Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location was excellent, and we managed to walk around the city center on foot. Also, the hotel itself was clean and pleasant to stay. Swimming pool was a nice bonus.
The shower had a showerhead only at the top, so it was not possible to take it by hand. They did not borrow the plug adaptor; they only sold it.

It’s a pity there wasn’t air conditioning in the bedrooms. We could open a window which helped.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026It was listed as per friendlyonBooking.com but just to assure that I messaged the hot twice to make sure. No one responded so I called directly and was told they were not. At this point I could not receive a refund. Booking. Com attempted to work with them to get me a refund as I was well within my 24 hour check in time, but they refused. I did not cancel because that would have cost me when more than the nightly rate. What?!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I liked breakfast but my friend, who is local, found it disappointing.
Service in the lounge at the end of the night was weird. First time we went the server repeatedly checked on us. After dinner and a walk we came back and got another drink. No one approached us but walked by many times, we tried to get their attention. My friend finally went to the bar herself and returned with two wines and water, on a tray. So weird no one even offered to deliver the drinks.

Configuration de la chambre : Réservation pour deux personnes avec deux lits individuels, mais attribution d'une chambre avec un lit double et un canapé déplié. Résultat : espace complètement encombré, impossibilité de circuler. Emplacement : Hôtel très excentré, loin de tout et totalement coupé de l'ambiance du centre-ville. Nuisances sonores intolérables : Chambre côté rue marquée par un vacarme incessant. Entre les camions qui reculent avec des sirènes stridentes et ceux stationnés moteur allumé, le réveil à 4h50 le matin n’a pas été des plus agréable. Accueil : Personnel peu souriant, froid et à la limite de l'indifférence. ( surtout à la salle du petit dej)

I have to say the people in Ireland were the friendliest people we have encountered anywhere, especially all of our taxi drivers. We were very impressed!

Excesso de barulho do bar ao lado ( a lei irlandesa permite o funcionamento até às 02:00) poderia ser minimizado se as janelas fossem de vidro duplo/triplo. Os tampões disponibilizados pelo hotel, ainda que minimizem, não resolvem a questão de fundo que se torna um problema grave para quem quer descansar relativamente cedo.

It is located beside a late night bar that plays loud music. I was aware of this before booking and ear plugs were provided. But be aware of this especially if booking at the weekend when the late night bar would be open.

Absolutely boiling rooms, one small window that opens once inch. The fan was old and rattled and just blew warm air. Couldn't use gym as son under 16 years. Location central but takes over 40 mins from airport as traffic is awful.

La ubicación en una calle con movimiento, con diferentes tipos de restaurantes de todo el mundo, sin embargo en la habitación no tuvimos problema alguno de ruido y dormimos muy bien, además porque la cama era cómoda… El desayuno buffet espectacular. Las instalaciones, como el pequeño gimnasio bien equipado, la piscina y el jacuzzi genial. La habitación espaciosa y muy limpio todo… Nos gustó en general mucho, para repetir si volvemos de nuevo a Dublín.

Cleaning and maintenance could easily be better . If they don’t take better care of the place it will soon be bad . More proper cleaning ( bathroom / carpet/ furniture) and paint touch up ( chipped bathroom doors/ walls etc )

Chambre donnant sur la rue et très bruyante . Pas de prise d’air dans la chambre. Nous aurions préféré une douche, plus pratique.
