Proximity to tourist areas. Hotel attendants called me by name and gave good advice.

Erstmal die Lage gegenueber dem Koenigspalast und schoene Parkanlagen ,sehr zentral ,trotzdem ruhig

Das einzige war die Duschmontur ,aber konnten trotzdem duschen

Die Lage ist für Sightseeing in Madrid optimal. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Restaurant bietet eine eine sehr gute Auswahl zu günstigen Preisen.

Unser Zimmer zur Straße war auch nachts ziemlich laut.

Bathroom not very clean, found blood on the toilet. We could see shoe prints on the bathroom floor. There is an automatic light that turn on when you wake up for the bathroom at night. You can’t fully open the window.

Excelente el desayuno, la ubicación de lo mejor y muy cerca de La Gran Vía y La Plaza del Sol a 6 minutos caminando de la estacion Príncipe Pío del metro, excelente vista del Palacio Real. El restaurante ofrece menu del día y a la carta.

הכל, האנשים השירות המיקום הארוחת בוקר נתנו לנו מענה על הכל היו אדיבים ומקסימים ממליצה מאוד מאוד מאוד!!! בעקבות האירוסין שלנו שדרגו לנו חדר במלון השירות היה מעולה!

Los chicos de recepción fueron muy amables. Había recepción las 24 horas. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía buenas vistas. Las camas eran cómodas. Había nevera en la habitación.

En general un buen sitio para alojarse y no hay ninguna gran pega, pero lo que menos me gustó fue que la ducha no tuviera una mampara cerrada, solo había un trozo pequeño de cristal que separaba con el resto del baño y se mojaba todo el suelo, además de que notabas frío , la ducha no era nada cómoda por esta razón. Otro detalle es que el enchufe de al lado de una de las camas no funcionaba, asique tenia que dejar el teléfono cargando en la mesilla de mi compañera.

Gostei da localização, das instalacoes, do café da manhã, dos lençóis, da banheira ...enfim, nao ha restrições ao lugar. Me hospedo novamente, se houver esta possibilidade.

Um único detalhe, atendimento inicial. Quando voce chegar no hotel, esta cansado, passou algumas intempéries...enfim, necessita de acolhimento. O atendente inicial foi seco, brusco ao exigir o passaporte para autorizar nossa entrada. Sugiro mais amabilidade. No mais, tudo certo com os outros funcionários.

Excellent location next to Plaza Espana, Gran Via and the Royal Palace. Very nice and organised stuff. Rich breakfast. Classic and premium room setting. Was a positive surprise.

Only minor things like too cool in the breakfast hall at times, while it was above 35°C outside. Two but independent elevators were not efficient. Not so easy to operate shower.

Hotel Príncipe Pío was perfect for our stay in Madrid. Our flight came in late in the night and the 24h reception was convenient and friendly. Our room had a great size and, though facing the road, was really quiet. It is simple yet tastefully furnished, including a comfortable bed. We explored Madrid on foot and felt the hotel was really well located for that. When we used public transport, the fact that two stations (Plaza de España and Príncipe Pío, with the latter having tube and train line connections) are both within a few walking minutes, is super. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Closed bar to host fashion event for private party for models. No reflection on hotel, just could have done without them hosting event during our stay.

Staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and all the amenities were accounted for. The location was also very nice and close/walkable to the train/subway stations. It is also walkable to several tourist attractions. I would stay here again.

Hotellet var ganske sentralt men samtidig skjermet for mye støy som gjorde det behagelig å bo der. Koselig takterrasse.

Rommet var skittent, måtte be om bytte av sengetøy ved innsjekk, gardiner var skitne, det lå hår og øyevipper fra tidligere gjester og det var maur på rommet.

Hotel que me surpreendeu positivamente. Quarto espaçoso, melhor cama que já dormi na vida, grande e confortável. Banheiro amplo e com banheira. Café da manhã muito gostoso e completo. E a localização está a passos de lugares bem legais de Madrid.

Não tenho nada a reclamar.

The bathroom had something wrong with it every morning the smell was so bad we couldn’t use it

El tamaño de la habitación (junior suite), la tranquilidad (daba a la parte de atrás, con vistas a los tejados y la casa de campo) y la limpieza. La habitación muy bien equipada con buen armario, escritorio y dos baños completos! Perfecto si es para tres personas. Había hervidor de agua para café e infusiones,muy de agradecer. La ubicación muy buena si te interesa visitar el centro, se puede ir andando a muchos sitios.

La única pega es que el bar , muy agradable, tenía horario para extranjeros...cerraba a las 11, con lo cual no se podía tomar nada después de cenar. Y cuidado si te dan una habitación que dé a la calle, es súper ruidosa.

O Hotel superou as expectativas. Equipe atenciosa e ótima localização. Dá para caminhar nas proximidades com ótimos restaurantes. Conforto e limpeza nota 10.

The rooms and the lobby

Rooms are not very quiet, you can hear literally people walking outside your oom, cleaning staff also start very early and they can be very noisy in the adjacent rooms or in the halls , i experienced this 2 days in a row from 8 AM

Otelin konumu merkeze çok yakındı, rahat bir şekilde her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahvaltı güzel ve doyurucuydu.

Sevmediğim birşey olmadı, hemen hemen her şey çok güzeldi.

Cercanía al centro

El personal del hotel fue muy agradable en todo momento, muy atentos. La ubicación es inmejorable, está a escasos minutos andando de la Gran Vía. La habitación es muy correcta, todo estaba limpio y la cama es muy cómoda. No se oye ruido del exterior aún siendo una zona transitada, así que se puede descansar perfectamente. El desayuno estuvo genial, con muchísima variedad y todo muy cuidado (bandejas tapadas). Recomiendo!

Το δωμάτιο ηταν άνετο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό χαμογελαστό, ευγενικό και έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Πλούσιο πρωινό. Σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, κοντά σε μετρό και λεωφορεία. Πολύ όμορφη γειτονιά.

Lo que más me gusto es la vista de mi habitación, al Palacio Real. Increíble lo luminosa que era la habitación, lo cómoda y grande que era la cama. Todo increíble. Súper limpio. El desayuno, de los mejores que probé en cuanto a variedad y sabor.

A localização é perfeita, próximo a tudo, podendo ser realizado diversos pontos turísticos a pé, mas também proximo a metrô. Os funcionários sao atenciosos e gentis. A limpeza excelente e super confortável e bonito o hotel!

Struttura molto accogliente e personale disponibile, camere spaziose, colazione ottima! Posizione ideale a pochi passi dal Palazzo Reale e comunque molto comoda per visitare il centro città a piedi o in metro (vicina c’è la stazione metro di plaza españa o opera).

The hotel is located in perfect spot to enjoy the city. Very close to all of the places of interest and a 10 minute walk to Plaza de España and only 5 minutes extra from to the heart of city center. The hotel has a very art deco style, especially in the bar area which is beautifully styled. All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and hapoy to help. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, but just a little bit dated in terms of decor, especially when compared to the style downstairs in the reception and bar areas. I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending the hotel as it was excellent value for money.

O hotel é excelente, pessoal muito carinhoso, no quarto tem cafeteira e água cortezia, café da manhã melhor que muito hotel 5 estrelas, olha que sou um cara super chato, rsrs. A localização é excelente, ao lado do palácio real, na rua do hotel tem mercado, lanchonete, etc.

only stayed one night before taking a train to Avila but the location was excellent close to the royal palace. staff were really friendly and they provided a room with a view of the palace. whilst the room wasn't the largest it was very modern and bathroom was nice and spacious. breakfast was excellent with a massive choice and with plenty of tables. ideal location for taking a train to Avila and very good value

Lo staff molto gentile, la posizione comoda per visitare il centro città, il letto comodissimo e la tranquillità. Comodo il garage vicino (a pagamento) anche per le macchine di dimensioni importanti.

場所はソルからは少し離れていますが、十分徒歩圏内だし、何より値段の割に部屋もサービスもしっかりしていて、とても良いお思いました。朝食も品揃えが豊富で美味しかった。

Excellent emplacement et personnel très agréable, le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié, les viennoiseries par exemple changeaient quotidiennement, ce qui donnait un large choix tous les matins.

Sel petit bémol le cafard que j'ai trouvé une fois dans ma salle de bains, mais je ne pense pas que c'était lié à la propreté du lieu, n'en ayant vu qu'un seul.

Muy buena ubicación y una mención especial al personal de recepción por su buen trabajo y atención fantástica.

La limpieza diaria es muy deficiente. No se limpió la ducha ningún día, solo recoger y cambiar toallas, variar papeleras y poner bien la ropa de cama. Observé más orden que limpieza.

There were a lot of good things about this hotel. We booked without knowing much about the location, but once we stayed there, it turned out to be the best possible spot for us — walking distance to most of the places we visited, not least Gran Vía.
