InterContinental Shanghai Pudong by IHG

Hotel internazionale, ben posizionato accanto alla metro. Colazione super varia e abbondante. Stanze grandi e confortevoli. Personale disponibile anche se parla poco inglese .

All worked as should. Breakfast was a positive surprise.

A bit moist smell in the room but otherwise very clean.

Location

Toilet big but lacking a wash basin outside the toilet

Location and staff

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Excellent concierge service

It was challenging to exchange money at the front desk

Very good breakfast. Personell was very helpful, pleasant and professional. Communal areas were very high standard. Location very good.

Individual room looked a little bit outdated. Could benefit with some upgrade.

The breakfast was good, the hotel seemed almost new and everything was very clean and nice, the room sizes were appropriate. The staff's attitude was generally appropriate.

Given that the weather was cold, unfortunately the air conditioning in the rooms was not working, and this problem was very annoying for the side that was not facing the sun. Even bringing a heater, which of course would have been completely impossible even if the fan was working. My friend who had used the massage was not very satisfied. Of course, this service was provided by a contractor other than the hotel. I did not have the opportunity to use the pool service myself, but my experience in recent years in Chinese hotels, unfortunately, due to energy saving, usually the pools are not very suitable for use. Of course, I did not experience the Continental Hotel.

Excellent service .very friendly staff. Good location.

N

The staff is very attentive. Great service and hospitality.

Every thing, was perfect, abd stuff superb.

Staff all spoke good english, very nice hotel overall the rooms and the common spaces are all very nice

Everything was good

AC nicht regelbar

the staff are really trying their best, however the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The rooms are 'old', certainly smelly, this kind of old smell, and perhaps some old smoke embedded in. The breakfast is superb, including an excellent chef. The facilities, much like everything else at the hotel could do with a touchup, a freshening up. However it must be said that everyone is really doing the best given the asset in hand.

The room was spacious and I did like the unusual, lengthy layout. Bathroom big as well, with the amenities needed. WiFi in China seems to be a general issue, as it doesn't work with many website one is used to. Guess government policy.

The pool was sub standard and kind of old. Needs a makeover, as many facilities of the hotel. It said somewhere it just had, or a few years ago. Tear and wear seems to be high.

Excellent service

Shopping malls nearby

Bueno

fast checkin

Breakfast and restaurant were very basic not as per Intercontinental standard

Brak

Hotel w idealnym miejscu blisko Metra.

Brak

Incredibly friendly staff. Melinda Zhao specifically went out of her way to help me get my wallet back after I left it in the taxi. She did everything she could to help me, including contacting both the taxi company and driver directly. She is a star employee!

Good for short stays only, if you required to do your laundry, look for more options that have laundry facilities.

Friendly staff

Room decor a little dated

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big shout out to Sky the concierge and his team.

schönes großes Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal
