Excellent Spa Spacious Not crowded As a consequence very relaxing

A lovely place with helpful and friendly staff. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing, with a pleasant atmosphere and not too many people around. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and good-quality food. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Il fait prévenir les clients. C’est un site thermal certes, l’eau a des qualités bénéfiques mais attention si vous êtes sensibles aux odeurs c’est compliqué, il y règne une odeur d’œufs pourris en continu. Cela peut être gênant.

Soggiorno stupendo! Siamo stati benissimo: una struttura meravigliosa, piscine fantastiche e un’acqua termale davvero speciale. Ma il vero punto di forza è sicuramente il personale. Io e mio marito viaggiamo spesso ,ma un’attenzione e una cura verso l’ospite così non le avevamo mai ricevute. Un grazie particolare a Michele del ricevimento e complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff: dal ristorante al bar, fino alle persone che incontravamo semplicemente passeggiando per la struttura .Tutti sempre gentili, sorridenti, disponibili e attenti. Una sensazione di cura dell’ospite davvero rara. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche l’attenzione verso il nostro Brando: una struttura veramente pet friendly, dove il cane può stare con i propri padroni anche al ristorante e negli spazi esterni, con una zona riservata ma senza sentirsi isolati. Brando si è sentito una vera star, coccolato da tutti! 🐾❤️ A fine soggiorno, un graditissimo pensiero per noi e per Brando: un gesto davvero speciale che ha reso ancora più bello il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ein besonderer Ort, einmalig mit der Thermal-Wasserlandschaft. Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal, Frühstück und Dinner im Restaurant sehr lecker und viel Auswahl. Tolle Weine, die an der Poolbar mit kleinen Snacks serviert werden. Sehr freundlicher Service an der Poolbar. Eine Atmosphäre zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.

Man muss wissen, dass das Wasser 37,5 Grad hat. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir nicht im Hochsommer kommen, Frühjahr oder Herbst wäre perfekt.

Das Country Restaurant hat eine tolle Lage, das Essen war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist teilweise renoviert, in diesen Bereichen sieht es netter aus. Ich hatte eine gute Massage.

Mir wurde regelrecht schlecht von dem Schwefelgeruch der Therme, man roch es auch im Zimmer. Es gibt zwar einen Pool, der kälter ist, der ist aber in einem Baustellenbereich. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber das Bad kann neue Armaturen gebrauchen. Man sollte mal die Reinigungswägen auf ein besseres Level bringen, das passt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel

Tutto perfetto, personale, struttura, cibo di entrambi i ristoranti... sicuramente ci torneremo!

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, attento ad ogni dettaglio. Struttura bellissima e colazione veramente da 5 stelle.

Forse l'unica cosa da segnalare è la manutenzione del bagno romano, con sauna e bagno turco e docce emozionali che non è così curato come la sorgente principale.

Forte odeur de soufre qui vous accompagne partout, y compris dans les chambres. Il vaut mieux en être conscient avant de réserver. La piscine thermale est également très chaude et donc peu rafraîchissante lors des fortes chaleurs estivales. Région un peu isolée.

Samotné kúpele sú nádherné. Súčasťou je aj golfové ihrisko, ktoré sme však nestihli využiť. Raňajky viac ako bohaté.

Le restaurant et le bar ne sont pas à.làhauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Le service du restaurant laisse vraiment à désirer. Il faut attendre 30 mn avant que quelqu'un vienne prendre la.commande et ensuite il faut réclamer pour avoir ses plats

La piscina termale principale è straordinaria. Per il resto, tutto molto buono: Colazione fantastica, struttura molto ben organizzata, personale gentile e professionale. Eccellente da ogni punto di vista.

Le strade per arrivarci sono un po' lasciate andare.

Cnets juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de Pisicne avec eau douce car l’eau très chaude ne rafraîchit pas (forcément!) et les enfants préfèrent

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Alles war einfach super – das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich und der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das ist einfach das beste Hotel mit natürlicher Thermalquelle

All was great,

My husband came to Terme di Saturnia in late June/early July and had the most relaxing 3 day/2 night stay! We came during the Italian heat wave and were worried about going to hot springs due to the outside temperature but it was perfect. There are different temperature pools (cold, warm, hot) and the mineral waters really refreshed our skin. We got there around lunchtime and to our surprise the room was ready and we were even upgraded! We were also allowed to stay later than normal checkout time. I highly recommend going during the week when it's not so busy if you are able to hopefully enjoy these same perks. We ate one night at 1919 Restaurant and the second night at La Stellata for our dinner plans and both were lovely and service was top-notch. I recommend the truffle pasta at La Stellata as the waiter comes over and makes it in front of you which was fun to watch! Breakfast was plentiful with both meats and cheeses, and although we only had lunch there one time, it was also delicious. The area around the hotel is beautiful and although sadly it was too hot to golf but the course looked nice. The staff at the hotel are 5-star accommodating, always with a smile and happy to help. I got a bamboo massage at the spa which was a beautiful facility. The hotel gives you robes which you can wear mostly everywhere the whole time which really made you feel like you were at a spa hotel. We didn't leave the resort for the entire 3 days and cannot wait to go back!

We went there for 3 days as part of our honeymoon trip. The place was amazing, breathtaking. The hot springs and pools in the resort were an incredible experience as it was our first time trying such thing. We also had a couples spa, it was good but not the best massage to be honest. We ate at la stellata for the first day, it was a terrible experience. The restaurant was full of bugs, moving on my hand clothes along with 4 cats roaming under us. Second restaurant we tried was 1919 which was suberb! We also had an E-bike tour with coach alex he was very friendly and it was on of the best activities to do he took us to montemerano and amazing spots to bike. All the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended for couples to detach from the busy cities. Best regards

Proximité des cascades, diversité des bains, situation au calme dans une belle campagne. Chambre très confortable. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner. Plein de services proposés dans l’hôtel.

Pas assez de piscine froide pour les jours de grande chaleur

An amazing place. Very tranquil. The hotel is lovely inside and out. The pools and facilities are great, all the water used is from the hot springs. Full of minerals so our skin was feeling great. The staff can’t do enough for you, they’re so friendly and helpful. It’s set in a beautiful countryside setting. Both restaurants are amazing. It is definitely worth the travel and cost for the experience alone. I wish it was a little closer to an airport so we could easily visit again without a 2 hour plus drive

My own fault but there was no warning about the water having an effect on jewellery. I had a ring and earrings obviously fairly cheap and silver/gold plated but that all came off so now my ring especially is ruined - suppose can’t blame the hotel for me not taking it off though!!

Such a beautiful hotel and so unique too with the thermal pools! The country restaurant was definitely a highlight with views over the countryside and a delicious dinner, everything about the stay was perfect

Pokoj splňoval všechny předpoklady ,dokonce fungoval i sada,což bylo poprvé na naší cestě Itálii.Kvalitni restaurace,velmi příjemný servis

Jedině snad označení budovy hotelu protože navigace nás dovedla k bráně resortu odtud je to ještě k hotelu daleko a cesta není vyznacena

La gentillesse du personnel

Arredamento raffinato , camere ampie e molto pulite , colazione variegata , personale gentilissimo . L’ideale per godere al meglio della piscina termale collegata direttamente all’hotel . Ristorante 1919 assolutamente da provare !

La struttura attorno alla fonte è molto bella, andrebbe rinnovata in certi punti e soprattutto i lettini esterni puliti

I lettini vanno tenuti meglio, il bagno è da rinnovare

the bad smell, of course it is a natural water, but in the hotel everywhere was smelling bad BONUS - it was extremely EXPENSIVE!!!!!! the basic massage for 190 euro is not acceptable price for me! i dont want to comment the prices in th erestaurant, quality of food was good, but really expensive!

Colazione ottima e ristorante (La Stellata) molto buono e migliorato rispetto a ultima visita. Piscina sempre perfetta.

Il personale del bar, che serve anche la piscina. Molto probabilmente sono semplicemente pochi, o inesperti. Ma il servizio è estremamente lento. Dagli ombrelloni c'è un servizio online per ordinare che semplicemente non funziona. Dopo un'ora dalla prenotazione sono andata a prendere di persona il mio drink e mi hanno candidamente confermato che proprio non guardano gli ordini online.

The staff were well trained, proactive and helpful. The hot spring was amazing.

The shower in our room was very poor, poor water pressure and half the jets were blocked. I realise the water is full of minerals but this is not acceptable. I felt because we weren't staying a week on one of the hotels health programmes we were second class citizens. Eg. The country restaurant was fully booked at least 48 hours in advance but online booking is only 24 hours in advance. Also you had to reserve loungers by the pool but that isn't mentioned on the website or at check-in, which lead to an embarrassing experience and loungers hidden away in the far corner at the back. I heard this experience being repeated several times by other guests, the pool staff handled it well but must be sick of dealing with this hidden policy.
