El ruido de la discoteca, ya que no tiene ningun aislamiento, para subir a la habitación tienes que pasar por la discoteca, para que se me entienda, la recepción se convierte en el ropero. Aparte tuvimos que solicitar 3 cambios de habitación, la primera por el ruido extremo y la segunda que era otra zona que habia menos ruido tuvimos que abandonarla porque no había agua caliente, por lo que nos toco volver a la zona del ruido de la discoteca

We were checked into a room with double and single bed, spacious and clean. On our return to the hotel that night, we were not allowed in by the doorman man, he addressed us in an extremely aggressive manner, he didn’t check the guest list as should have been the case. I showed him our booking details on my phone, he still denied us access. I then said I was calling the guards and with that we were allowed in. We were then told our room had been given to a guest who needed wheelchair access. Staff took it upon themselves to remove our belongings and place them in plastic bags and left them at reception. We were not consulted in any way. We were put in a tiny room with two single beds without any form of apology or compensation.

Reception staff not very helpful on checking in however did help us order taxi. Room was very small and dusty in hard to reach places. Very noisy from nightclub Outlook was onto a wall with toilet window of next door building and you could hear all sorts!

The hotel was nice and comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. The location was very convenient for exploring Dublin, and everything we needed was nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with our choice.

La posizione praticamente a due passi dal centro è perfetta, camera pulita e molto accogliente. Lo staff molto gentile e carino.

Purtroppo la discoteca era molto rumorosa, non ci hanno fornito dei tappi per le orecchie menomale lì avevo con me in dotazione da un kit di un viaggio precedente. Sapevamo della discoteca ma non immaginavamo tutta quella confusione.

Lo único bueno que tiene es que está bien ubicado, en el centro de Dublín.

Para empezar aquí anuncian que tienen parking cuando no es verdad. Cuando hicimos el checkin nos mandaron aparcar en el St Stephen Car Park según ellos con un 30% de descuento sobre el precio final por estar alojados en el hotel. Lo que no nos avisaron es que para poder usar ese descuento hay que hacer un prebooking del aparcamiento de lo cual en ningún momento nos dijeron nada. 48€ por una noche de parking sin descuentos y a más de 10 minutos andando del hotel, arrastrando las maletas por la calle. Además el hotel tiene debajo una discoteca que se oye muchísimo, incluso estando en la tercera planta como estuvimos nosotros se oía muchísimo por la noche, hasta las 3am que cierran. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, las camas incómodas y la limpieza deja bastante que desear. No lo recomendaría para nada.

Obviously location is great. Staff were accommodating but that was about it.

The shower doors were broken and there was no hot water. Mold on the ceilings and the windows wouldn’t shut properly which did not help with the noise coming from the nightclub

Good location. A rather lively part of the city at night but I was on the third floor, so the noise of the disco on the ground floor was not too much of a disturbance, but might have been a problem for the occupants lower down.

I was quite happy on the whole. Perhaps the hotel entrance could be a bit more clearly signposted, as I nearly went onto the disco instead!

The noise from the pub continues until around 3 a.m. Also, access to the hotel requires you to pass through the pub. There are a lot of staff and security around, which can make it difficult to get to the lift and return to your room to rest. If you need to come and go at night, it can be quite inconvenient and difficult.

It was good, just being greeted by a bouncer at the door was unexpected. Great guy though. I didn’t realize the night club was in the reception🤣 I found that interesting though it was not a problem for me to sleep as I was on the third floor and couldn’t hear anything from the room.

Si bien la habitación era pequeña y el baño bastante antiguo, estaba muy limpio. Es una habitación para una o dos noches, no más. Mailen la recepcionista Argentina fue muy amable y simpática. En las fotos la habitación parecía más grande. El problema es que dentro del hotel hay una discoteca y hasta las 3 de la mañana el ruido es insoportable. De echo te dejan tapones para los oídos en la habitación. También te dejan agua, te café y leche. No volveria

El que esté en una zona de discotecas y que tenga una en la planta baja. Es imposible dormir. Esto lo tendrían que dejar más claro en la descripción del hotel así, los que no vamos de marcha no tenemos que sufrirlo. La discoteca está abierta todos los días y está siempre llena

Night club down below, very noise, shouting in the street, cars, trams, way overpriced. Single glazed window. Cold! Don´t go! Das Allerletzte! Über einem Nachtclub, Strassenlärm, Geschreie, Autos, Strassenbahn. Einfachfenster, kalt! Abzocke, viel zu teuer!

Kjempe mye støy fra nattklubben som er i hotellet. Støy til 5 om morningen. Ingen sikring for ubudne nattklubb gjester opp i gangene på nattestid.

Ho scoperto dopo avere prenotato che al piano terra c'era un night club, veramente rumoroso. Non siamo riusciti a dormire bene.

How close it was to everything.

The nightclub in the building. But we knew that going into our stay. Our room was in the basement and stunk of mould and mildew. The room was damp and the hallway outside the room smelt of cat urine. The girls at the front desk were very rude and made us feel like an inconvenience to them in every interaction. There was no hot water for half of our stay and when we told the staff at the desk, she laughed and walked away. The breakfast is in fact NOT included and is €10/person. It’s especially just prepackaged baked goods, yogurt cups and grapes. We paid for the breakfasts after they informed us of the cost but seemed surprised every morning when we arrived in the dinning room.

The shower was decent. The overwhelming joy of leaving the hotel.

The noise - attached to Coppers nightclub and they playing the kind of music that makes your ears bleed til 4am. The lifts were well dodgy. Everytime we got in we could feel the lift jerk. Lucky to come away with our lives unscathed. We only got a tiny double bed too. The sink was too close to the toilet so wasn't the most comfortable experience. Was on top of me when I was sat on it.

I have booked for 2 adults but they didnt allowed to enter my friend , then he stayed in the Heuston station the whole night. It was terrible.

Very enjoyable stay with very comfortable beds and a brand-new shower. I would definitely stay again. There is also a great nightclub as part of the hotel, which was a big plus.

Nothing negative to say — the stay was top class. I noticed a few reviews complaining about reception asking for passports and a €50 deposit per person, but I honestly can’t see what the big deal is. Once we went down to reception to check out, the rooms were checked and the cash deposit was returned straight away. No issues whatsoever.

It is ideally located and the staff are friendly.

It was noisy, but you were warned about this due to it being above the hotel. I was disappointed with the breakfast, no hot option available. And I couldn't manage the shower, it is not obvious how to turn it or to control the temperature of the water.

There was a night club that played music very loudly until 3:30 each night below our room. Then people partied in the streets until after 5:00 am making it impossible to sleep. Also we had a horrible smell in our room that never left even with the windows open.

The hotel was good location near to all attractions near to railway and buses many shops are nearby highly recommend

We had to get a lift and then go down 3 flights of stairs so it wasn't the easy room to get to got a bit confused
