Hotel qui n’a aucun charme, ménage très léger, réfrigérateur vide , balcon plein de sable et toile d’araignée sur le garde corps, le lit mêmes à l’armée il etait mieux fait, trace sur les murs, boîte de clínex dans la salle de bain vide , les poignées de la baie vitrée très oxidé , le fond de cuvette wc très sale, enfin j’en passe. Cette établissement ne reflète absolument pas un 4 étoiles et j’ai du mal à comprendre comment il peut être noté 4,1 sur votre site ??je fais toujours mes réservations par booking et j’ai toujours ete satisfait, mais la c’est la catastrophe. Prachtig hotel, gewoon op het strand, Het uitzicht is een droom. Meerdere restaurants en een zwembad.

De restaurants zijn niet zo fijn. 1 is te chique en bediening traag. Ook in het strand-restaurant word je niet heel snel geholpen en binnen zit je daar niet zo leuk. Verder vind ik het hotel wel erg duur voor wat je krijgt.

Screaming kids in the corridors, barking dogs (they're dog friendly), very mediocre food in the restaurant, a disastrous breakfast experience (they're continuously running behind the facts), very poor spa services, slow check in/out, ...

De locatie van dit welness-hotel was fantastisch. Uitzicht op de zee, eb en vloed en Engeland in de verte; wat wil je nog meer. Het eten in het restaurant was van prima kwaliteit en de prijzen goed in verhouding tot het gebodene. Het terras op het strand was heerlijk, de bijbehorende bar uitstekend en het zoutwaterzwembad en de hamman vergeten we nooit meer. Top!

Het personeel is - zoals vaker in Frankrijk - een aandachtspunt. Men is in loondienst en voelt zich nergens voor verantwoordelijk. Onbegrijpelijk dat - als 60% van de gasten bestaat uit engelsen - dat er dan jong(!) personeel rondloopt (aan de receptie!) die geen engels spreken en er van uitgaan dat iedere gast vloeiend frans spreekt. Krijgt men dat niet op school? Het personeel in de bediening van het restaurant doet afbreuk aan de kwaliteit van het eten. Met name aan de bar werkten medewerkers die gewoon niet vooruit te branden waren. Dat is echt zonde.

The pool and beach were amazing.

Very small cramped room, not suitable for a family. Bunk beds across the window, blocked out all natural light. 1-2 people could stand at anyone time. Sink plug broken meaning you couldn’t wash your hands or face in the sink without risking flooding the bathroom. Large shelf running under the tv was not secured to the wall properly so anything you placed on there would roll off. The smell of smoke going down the corridors was awful especially for a non smoking hotel? Complaints raise on first day off stay and the reception manager did not help, only offered to move our room for an additional charge.

L’emplacement en bord de mer est juste magnifique- le petit déjeuner avec la vue sur la mer a été très apprécié La piscine est exceptionnelle

Les chambres sont assez petites surtout pour une famille de 4 personnes. L’insonorisation des chambres est à revoir. La dernière nuit nous avions un bébé en pleurs toute la nuit juste au-dessus avec des chutes d’objets au sol.

A lovely hotel in a brilliant location. We had a great time on our short family holiday - the indoor pool was great for the days that the beach was too windy. Great choice at the breakfast buffet every morning. Their soaps and creams are lovely too!

Great location with acess to a beautiful stretch of beach. Rooms are well planned and very functional. Also very good daily servicing and cleaning of rooms with fresh towels etc. On site parking. Overall, a few potential improvements (see below) but it was a good base for activities (we were cycling) and for exploring Le Touquet and the area.

The spa facilities were good but closed very early so they could not be used in the evening. The pool bar is in need of upgrading. Staff seemed unmotivated and/or it is understaffed; furniture was grubby; tables not cleared etc. Coffee was undrinkable. The bar in the neighbouring Ibis was far more appealing with much better service which seemed odd given both properties under the same ownership.

La chambre globalement peu propre (sable encore présent, poussière dans les placards, balcon très sale avec des cheveux, du sable et des toiles d'araignées), cela n'est pas conforme à un hôtel d'un standing 4 étoiles. Le balcon est trop petit, on peut à peine circuler, nous avions pris une chambre supérieure vue mer La boîte de mouchoirs n'est pas renouvelée après 48h dans la salle de bain ni les sachets de thé. Par ailleurs, la piscine était beaucoup trop froide (surtout pour notre fille de 2 ans et demi) et loin de l'attente d'une piscine intérieure chauffée. Nous n'avons pu y profiter que 20min Nous estimons avoir payé bien trop cher pour des prestations surestimées (sans parler du café expresso au bar à 3€...) En conclusion, c'est une grosse déception

Tout près de la plage. Situation géographique extra ! Parking privé attenant à l’hôtel : très pratique ! Personnel hyper attentif, bienveillant… Excellent petit déjeuner ! Il peut même faire le bonheur pour les personnes ayant des intolérances alimentaires ! Hamam et piscine : géniaux ! Hôtel très propre !

Le matin , au moment du petit déjeuner dans la salle du restaurant : il faisait trop chaud !

Great location right on the beach and a short walk into the town centre!

It is quite expensive and so were the extras on top of room cost, parking and breakfast. Breakfast not cheap and you were often waiting for the hot food to be restocked which was some times quite slow! Quality of the breakfast very good however.

Het restaurant, daar hebben we een keer matig gegeten. de 2e keer zijn we na 10 minuten vertrokken omdat we niet bediend werden terwijl het niet druk was en de ober al 2x aan het tafeltje naast ons was geweest en ons straal negeerde. Hij had het wel erg druk met zijn telefoon.

While a bit on the pricey side this hotel is right next to the dunes, it has direct access to a very nice beach, homes a beautiful large salt-water pool that we loved, plus it has a wonderful and endless spread for breakfast (only lacking a proper fruit salad and good strong coffee, but otherwise the variety of food is truely the best I’ve seen). We found staff to be friendly and authentic, available to help as long as you ask (mostly, see later comments), and this put us and our kids very much at ease. The hotel also was pretty peaceful, not at all noisy given the size and nearby beach. The dropped stars on this review are due to the room. Our 4-bed room (double bed plus very sizeable pull-out sofa for the kids) was a bit of a squeeze, and on the ground floor. The double bed had a thick duvet while the sofa bed which received the fullest blast of aircon had a cotton sheet and blanket. We switched these for our comfort out of common sense, and they got switched back. We were beachside which cost extra but was appreciated for the picture perfect sunsets. BUT the day we arrived it was very windy and this meant the surrounding fine sand had piled up onto our balcony. Not really the fault of the hotel but this was never cleared off during our one week stay, and there was no means for us to do so, and so our room floor and beds quickly resembled beach hostel conditions and were coated in sand at all times. I told someone at reception about the sand on the balcony and asked for our bed sheets to be changed but we had to ask 2-3 times for this, and nothing happened, so we resorted to stripping the sheets ourselves to demonstrate the necessity for beds to be cleaned of all the sand. We also had to pull out the sofa bed for the kids ourselves the first evening, which was hefty and had no instructions and wasn’t ideal - so FYI there was no turn down service for us, if expecting this for the price. It was virtually impossible to pull the curtain shut once the sofa bed was out (and remained out) and very room to move around the room. We resorted to laying towels by the balcony door to try to clean the sand off our feet on entering the room from outside, but still the brief daily hoover/empty bins/pull up sheets room ‘clean’, wasn’t quite sufficient for a stay at this cost. But all of that is I think due to the number of rooms, and general hotel policy, and not really due to any of the individual people who worked at the hotel - all of whom we found to be very pleasant.

Chambre familiale 3 personnes est confortable. Vue sur la mer est magnifique. Plage est au pied de l’hôtel. Un bon restaurant à l’hôtel pour manger le soir et au prix tout à fait accessible. Une belle piscine avec la vue sur la mer et les transats pour se reposer. Les serviettes sont à disposition dans la piscine. Place de parking à l’hôtel est à 12€ la nuit.

Le canapé-lit est assez vétuste. Il est encore bien utilisable en position lit, mais en position canapé, il est impossible de s'assoir dedans, car les coussins ne tiennent plus en place. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, car le canapé était déplié pendant tout notre séjour.

Doesn’t look like the photos, much more dated. Sofa bed not made up for our child, sofa was very grotty and stained so we just shared the bed. The bedsheet had mould stains.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Novotel Le Touquet and highly recommend it. The hotel boasts an amazing location, which set the tone for a great stay right from the start. The service here was excellent across all departments. The breakfast was very good, supported by a highly attentive team. We were particularly impressed by the pool staff, who were incredibly engaged in maximizing the guest experience, proactively providing clean towels and ensuring we had everything we needed. Additionally, despite sharing a common reception area with the Ibis hotel, the front desk operated smoothly with a completely seamless check-in and check-out process. We had a very minor issue regarding the cleaning of our room floor, but the staff took serious note of it immediately and handled it with total professionalism. Because of their excellent response, we do not consider this a negative at all. This is a well-run hotel that understands true hospitality!

Tout est parfait

Vue. Les installations. Le personnel de nettoyage très sympa et professionnel. La piscine. Le calme. Le retaurant de l'hôtel très bien comme le déjeuner. Toutefois il y a une différence de qualité entre le room service et le restaurant même si c'est identique comme entité, la qualité est moindre en room service.

Que le Bar de la plage essaye de vendre son vin le plus cher... quand tu demandes du sec et qu'il te vendent un sec-fruité :) ! Tu téléphones au standard de la chambre et personne réponds.

Ons verblijf in dit hotel was helaas teleurstellend. De kamer en vooral de badkamer waren erg klein. Bij aankomst bleek de shampoo in de badkamer al leeg te zijn. Daarnaast werd de vuilnisbak tijdens ons verblijf niet elke dag geleegd. We hebben één avond in het hotel gegeten, maar de kwaliteit van het vlees was erg slecht. Het zat vol met pezen en was niet lekker. Tijdens het diner kregen we een tafel die de hele tijd vol in de zon stond, zonder gordijnen of schaduw. Mijn vrouw is 9 maanden zwanger, dus we vroegen of we een andere tafel konden krijgen of een andere oplossing mogelijk was. Helaas kon het personeel ons niet helpen. Positief zijn de uitstekende ligging van het hotel en het mooie zwembad. Dat waren voor ons de grootste pluspunten.

Chambre vraiment petite, douche pas faite pour les personnes de grande taille , faisant moi-même 195 cm je touchait le plafond. Hotel trop chère pour ce qu'il est. Piscine banale et coin SPA presqu inexistant à par un hammam. Je trouve qu'au prix de la nuitée faire payer en plus le parking et vraiment scandaleux.

Pool is cold! Too cold for little ones and is salt water. Breakfast was below par. Rooms not cleaned and tidied to expected standard. Empty glasses and bottles from the bar still left in room after 3 days . Breakfast not great

Very close to the beach, beautiful surroundings. Staff were very helpful when we had to move rooms, as we had made two separate bookings with different room types.

Breakfast options are not as good as they were previously. The air conditioning in this hotel is very poor and cannot cope with temperatures over 25 °C. The rooms on the higher floors are much hotter, too.

très bel établissement dans un espace privilégié les pieds dans l'eau. Le personnel très à l'écoute et d'une disponibilité irréprochable. Le confort de la chambre est parfait, belle douche, literie impeccable et la vue dune/parking ne nous a pas dérangé.

difficile de trouver quelques choses à dire mais pour l'amélioration pourquoi ne pas prévoir une douche pour les pieds au bord de la plage car les clients ramènent beaucoup de sable à l'intérieur, le prix du parking est un peu chers

Comme on peut s’y attendre ce grand hôtel est impersonnel et la piscine a à certaines heures une ambiance de piscine municipale.

Equipement désuet et environnement vieillot. Rapport prix/benefice négatif. Nous avons payé 1400€ pour un séjour de deux nuitées avec des soins minimalistes (une “douche” d’eau de mer (bof…) et un massage californien (très bien) … pour 180€ / personne (?!?)

It’s very expensive - £375 for an out-of-season room. Quite a walk into town - not usually an issue, but the extreme winds kept me in the hotel for the evening instead of being able to wander into town.

Despite being 81 and travelling 6 hours from the UK in unprecedented heat I was not allowed to postpone our night costing £303 (prepaid). Not a centimetre of apology or sympathy. I see from reviews it is not up to scratch anyway. Avoid this hotel. I know I will.

Aucune proposition on vous laisse dans le noir.heureusement l agent de sécurité m a fait passer sa torche. Douche pas propre et distributeur pour shampoing et douche vides

The hotel has seen better days. The room is small and stuffy and had a stale smell. The bathroom is tiny. Airconditioning does not work properly. Bar is overpriced and staff could be more polite.

We have stayed here several times and have really enjoyed it each time. Great breakfast, lovely pool and amazing views!

We stayed in late May and the air conditioning had not been turned on yet, and it took a few days to turn on so we were a bit hot for the first part of our stay.

У нас был супернеудачный опыт: - большой бассейн из-за которого выбрали отель был закрыт - в районе 9-10 утра сработала пожарная сирена на всем этаже или во всем отеле и работала пару минут, проснулись все - за два часа до времени чекаута вышел из номера, вернулся - уборщицы уже убирают номер, собрали мои вещи чтобы отдать их на ресепшн. почему решили что я выехал - непонятно. - шумоизоляция между этажами слабая - ночью заселили номер над нами и было слышно как ходят, что то роняют, разговаривают В целом дизайн отеля устарел - неуютный и несовременный.

De minder validen parkeerplaatsen staan vol met gewone voertuigen en dus moet de minder valide zich honderden meters verderop parkeren wat in die heuvelachtige duin omgeving zeer onaangenaam is. Het personeel lijkt niet te begrijpen dat daar iets aan zou moeten gedaan worden.

L'emplacement, les soins et les installations sont très bien.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles. Verres pas propres, et trop de confusion. Il faut admettre que l'établissement était complet. Mais c'est un 4 étoiles ! La moquette quand on est en bord de mer ne peut être correctement entretenue. Je suis surpris que ce soit encore autorisé surtout lorsque les animaux sont admis... Je doute que l'hygiène soit au rendez-vous.

Too many dogs in the hotel. The beaches were supposed to be dog free between March & November which no one applied The room was basic. The shower was weak and cold. The rooms were run down and lacking any comfort as we have the most expensive room
