floor next to the lobby where you could hear guests arriving and talking to the receptionist.

The location was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.

Terribly hot with no cooling provided apart from a plug in fan. Room was very very small, too small for the price paid. Could not sleep due to heat. Needed window open with fan constantly going, but then every city noise was magnified.

Relativ ringhörig (Innen- und Aussenlärm), Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (CHF 385.- inkl. Frühstück für ein Standardzimmer) stimmt wohl nur für Kopenhagen...

Size of the room. Not enough space between bed and window. Major fault in design in the bathroom. Sink too small and a protruding shelf made it very difficult to wash our faces. You could break your nose on the shelf!

Room was really comfortable if a little small but breakfast was fabulous and the location couldn’t be better. We hired bikes from the hotel which were great value and a brilliant way to get about.

Hotel con un bel design all’interno, stanze molto piccole (la economy) , mi avevano anticipato che il letto era molto piccolo ma non era questo il problema, la stanza era di dimensioni veramente piccole e soprattutto il bagno. La colazione ottima, molto variegata. Staff molto efficiente e carino.

La pulizia della stanza si deve richiedere. Hanno rifatto la stanza in condizioni assurde, cambiato solo i teli e tolto la pattumiera. Non hanno rimosso neanche la carta da terra. Mia figlia aveva le scarpe piene di sabbia dopo essere stati al tivoli e ,non sono stati capaci di passare l’aspirapolvere.

Läget är fantastiskt. Fräscht och fint inrett på rummet och i lobbyn.

Jag saknade kokta ägg till frukosten, och bra belysning runt spegeln i badrummet!
