L'exiguïté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, le problème de place de parking et la nécessité d'utilisation du disque de contrôle à adapter toutes les heures trente sous peine d'amende ou l'alternative proposée d'un parking des environs à 44€ la journée et l'unique emplacement proposant du café au rez de chaussée (nous étions au quatrième étage)plutôt qu'à disposition dans chaque chambre comme dans les Campanile et les Kyriad pour le prix demandé c'était quand même un peu cher

The location of the hotel was very good. There was parking nearby but you could park closer but pay at the meter. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and downstairs you could have free refreshments tea/ coffee. The bed was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.. Lovely restaurants nearby too.

The hotel was fine. The only problem were the lorries making a lot of noise around 6.30 a m. loading or removing trollies? Our room faced the road and to be honest it's not the fault of the hotel in fairness but we had the window open. Close the window and I am sure you will have a good night sleep.

There was a maintenance problem in the bathroom. Due to a broken piece, the shower head would fall down from it's hook and had to be held in the hand during the shower. Also, the shower (bathtub) faucett was loose.

Room was quite small with no tea or coffee making facilities and only one plastic chair which had rough sides, when it is a double room you should have a chair each for comfort Roscoff is our favourite place to stay

Parking can be tricky with only a 90 min stay outside the hotel and you may need to pay for parking in the nearby car park

le parking est relativement loin ( 300 m) mais on bénéficie d'un arrêt-minute L'une des 3 chambres réservées ne correspondait pas à l'attente : petite, lit en 140, salle de bains non rénovée; c'est dommage, car les 2 autres méritaient une meilleure note!

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable and wholly unsatisfactory accommodation provided to us at the Ibis Roscoff Bord de Mer on 5 September 2026. We paid £103.65 for our stay and were allocated Room 100. The condition of this room was, quite simply, unacceptable and completely below the standard that any paying customer should reasonably expect from an Ibis hotel. The attached photographs clearly document the condition in which the room was presented to us. In particular, the bathroom was in a very poor and unhygienic condition, with visible mildew and other defects. The wardrobe was positioned next to the toilet, actually within the bathroom area. This was not a matter of personal preference or minor cosmetic defects; the room was not of an acceptable standard and, in our view, was not fit for purpose as hotel accommodation. We immediately raised our concerns with the receptionist after checking in and paying for the room. The receptionist personally inspected Room 100 and accepted that the condition of the room was unacceptable. The hotel attempted to find us another room, but the hotel was fully occupied. An attempt was also made to find alternative accommodation at another hotel, but none was available. We were therefore left with no realistic alternative other than to remain in accommodation that the hotel itself had acknowledged was unacceptable. The consequences of this were considerable. We were unable to use the bathroom facilities as we would reasonably expect to. We did not shower because of the condition of the bathroom, including the visible mildew and the general state of the facilities. More importantly, we were unable to properly relax or sleep and the entire experience caused considerable inconvenience, frustration and distress. We paid for a clean, safe and properly maintained hotel room. That is not what was provided. I therefore consider that the hotel failed to provide an acceptable standard.

Breakfast was ok but expensive for a continental breakfast.

The room was extremely small. The carpet was badly stained and smelled strongly of dogs which made it difficult to sleep as I find dog smells objectionable. There was no warning that this might be the case and no 'dog free' rooms. There was no bar or any sort of lounge area. The hotel advertises parking but there isn't any - just street parking but in the summer it is very difficult to find a space and between 9:00 & 19:00 you can only stay for 1.5 hours.

Location is great, and the room really did have a fabulous ocean view. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and parking outside was easy - we picked up a blue disc from the tourist office.

The hotel could do with a refurbishment - especially the decor in the rooms. We had no hot water in our room when we got up, which was a first in a hotel! We were catching a ferry so didn't have time for breakfast after all the faffing about with the water (which stayed cold!)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super. V'est propre. Petit dej correct : abondant mais les viennoiseries ne donnent pas envie.

Pour un 3 étoiles, l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur. La déco est nulle (= il n'y en a pas), mobilier rare et froid. La chambre minuscule. Bref le lieu est à rafraîchir et à mettre au goût du jour!

We stayed here in family room for one night before getting ferry to Plymouth. Location is excellent, on quiet square but central and within 10 minutes drive of ferry port.

Exterior of hotel looks great but unfortunately interior is getting a bit shabby and is in need of refresh. Clean and comfortable enough. A bit expensive considering this is budget class - I guess you’re paying for the location and demand.

L’excellent emplacement, l’accueil agréable, le petit déjeuner correct.

Les équipements de la chambre étaient très vétustes (salle de bain en particulier, bonde du lavabo sale et qui ne tenait pas, sol des années 70/80…) et pas du tout à la hauteur attendue pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de bouilloire individuelle pour une pause thé/café/tisane.

La vue sur la mer depuis notre chambre ... hummm ... A +. Le personnel bien intentionné et courtois. Petit-déj très bien. La chambre est petite, mais tout y est pour un séjour de 48 heures. La proximité du port, des restos, etc ... L'établissement peut mériter un éventuel retour. Les déplacements à pied sont faciles.
