Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Je vais commencer par l'équipe, car leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance doivent êtres soulignées ! J'ai eu un problème de voiture en arrivant, ils ont fait preuve de compassion, ont prit des nouvelles etc. Que ce soit le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli ou la jeune femme qui était présente les deux jours suivant,je ne trouve aucun point négatif. Ils sont souriants, à l'écoute, disponibles pour nous renseigner. Vraiment c'est un sans faute. L'emplacement est correct, le coin est un peu triste avec des travaux environnants mais nous étions en basse saison. Les navettes (gratuites !) Sont facilement accessibles. Le logement est cosy et fonctionnel.

Nous avions 3 fenêtres et les 3 fenêtres donnait sur un mur , nous n'avions aucune vue. On voyait tout juste le ciel de la fenêtre de la pièce principale.. Et franchement c'était un sacré point négatif !

Rien, l’établissement est très bien et le personnel très sympathique. Simplement la station est totalement fermée en ce moment et absolument aucun restaurant ni supermarché, pharmacie etc n’étaient ouverts pendant notre séjour. C’est assez spécial de ne croiser quasiment personne dans les rues. Nous avons seulement trouvé 2 restaurants ouverts à la station 1550. Il faut donc bien prévoir ses provisions avant de monter.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Another excellent stay at les chalets du forum. Jeanne and Sephora couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful at reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we needed was sorted immediately. Accommodation is a little tired and certain things need replacing in the kitchen - blunt knives, peeler and grater all would have been really useful if working . Tv needs updating - no way of getting smart tv channels. Only the news in English! NB Uk’s service team when I initially called to book was a totally different experience. Very difficult to get any useful or helpful info. The lady I spoke to clearly had no idea about les chalets du forum and wanted to simply go through her script. She was unable to answer any questions and kept referring me back to the website. Not friendly simply pushing for a sale. I was always going to book, I just needed a little extra info on parking, passes, ski hire etc which she couldn’t provide. I ended up booking online rather than calling back. Once booked I dealt with the team ( Jeanne) at le forum which was an entirely different experience. Overall a fabulous stay. An unbeatable location pretty much on the slopes with access to all the main lifts in courchevel 1850. Shops, restaurants and ski hire in abundance albeit a bit pricey!

Комфортная спальня, в гостиной раскладной диван, для семьи из 4х человек хорошие условия. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления и приема пищи, путешествуя с семьей это очень нужно. Также нам предоставили стартовый набор - несколько таблеток для посудомоечной машины, пару капсул кофе, гель для мытья посуды, ведра для мусора были с пакетами. Внизу отапливаемые локеры для хранения лыж и ботинок. Очень комфортное место для проживания, рекомендую.
Температура воды в душе постоянно меняется то холодная, то кипяток, необходимо настроить на стабильную температуру

This stay was deeply disappointing. The chalet was dirty, with visible mold in the bathroom, which is a serious hygiene and health concern. There was constant noise, extremely uncomfortable beds, and an overall feeling of poor maintenance throughout the property. This is absolutely not what one expects when paying around $1,000 per night. I reported the issue immediately, but no proper solution was offered, and due to the conditions, I checked out earlier than planned. The price is completely unjustified for the quality provided. I would not recommend this property.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Courchevel e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La posizione è comodissima, perfetta per muoversi facilmente e godersi al meglio la località. La struttura è molto pulita, i letti sono estremamente comodi e i bagni belli, moderni e curati. L’unico piccolo suggerimento che darei è di lasciare qualche tè e qualche cialda di caffè in più a disposizione degli ospiti, ma si tratta davvero di un dettaglio minimo. Per il resto, tutto fantastico: ambiente accogliente, atmosfera rilassante e grande attenzione al comfort. Un hotel che consiglierei sicuramente e in cui tornerei volentieri.
L’unico piccolo suggerimento che darei è di lasciare qualche tè e qualche cialda di caffè in più a disposizione degli ospiti, ma si tratta davvero di un dettaglio minimo.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Avoid this place at all costs!!! We booked a stay for the beginning of next year — only three nights — through Booking.com, with free cancellation. We decided to reserve it just in case, but cancelled the same day after finding another place (and we have all the screenshots and messages confirming that). Three weeks later, they charged our card anyway. Since then, they have ignored every email, phone call, and voice message. The only time my husband managed to reach someone by phone, the person pretended not to speak French or English and said they would only refund us if we signed a paper agreeing not to complain to our bank. That’s completely unacceptable and feels like fraud. We’re now fighting to get our €2,200 back. Please, stay away from this place.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025The space was much larger than we expected - the bunk beds were in their own room - we thought it was going to be a corner of the living room - so very pleasantly surprised. We also had a shower room, a bath with a shower head, and a separate toilet space. The staff were so lovely at check-in and even got a special care package for our dog. It was top notch service and had a great few days for the Tour de France. Team Visma was even staying across the street. Thank you!
There was A LOT of construction around - both in the hotel (and they started EARLY) and across the street - so a fair amount of noise. To be expected at a ski resort in the summer though.

I forgot things that are precious to me: a Dior sweater, Bogner gloves, a Chanel belt and children's things. After a holiday in Courchevel, we went further - to Malaysia. The journey took a day, having arrived through the concierge, I began to write to the hotel about the forgotten things - since it was impossible to get through. To which the hotel replied - that these things are not there. I am disappointed with such an attitude

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Fantastic location, very close to ski lifts/gondolas and adjoining a shopping centre with supermarket, restaurants, patisserie etc. Beautiful view of alps and a large courtyard. Good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Individual (lockable) ski locker in carpark was handy. The apartment was very good value for money when we stayed in December. Reception staff are excellent - friendly and super helpful.
The kitchen is quite small but workable.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2024- Helpful and friendly staff and reception. - Always reachable by phone and very accommodating. - Generously offered a one-hour late checkout upon request. - Provided detailed information about the area when we needed it. - Displayed a positive attitude and made us feel at home. - Spoke English fluently. - Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the location was perfect for us. - Close to convenience stores, the best hot chocolate, restaurants (5 minutes' walk), and ski shops (1 minute away). - Highly recommend them! --- - طاقم عمل واستقبال متعاون ولطيف. - يمكن الوصول إليهم بسهولة عن طريق الهاتف وكانوا متجاوبين للغاية. - قدموا ساعة إضافية لتسجيل المغادرة بسخاء عند طلبنا. - وفروا معلومات مفصلة عن المنطقة عندما احتجنا إليها. - أظهروا موقفًا إيجابيًا وجعلونا نشعر وكأننا في المنزل. - يتحدثون الإنجليزية بطلاقة. - استمتعت عائلتنا بالإقامة، وكان الموقع مثاليًا بالنسبة لنا. - قريب من محلات البقالة، وأفضل شوكولاتة ساخنة، والمطاعم (على بعد 5 دقائق مشيًا)، ومتاجر التزلج (على بعد دقيقة واحدة). - نوصي بهم بشدة!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2024They broke into our room in the middle of the night while we slept and robbed my husbands watch. 3 other rooms were also robbed in this hotel while we were staying there! The thieves kept coming to the hotel on the other nights, and breaking into other rooms. Friends saw the thief’s inside their room in the middle of the night. None of the hotel staff did anything to help and they mocked us. There are no security cameras! Very UNSAFE. Should be shut down, DO NOT GO.
