A very nice Inn. Quite luxurious, but pricey. Nice heated swimming pool/spa. Room was large and comfortable. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Best place we stayed in on our Canadian Rocky's road trip.

Zwischentüre im Zimmer war ungünstig. Die Zimmernachbarn waren sehr laut. Bis um 3pm konnten wir nicht schlafen.

La estancia fue decepcionante en cuanto a servicio. No había agua en la habitación y, al llamar a recepción, la única solución que ofrecieron fue que yo mismo bajara al lobby a buscarla. Para un hotel de este nivel, se espera que el personal resuelva los inconvenientes básicos enviando lo necesario a la habitación, no haciendo que el cliente trabaje por ello.

Great breakfast Noisy location

The male front desk clerk was demeaning to me when I checked in. He suggested not to use booking . Com and made a disparaging remark about not being able to change my booking.

Not friendly receptionists especially the male one on 5/11/26 day shift. He looked irritated, not smiling. No thank you's. We were checking out. Like we were inconveniencing him.

The hostile staff. You guys can do so much better.

I booked for a three night stay but checked out after the first night due to the cleaniness of the hotel. I notified the front desk before 12PM about the my early changes and yet they charge me the following night saying i did not gave them a 24 hour notice.

Going to the pool and hot tub with one of my guys and I stepped into an ice cold hot tub at 5:30pm last Wednesday The pool was just as cold as well I wonder who keeps tabs on facility? I reported to desk and they said it should be good in an hour, it wasn’t and I didn’t want to stay up late to see if it was. Very disappointing We stayed there because of the pool/hot tub Also we went next door to the adjoining White Spot where we were told we’d get 10% off our meals. We told one person and a lot of time elapsed from then till we got our dinner bill. I then asked but was told it was too late. The manager came and nothing could be done. He did ask if I would like to take dessert, a piece of carrot cake. I said that would be great and he came back with a bag. I should have looked in, yes one lovely piece of carrot cake but the two special men with me also had dinners. If the Best Western and White Spot had cards to hand out to people staying at the hotel it wouldn’t get forgotten, so easy to do.

The staffs are nice and accommodating. Facilities are well kept and clean.

This was absolutely the worst experience ever—and it’s not the first time at this location. I thought it might be better now, but they proved me wrong. I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two kids. According to hotel policy and my booking, kids under 12 stay free, so I assumed we were fine, including my toddler. But after arriving from the U.S. at midnight, they told me I had to pay for an additional room. I ended up leaving my family and going to another place to stay. From now on, I will never, ever try to visit this location again. Terrible, just terrible. (Confirmation number: 611293430)

We stayed three days with my family. We flew from NS and this was not a pleasant experience.The room was humid.

There were blood stains on the bed cover and pillow covers , dog hair on the beddings, and on the floor. We stayed three days, we need to keep our shocks on since the floor was so dirty full of dog hair.

We had made a mistake in the date we were arriving back from Asia. We arrived a day earlier than expected. The hotel gave us no credit for the night we had booked and then changed us extra as walk ins

Nice little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for work. The only draw back is no laundry service, the hotel does have a washer and dryer, but these take change. Unfortunately, using the company credit card, this had its difficulties.

Absolutely everything, close to restaurants and very clean, loved the hot chocolate at the front.

The cooked breakast was good but there was no fresh fruit except for apples and the following day; canned peaches! Better than no fruit I suppose!

Good location and great service overall. The breakfast service had a great variety. I appreciated that it had pet friendly rooms. The hotel was very clean and felt modern. I loved the coffee machine in reception.

The pet policy was only shared with us upon checking in. As I booked a pet friendly room and indicated I am bringing a dog, I would have appreciated to receive a copy of this policy via email. The breakfast room uses paper plates and plastic cutlery which is not environmentally friendly and feels cheap.

Hotel was clean and for the most part quiet. Convenient location. The "Free" breakfast made me want to ask for my money back. FOR A FREE BREAKFAST !! It was atrocious. Would not go back unless it is vastly improved. Thank God White Spot was right there

Our family enjoyed 2 night stay in such cozy and quiet hotel where we want to come again next time when we have holidays.

If you have a do not disturb sign on door when they are cleaning rooms they will not come back later on so room doesn't get serviced.

The location is good for visiting family in the area and the hot tub and available hot chocolate are nice perks.

The last day when we had to catch a ferry we did not get our wake up call.

We booked a room at this hotel during a local flooding event and windstorm that caused widespread power outages, booking through Booking.com because we believed our power would remain out overnight. After checking in, we went approximately eight blocks to our home and discovered power had been restored. We returned to the hotel immediately. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes and did not use the bed, towels, or any amenities. The front desk associate told us that, given the situation, the stay would have been refunded if it had been booked directly with the hotel. She also stated that the stay had been cancelled on the hotel’s end and that a refund through Booking.com would require that platform’s approval. Booking.com approved the cancellation and submitted the refund request. We contacted the hotel and were told that management would reach out to us. They never did. Instead, Booking.com later informed us that the hotel’s general manager denied the refund. Management has since refused all communication. We then contacted corporate customer service, who reached out to the hotel and advised that management would contact us within 3–5 days, per policy. Corporate later confirmed that they did not agree with the decision but stated they could not require the hotel to issue a refund. The general manager again refused to make contact. Important warning for future guests: If anything goes wrong with your stay, do not expect hotel management to engage, respond, or stand behind what their employees tell you. Front desk staff may make assurances in good faith, but management does not honor them and appears to rely on guests eventually giving up. This experience reflects poorly not just on this location, but on the brand as a whole. Management’s refusal to engage in any form of communication raises legitimate concerns about how other Best Western properties handle issues when problems arise. If this is the standard response, it undermines confidence in the brand.

Front desk staff was very helpful and was proactive in meeting our needs. We enjoyed the free hot drinks and the water dispenser. Breakfast wasn't just pastries.

Waffles and toast were good. Nice selection of juice. Clean dining room. Hot coffee. Food was hot. Courteous staff.

Yogurt needs to be individual cups, not really sweet "fake" type from a machine. Sausages need a definite improvement. Real cream instead of powdered coffee mate would be huge. Perhaps scrambled eggs instead of "cheese omelet " would be nice.

That there were beds and comfortable

Staff was very ignorant standing over shoulder, watching meat as I grab food and very, very non verbally helpful. Other than that, no air conditioning, no heat fan made noise all night in the bathroom. Would not stay there again.\nNice looking building on the outside

The bed was too firm, and the TV wasn't working and the front desk host was not very personable.

Always stay here when visiting family in Abbotsford, excellent service and breakfast included was great, next to white spot our go to for dinner or lunch and across from Tim Hortons for morning coffee.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, advised staff but could do anything about it since no maintenance personnel working on weekends

When we arrived the staff was great they were very helpful our cable was not working the first night and a little into the next day but that was ok because they were going to discount our first night. The next day and night they had this rude ass guy working the front who could care less about you or any other guest I even ask him why he was being so rude his response I am not I’m just answering your questions I never wanted to hit someone so much in my life but I held back restrained myself and then we had to deal with the same guy at check out and that discount I was promised well let’s just say I didn’t get and I’m still waiting on a answer from the hotel if they are going to do anything about it. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again.
