Desværre var der kun lys i den ene side af spejlet og man glemte det andet værelse jeg havde bestilt. Ingen mærkbar udsugning på toiletterne og der manglede et håndklæde på det ene værelse. Ingen reaktion fra receptionen ved afgang, efter brug af klokke.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2024Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. The wall colours were so depressingly decorated with a single red panel meant to brighten up the rooms. Breakfast was minimal ( compared for example with IBIS in Calais). The shop bought cakes were laid out in the packets and other details that looked shabby. Staff were nice and friendly. Car parking was free. Dinner was overpriced and mediocre but we’d drove from Italy so settled. Probably would give it a miss on our next European tour.

Personale molto disponibile ma nello stesso tempo discreto e professionale. Colazione ottima per scelta e qualità. Ben accetti gli animali, intorno all’hotel c’è un bellissimo parco dove far sgambettare gli amici pelosetti. Ottima la posizione per raggiungere in macchina i siti turisti di maggior interesse. Merita una visita anche Mulhouse, nelle vicinanze dell’hotel. Ampio parcheggio a disposizione. Ristorante efficiente e con ottimi piatti sia della tradizione francese che italiana. Consigliatissimo a tutti, quando tornerò in zona sarà il mio punto di riferimento. Complimenti a tutti!!!

Reviewed Feb 1, 2023Got asked to pay the hotel fully at arrival and I forgot I already paid in Expedia. They couldn’t do the refund on site so asked a remote colleague to deal with it, I still don’t knownifninwasbtefunded successfully or not, the receptionist couldn’t confirm when I left on day 2. My bedroom was not serviced well: new towels dropped not folded on top of the toilets which isn’t the cleanest place to out serviettes. My bed wasn’t made (o did not take part in the scheme to cancel the room being cleaned in exchange of a drink so I expected to have the room serviced fully) A few bits and bobs like the soap in the shower which was not fixed to the wall (must have broke and didn’t get fixed) But bed is comfortable, breakfast is delicious, I love the size of the table for working in the bedroom, staff is polite, plenty of car park spaces (yet they must fix the potholes). Located close to a few places to eat and a big commercial center, so very good for business stay.

(remarque signalée en rendant les clés)

Reviewed Dec 1, 2020Excellent accueil et personnel serviable et aux petits soins. Matelas au top et oreillers moelleux. Au calme et restaurant sur place. Points à surveiller : il n’y a pas de chauffage muraux, uniquement la climatisation mais même à fond elle ne suffit pas, aucune couverture à disposition. J’ai eu la chance d’avoir pu bénéficier d’un changement de chambre, c’était un poil mieux mais avec un chauffage d’appoint mis à disposition. Deuxième point noir le lendemain matin je suis réveillé par le jingle de l’ascenseur qui arrive à l’étage !!

Interessante aanbieding half pension: uitgebreide ontbijtkeuze en avondmaal met keuze uit 4 voorgerechten, 4 hoofdschotels en 4 desserts. Nette en schone kamer zoals we van IBIS gewoon zijn. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. Grote gratis parking. Coronaproof dankzij strikte opvolging richtlijnen.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2020Hotel en las afueras de Molhouse, habitaciones justas pero confortables, ubicación ideal para descubrir la Alsacia cerca de las principales autopistas pero sin ruidos, muy agradecidos al Sr. Alain y a todo el staff del hotel nos hicieron sentir como en casa, en cuanto a lo negativo : faltaba una luz en el espejo del baño, una bombilla ojo de buey descolgada y la mesita de noche tipo estantería descolgada(habitación de unos unos amigos, fuimos seis personas) supongo que el mantenimiento fue deficitario por ser fin de semana

Reviewed Nov 3, 2019Bien, bon rapport qualité prix, pas de soucis de, propreté dans les chambres, assez bien insonorisé à condition que les voisins soient respectueux de la tranquillité des autres clients et ça... C'est de plus en plus rare.. Concernant mes appréciations ci dessus...tout est à oublier si malheureusement 1 ou 2 bus de chinois débarquent à l'hôtel, ce qui nous est arrivé... Ne parlons alors plus de propreté dans la zone petit déjeuner ni de nuit paisible.... Éclats de voix jusqu'à 1 heure du matin... Odeurs de nouilles dans les couloirs... Ripage de mobilier dans les chambres... Et des 5 heures du matin, sans doute en raison du décalage horaire non assimilé... Ça recommence... Là c'est l'heure idéale pour appeler la famille en Chine... et comme c'est très loin il faut parler très fort... Les ressorts permettant la fermeture automatique des portes étant très fort... Les portes claquent très fort également... Et comme à 6 heures chacun de son côté va voir si le buffet petit dej ne serait par hasard pas déjà prêt (alors que ça débute normalement à 6h30..) ça fait quelques claquages de porte...( 2bus de 50 places =50 chambres environ = 50 portes qui claquent...) Il faut donc attendre 8h afin de pouvoir prendre son petit dej pour ne pas risquer de se faire renverser devant le buffet...Conseil: lors de votre arrivée...demandez une chambre dans la zone la moins "envahie" d'autant que tout le personnel de cet hôtel est très attentionné et sympathique.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2018Ibis hotels speak for themselves, generally a cut above mid range rivals. At Mulhouse the restaurant served excellent dish of the day in the evening. The lady overseeing breakfast needs to know room entry cards on tables don't need taking away when the guest is at the buffet selecting their food. Also not to attempt restocking clean cups while a guest is getting coffee and therefore has to move out of her way. Neither was her attire appropriate, no uniform or even tabbard just civvies which were a bit 'tired'.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2016Hotel is good value for money. It's very cheap, and therefore basic, but it is clean, the breakfast buffet is good, and the staff were very responsive. Only downside was the room we were first given stank of smoke, despite being a no smoking hotel. That isn't really the hotel's fault though. They gave us a new room right away.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2015Ideal for overnight stay on way to Paris Airport. Rooms are clean but small. Located in small industrial area off the motorway. Restaurant on site with limited menu. Breakfast is also available at an extra cost.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2014I had real trouble finding the hotel without sat-nav. Luckily this hotel has 24 hour staff and a very kind night porter talked me through a jungle of roundabouts on a business park to get there. Merci beaucoup whoever you are. Room was clean and comfortable.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2013I'm really happy with the hotel. Our room was cozy, clean and I particularly enjoyed the bed which was really comfortable. Location is perfect for those like us who need a relaxing and affordable stop over not too far from the motorway. I believe this hotel is superb value for money and I would strongly recommend it.
