Das Zimmer war relativ klein, das Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, reicht aber definitiv aus Service so weit ok, beim Abräumen am Frühstück etwas spät dran Unbedingt vor 8h frühstücken, sonst wird es sehr voll Parkplatz ist relativ klein, da muss man Glück haben

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Very comfortable room. Clean and tidy, with good facilities (bedding, bathroom stuff including a hairdryer in the shower room etc). It is a great option for a one-night (or even a few nights) stay. Parking is also easy and straightforward with a secured gate. You do have the option to part on the street if you are not too fussy or worried about your car - in our case we arrived after 9pm and left before 9am in the morning. Within this time parking on the street nearby was free.
Nothing to complain about. Getting here without a car might not be so easy if your main destination is Aachen city centre/university area. If driving then it is just 10 min ish.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The room was rather small, but adequate for a one-night stay. The hotel is well situated for exploring Aachen. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
The hotel apparently has 104 bedrooms, yet the car park has fewer than 30 spaces. When we arrived, in 2 cars, none was free, and several had been roped off. We had a number of valuable items in the cars, so refused to park on the street as the receptionist wanted. Eventually she relented when we found two safe spots, though not actual bays. The website also refers to their international restaurant "La Table", but we were told there was no restaurant. We were directed to a restaurant further up the street, where luckily we ate an excellent meal.

Some guests were super wired and rude. Guess they confused the common areas of the hotel with the privacy of their rooms… and were bothered by me having a conversation on my cellphone (over my headphones) on the bar terrace. How wired is that?

Der Frühstückspreis ist mir definitiv zu hoch. Gerne hätte ich morgens 2 Tassen Kaffee getrunken und ein Brötchen gegessen. 18 Euro sind für mich definitiv nicht angemessen.

Ich finde Früstück für 18 Euro pro Person viel zu teuer. Ansonst alles bestens, gerne wieder.

Tip voor het ontbijt: Steeds meer mensen letten op bio- en light producten. Helaas werd dat niet bij het ontbijtbuffet aangeboden.

Het dekbed was iets te klein voor twee personen. De deur van de badkamer en het halletje bleven niet vanzelf open en vielen steeds dicht.

Tut mir leid, ich finde nichts! Parkplatz war vorhanden, was in einer Großstadt immer von Vorteil ist.

Kleine kamer en badkamer. Er lag geen matras op de het bed enkel een dunne topper waardoor bed heel hard was . Kamer was ook heel klein heel weinig plaats rond het bed . Ook heel kleine badkamer en douche .

Stanza minimal con pochi punti d’appoggio soprattutto per un viaggio di lavoro di alcune settimane. Assenza di un armadio ma solo di tre mensole all’ingresso. Bagno minuscolo dove si fa fatica a muoversi e per di più non finestrato. Colazione decisamente poco varia ma apprezzabile la scelta dolce e salato. Staff poco disponibile e alcuni anche in difficoltà con l’inglese. Per ottenere una ricevuta di pagamento unica che non separasse pernotto da colazione ho parlato con tre dipendenti diversi…alla fine ho rinunciato. Nel 2026 non è ammissibile un tale grado di incompetenza.

Einrichtung des Zimmers in die Jahre gekommen. Eher kleiner Frühstücksraum, der schnell überfüllt war. Matratze ähnelte eher einer Auflage, war unbequem.

Ma chambre était sous les toits, éclairée par une grande lucarne orientée à l'ouest, mais il n'y faisait pas chaud, car elle était climatisée (presque trop). Elle était d'une ampleur satisfaisante, bien conçue. La salle de bain était pratique. Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait remarquable, de nombreux produits étaient proposés.

De handdoeken stonken echt.

The hotel give you only 1 big towel for each. How you use it for all the body.? They come early in the morning knock you door to make the cleaning. It is vacation time guys ! No fridge in the room.

Wir haben uns gewundert, warum nur eine Bettdecke (dachten erst, es wäre eine große) auf dem Bett lag, es gab dann noch eine verpackte und bezogene Bettdecke im Schrank 🤔 Mit dem Nachlegen und abräumen beim Frühstück haperte es ein wenig

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026מיקום טוב קרוב למרכז העיר ברגל עשר דקות הליכה . ארוחת בוקר סבירה עם כל מה שצריך . לא אהבתי קבלת הפנים . העובד בדלפק נראה עייף בקושי מדבר והיחס היה לא משהו . הייתי אחרי שלוש טיסות ונהיגה של שלוש שעות . מאוחר יותר ירדתי לרכב ושכחתי את המפתח של החדר בתוכו. ביקשתי את עזרת העובד . נתן לי מפתח אחר אבל עם מבטים ותנועות גוף שלא מוצא חן בעיניו וביקש ממני להחזיר מיד לאחר שאפתח את החדר . החזרתי לו מיד ושלא יעשה לי טובות
