The Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel and Convention

Rooms are large, comfy and clean. Location is excellent and a lot of things and places are at a walkable distance. If you have a car you can park in the underground carpark. It also has a bakery which sells it's goods at half price between 6p.m. & 7 p.m, and the breakfast has a good selection to pick from.

Lifts can be a bit slow..

Service très lent, repas au restaurant servis pas tous au même temps pour deux personnes. Petit déjeuner ,beurre complètement fondue. inutilizable. Café américain complètement froid.

値段の割に部屋が広くて、快適だった。ベッドと枕が良く、非常に寝心地が良かった。クーラー、シャワー(排水も含めて)もちゃんと機能し、快適に過ごせた。USB TypeCのコンセントも充電に便利で良かった。 周りにバーやカフェといった飲食店、コンビニ、セントラルプラザ(ショッピングモール)もあり、空港からも近く便利なロケーション。細かいところだが、シャワージェルやハンドソープの香りが爽やかで良かった。また、シャワールームからバスローブが取れる作りなのもよい。

・トイレの流れが弱い。自分の部屋だけでなく、一階のもだったので、ホテル全体でそうなのかも。 ・部屋のボトルウォーターがまずい。(なので近くのセブンイレブンで水買った) ・ハブラシがない。(近くのセブンイレブンで買える) ・部屋の扉の開閉音がうるさい。静かに閉めようと思えば閉められるけど、そこらへんを意識しなくても静かに閉まって欲しい。 ・バスタオルがでかすぎるし、重い(特に妻から不評)。バスローブも生地感が硬く、クオリティがいまいち。 ■全体的に食事がいまいち ・子供が小さく騷いでしまうのでルームサービスで食事を頼んだが、ラムチョップとパスタが値段の割にいまいち。特にラムチョップは注文時に火加減聞いてくれたので期待していたが、肉ごとに焼き加減にムラがあった。クラブハウスサンドは良かった。ラムチョップをメニューに入れるなら赤ワインもメニュー入れてほしい。 ・朝食がいまいち。特にパン。全体的に盛り付けはきれいだけど、料理の質はそこそこといったところ。まずいわけではないが、朝起きて食べて嬉しくなるレベルではない。

Surprised when checking in we was up graded ,the had ever thing what we needed.Very pleased.. As for the breakfast,there was something for everybody. Very well arranged and well displayed. As for the hotel the location was perfect for us.We will be booking again

Schön renovierte Zimmer ohne Teppich, Frühstück sehr gut und für jeden etwas, die Lage ist Optimal zu Restaurants, Shopping und Nachtleben sowie die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

Die Betten brauchten nicht unbedingt Räder und eine Bettumrandum sowie für mich ein bisschen zu weich. Im moment sind noch Malerarbeiten im gange und mussten in den unteren Bereich zum essen, aber muss halt sein...

Breakfast was good. Bed were comfortable.

It was noisy and we could hear those rock music even past midnight. We paid for the renovated room but only the floor was new, the rest (bathroom, wardrobe etc) was same as before as we were there in March this year when the hotel name was just changed. The aircon could not be adjusted, temperature was at 19 degrees even when we adjusted to 25, hence we have to off it.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel. War eigentlich alles in Ordnung. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren gut ausgestattet und geräumig.

Seit der Übernahme vom Pulmann-Hotel hat der Service nachgelassen. Auch an den Zimmern wurde nichts erneuert, was dringend notwendig wäre. Allerdings wurden die Preise recht ordentlich erhöht.

The location is close to everything, easy parking and really nice and polite staff. You have a wonderful in site bakery and comfortable sit down drinking area served by wonderful staff.

The room was disappointing, the shower drain must of been blocked and I got a lot of backwash while standing in it. WIFI is not strong and only limited TV channels to watch. The walls were cracked possibly due to water damage and the wallpaper was holding it together. The hotel is a grand hotel which needs a bit of makeup.

I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the Heritage Grand Khon Kaen Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is the marvelous service from the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive—sumptuous with a wonderful variety. Whether you prefer local Thai dishes or Western classics, there is something delicious for everyone. However, the hidden gem here is the hotel’s bakery shop. It is exceptionally good! Do not leave without trying their pastries and breads. They are fresh, high-quality, and easily rival any standalone bakery in the city. If you are staying in Khon Kaen, the Heritage Grand is a superb choice. I highly recommend it!

Beautifully refurbished from previous ownership. True 5 star hotel, country style. Great pool. Wonderful staff - so helpful. Superb breakfasts.

Used to be the main landmark hotel in Khon kean but we were staying during the change over of the management team. Great central location. Beautiful reception and breakfast area. Our room has a nice view facing bars below so, it can be noisy at night if your a light sleeper. I used the swimming pool and it was good enough for me.

Prior to check in we requested for 3 beds but on arrival room was not ready even after arrived for 10 mins. I think it was poor communication between reception desk and house keeper. The floor needs hoover and clean. House keeper was very friendly when she showed up.

The breakfast is very good, the beds are ok but thats about it!

Mitt absoluta favorithotell i Khon Kaen. Visserligen ägarbyte men samma höga standard på alla faciliteter. Frukosten får högt betyg med stor variation - thai och internationellt. Stort rum med bekvämt och rent badrum.

Som vanligt i Thailand - sängmadrassen lite för hård för min smak. Lite krånglig panel med centralbelysning. Visste ibland inte vilken knapp man skulle trycka på.

Centralna lokalizacja w miescie. Dobry standard hotelu i pokoju. Bardzo profesjonalna obsluga a zarazem pomocna i zyczliwa. Bardzo dobre sniadanie.

Walking into the lobby is very calming and peaceful. Great staff at the lobby bar especially Butanee. Breakfast was exceptional and the room itself was clean modern and well maintained.

Hot water in the shower takes a little time to warm up

There is no shade at the swimming pool during the day. Please watch your step when getting out of the pool, as the tiles can be slippery and unsafe.

Our 6th stay here. The Heritage (was the Pullman) is upgrading as I write. The big pluses for this place are 1) the room sizes are huge and; 2) its location. It’s within walking distance to Fairy Plaza and Central Plaza shopping malls. New owners are brightening and modernising the place. Will be back in October. Junior suite (room 1202) was excellent.

Super séjour en famille, l’emplacement est très central. La piscine et la salle de sport super aussi ! Le buffet petit déjeuner est très très variés avec des stands de cuisson minutes 👌

Trevligt. Väldigt goda öl från det egna bryggeriet. Lite dyrt med det är väl bara att förvänta sig. En 33 cl öl 100 thb mot 40 på 7/11. Deras egna öl 180 thb. Förlängde vår vistelse ytterligare två dagar. Detta under Song Kran, till nästan samma pris som vi bokade från första början. Mycket bra.
