Pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super nice, also like that you can drive up to drop off bags.

The room was dirty. There was still water in the ice bucket, the tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t fix it after being told about it. The sink was also still dirty.

Staff member that checked me in was extremely kind and polite. Room was clean.

Staff in lobby were unfriendly. And you had to ring a bell to get staff to even come to the lobby. Breakfast was awful with little choice, eg. Only fruit was oranges and items were not monitored, eg. Had to ask for the milk jug to be refilled.

The washroom walls were peeling and the shower/tub was not working at all. Difficult to find a working plug. Elevators went down. I stay here yearly and a pretty obvious decline.

The pool/hot tub area was extremely small for the amount of people that were there. There was no staff to supervise the behaviour of the people there. Kids were running and jumping, people were propping the door open to go outside to smoke/drink. People were staying in the hot tub way longer than 15 mins. Very unsafe. It was extremely crowded , as was the breakfast area.

Very clean, comfortable, lots of towels (I often find hotels only provide 2-3 even when 4 booked). Staff friendly, efficient, accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

The microwave was just set on top of the small bar fridge, that caused a loud buzzing noise. Had to place the microwave on the floor. There should have been a cabinet for those. The room had plenty of room for one

The waterslide was a hit with my grandchildren. The bath towels in the room were nice..

The breakfast was adequate. One day there was whipping cream available. Next day there was none available. Why would that be? When the bath was run the shower dripped into the bath. The sleeping pillows must have been in a huge pillow fight because we had all the losers on our beds. Pillows should have been thrown out years ago. The bath shampoo etc was not replenished the next day. Not impressed with your hotel. I doubt you would feel good coming back to a room that felt like nobody bothered

The amenities and breakfast were great for a family of 4. Pool was a huge plus with kids. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out.

Clean, quite and in a good area

For us, the location, just across the border from Lynden, was excellent. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Fun pool with a slide. Plenty of space to exercise the dog. Helpful staff members. Reasonable price, including the dog fee.

All rooms would benefit from having grab bars in the shower-tub, not just ADA rooms.

The grounds are huge, great for my dogs morning and evening outing before bedtime. Lots of parking! Awesome hot ton, the pool is solar powered heated, I believe, it was cloudy so it was freezing, the hot tub was nice 👍everything was very clean in the recreation areas

I liked that there was plenty of parking space and a large pool.

The service felt rushed, and I got the impression that the staff were not interested in serving their guests. The washroom was also not clean, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. I asked either to have the issue repaired or to be moved to another room, but neither request was addressed. Because of this experience, I decided to move to another hotel. Unfortunately, they lost a customer as a result. In addition, there was highway construction taking place during my stay in June 2026. The construction crew worked throughout the night, creating significant noise that made it difficult to rest and sleep.

The muffins and oranges served in the continental breakfast are fantastic! The other guests we interacted with were friendly as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was unexpectedly good. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and plenty of more. Beds were comfortable and had a good nights sleep.

The carpets in room smelt very bad. We had a room used for pets that we brought, however carpets are not good for rooms. Laminate would help with cleaning better.

Not great. A 2nd waffle maker would allow for more people to have waffles. If one person is making multiple waffles, others miss out.

After the first night stay my bed was not made very well. It was not smooth out kind of lumpy. Also there was a towel provided that was shredding on the sides looking kind of raggedy.

This Comfort Inn is in desperate need for a facelift, the building’s interior and exterior are old, lots of wear and tear but the room was clean and the beds comfortable

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, so friendly and helpful, we just loved her...she is very special.

The only thing that could have made it better is if it had been free..lol, but the price was very reasonable for the accommodations, we have no complaints whatsoever.

My son had a blast in the pool and thats all that matters!

We liked the location.

The pool was the main reason we came to this hotel. The water slide and mushroom feature was the defying factor for my family. We went into the pool and it was so cold my kids couldn't even swim in it. We just used it once and didn't want to return. My son was shivering constantly and is now sick in bed with chills and a cold.

It was clean

The bathroom toilets flushed slowly and the bathroom sinks drained slowly . We had to change rooms, and the phone in the room did not work, we had to call long distance to reach the front desk even for check out early in the morning, they just left a notice to call a number for service .

The staff was very friendly.

The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke so we asked to be moved to a different room. The staff was apologetic and nice about it. The breakfast was not great by any means. The sausage was horrible. It tasted like chemicals. Only one waffle maker and there were a ton of people waiting to use it. Location is weird. The property is behind a big industrial area. The photos make the pool look big but it is actually pretty small. The water looked dirty as well with hair floating around in it. We stayed there specifically for the pool but after seeing all the hair floating my daughter didn't want to swim. Kind of a bummer.

Although there is a long term highway project very close to this Inn, they are continuing to make it home for all who come to stay. The staff was friendly and available when you needed them. The breakfast was great, more than enough.

If you're planning to pay for cash for your room, you won't be able to and it's not noted anywhere that we cannot pay with cash. I will not be returning to this hotel. Worst experience for customer service travelling free kids arriving at 10:30 at night at telling us we have to find another place to stay because there's nothing they can do about it

I expected it to be noisier being right beside the freeway, but it was super quiet! Would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay at the Wisteria. Close to downtown Ganges to restaurants and shops.

Friendly helpful staff. Amenities are good. Continental breakfast is ok for a free breakfast.
