Das Hotel ist sehr schmuddelig. Überall liegen Krümel, Staub und Schmutz. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – dagegen wirkt selbst eine Jugendherberge wie purer Luxus. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

The location is the only positive part of this hotel.

The heating didnt work in my room so i had to sleep in thermals / socks and a hat. The breakfast was understocked. The staff acted like they didnt want to be there and were miserable. I will definately not be returning.

We loved, staff super friendly and polite, location excellent, good breakfast.

Bruyant, lits anciens et matelas inconfortables, aucun confort – en somme, une nuit à éviter. Pour le prix demandé, on s’attend au minimum à un sommeil réparateur et à un environnement paisible. Dommage, car l’emplacement pouvait laisser espérer mieux. À fuir, sauf si vous aimez les surprises… désagréables.

A decent hotel at the best ski in ski out location of Courchevel (Jardin Alpin) with amazing views and great staff

Hotel rooms rooms are a bit old and lobby is small but these are not deal breakers

Понравилось все! Чистота, персонал топ, завтраки отличные! Все новое и большие комнаты. Персонал в моменте решает все вопросы за секунду. Я хотела поехать в 5 звезд, но все было забронировано и могу сказать, что этот отель идеальный , лучше многих 5 в Куршевеле

Da limpeza dos quartos , da vista do quarto, e dos funcionários da loja de ski

O cafe da manha era retirado antes do do horário determinado para o encerramento, alem de não ser reposto adequadamente, também não havia funcionários suficientes para o atendimento . Vi muitos hospedes chegarem cerca de 15 minutos antes do encerramento e não ter disponivel pao, manteiga , café e leite , pra mim totalmente abdurdo .

Extremely nice staff. All our needs were addressed fast and efficiently. Amazing mountain view. Access to slopes, in-house ski shop - extremely comfortable for skiing.

The location is excellent, the view from the balconies are wonderful just at the bottom of the ski slopes. There is free parking and for people without a car, there is an easy and free access to shuttles and to the cable cars from which the view is amazing. Breakfast is good and staff are nice.

Bom café da manhã. Quarto bom tamanho. Aceita reserva de 2 noites em janeiro. Ski in e out! Lift le Jardin Alpin ao lado, gôndola para subir e descer da montanha.

Bem Caro para o que oferece, como tudo em Courchevel 1850 em Janeiro. Não tem flexibilidade para late check out, mesmo o quarto ficando vazio. Cardápio do restaurante muito pequeno para jantar. Carpete do quarto antigo. Black out ruim, entra muita luz.

Arrivée au parking non déneigée et parking mal rangé, voitures posées n'importe comment ( nous étions bloqués par 2 voitures qui nous empêchaient de partir; heureusement les voituriers ont pu soulever une des 2 voitures à la main pour que je puisse me dégager, merci à eux). Il faisait froid dans la chambre ( chauffage sans effet). Poignée de la porte des toilettes cassée ( on aurait pu rester enfermé à l'intérieur). Robinet du lavabo inutilisable à bas régime d'écoulement. Lit mal fait ,draps non bordés. Chambre à rénover ( look désuet ). Pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Peignoirs et chaussons absents.

The view from my balcony was amazing and the staff was very nice, specially Jade and another guy who I didn't get the name.

My room smelled kinda weird if I let the window closed for a while. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Цена вообще не соответствует качеству. В номере не было тапочек, салфеток, воды, зубных щеток. Зубные щетки нам принесли, а вот тапочек у них нет. Очень неудобно приходить после снега и грязи и ходить босиком по комнате. Ну хотя бы продавали тапочки за деньги. Я был в разных отелях, даже без звезд. И такого не видел. Салфеток в ванной комнате где они должны были быть в корзине, их не было. Просто оставили это место пустым. Воду нужно самим спускаться на 1 этаж и набирать в стеклянную бутылку. Такое ощущение, что это общага. Комната была недостаточно теплая, после душа мы заболели даже. Просто представьте: комната недостаточно теплая, в ванной холодный кафель и тапочек чтоб хоть как то согреться нету. Отель старый, но к этому не придраться. Но это не значит что условия должны быть такими. Не советую

Le petit déjeuner est médiocre Chambre en face de nous un couple qui s’engueule de 00h00 jusqu’à 3h00 du matin. La sécurité qui discute avec eux juste en face de notre porte. On a dû intervenir pour qu’ils partent.

Hotel je velmi starý, kvalita a comfort absolutně neodpovídá ceně hotelu. Rozhodně to není 4 hvězdičkový hotel, mé hodnocení je maximálně dvě hvězdy.

The location good for the slopes. Spectacular views. But the staff are by far the best asset of this hotel. Everyone of them from the managers right through the hotel. All the staff were the most efficient charming kind respectful and helpful. Whether it be parking my car, food, room service, cleaning, booking restaurants, advice or local knowledge. I have a problem with steps but they helped me with safe ways in and out of the hotel. They even helped with finding and organising an optician when my husband broke his glasses. I have stayed in many hotels but the staff here surpassed themselves.

L’hôtel avait un style très ancien. La propreté générale n’était pas satisfaisante. La salle de bain et les toilettes étaient très vétustes. Il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Les prix de la nourriture et des services étaient excessivement élevés.

Établissement incroyablement bien situé au cœur du domaine. Le personnel est attentif et réactif à toute demande. Parking sur place, mais vite complet. Breakfast copieux
