We stayed at the Saturnia hotel for one night as part of our travel around Italy. The location was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Not too far from the resort were the hot springs which were quite busy when we went but still lovely to have a dip in! The food at the hotel was good and the service was fantastic. The staff were very friendly despite it being a busy night! The room was good although the bed was a little hard for us but it was manageable. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on that. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and enjoy the beauty ☺️

As noted, the bed was a little hard but that can also be down to personal preference.

Nous avons trouvé l'endroit magnifique et très belle piscine avec vue sur les vignes., c'était reposant . Le restaurant était top. Nous avons adoré l'établissement dans son ensemble.

Juste un petit commentaire. Manque de produits dans les douches.

El desayuno muy bien, completo. La ubicacion del hotel preciosa, la limpieza de 10, las habitaciones no muy grandes pero suficientes

El personal, en general no esta a la altura, en algunos casos muy poca experiencia. Un consejo: hacer una desinfectacion de las zonas de jardin incluida la piscina, había multitud de insectos, de hecho me picó una abeja pisando el césped.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and relaxing. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We look forward to returning in the future.

Le site superbe, la piscine avec une vue imprenable, le personnel attentionné et la chambre avec vue.

La qualité de la restauration, très moyenne et le petit déjeuner très décevant, dans une salle intérieure malgré une terrasse magnifique à proximité. L'éloignement de l'hôtel avec les plus beaux villages de la région.

Immerso nel verde, ristorante e piscina con vista magnifica, colazione variegata e ricca di torte e dolci non industriali ottimi e di qualità eccellente.

Per alloggiare qui bisogna essere necessariamente automuniti, non c'e' nulla attorno raggiungibile a piedi e c'è il rischio di incrociare cinghiali,il primo paesino dista circa 800 metri su una salita ripida

Eccellente la colazione. Ottima la pulizia sia delle camere che di tutta la struttura in generale. Ottima la disponibilità del personale, molto gentile e cordiale. Unica pecca la mancanza del segnale wifi all' interno delle camere.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Das Zimmer war ganz in Ordnung und auch die Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Schade fanden wir, dass man für die Nutzung des schönen Pools eine Badehaube benötigt. Auch für den Whirlpool muss man 3 € für 20 Minuten bezahlen – das fanden wir nicht so toll. Alles in allem ist es aber ein schönes Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Lage.

Location eccezionale, con vista sulla Maremma, a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia. La piscina è perfetta per il relax, con piante ombrose ai lati e vasca idromassaggio all'aperto.

La SPA piccola e poco attrattiva, a pagamento.

Bellissimo hotel, stanza pulita, piscina comoda e rilassante con chioschetto bar a disposizione. Tutto perfetto. Colazione anche buonissima.

Me pareció excelente. Super bonito, muy bien cuidado y súper limpio. El personal muy profesional y amable.

Le bonnet de bain obligatoire à la piscine (3€), le supplément de 5€ quand on prend une salade à la piscine, le prix du restaurant un peu élevé, pas d'eau offerte dans la chambre, le fond musical "jazz" un peu fort au petit déjeuner (on avait la chambre au dessus)

La struttura è bellissima, curata e accogliente in tutto. È immersa in un paesaggio splendido che ti fa uscire dalla quotidianità e ti rilassa in tutto e per tutto.

Non ho trovato nulla per cui lamentarmi.. l’unico disagio è che purtroppo nella zona della piscina (immagino per la stagione) c’erano molte vespe che avevano fatto il nido proprio nei lettini, quindi è stato un po’ difficile restare lì in alcuni momenti. Per il resto tutto assolutamente perfetto!

Views and Pool are stunning, rooms were spacious. Staff were very accommodating. The waiter made us feel very welcome even with 2 children. Close to the Natural Springs which is a must visit.

Location is remote, you need a car. Would be good if they offered a shuttle service to the town / hot springs so you don’t have to drive everywhere once you arrive.

The staff were very welcoming. The location had a great view of the sunset and was not too far from the natural springs. The hotel was very clean and my room was the perfect size. The balcony also had a great view of the area and mountains in the distance. The owner was very kind and personable, and ensured our stay was amazing. Overall, great hotel and staff. Very pleased and will visit again.

Gostei de tudo, quarto muito bom com enxoval de alta qualidade.. uma vista fantástica do vale com um piscina espetacular. O restaurante é de altíssimo padrão. O staff foi muito simpático e prestativo. A região é fantástica mas o que mais nos impressionou foi Pitigliano, uma cidade muito bonita de pedra em cima de uma montanha. Também fomos a Montemerano e a Manciano. Planejamos de ir na Cascate del Mulino mas desistimos por conta do cheiro forte. Mas pelo que pesquisamos depois de um tempo se acostuma. Mas pela estrada deu para ver a Cascate del Mulino e realmente é espetacular.

Gostamos de tudo.

Una struttura architettonicamente bella, ha una posizione notevole con la vista di un paesaggio toscano magnifico. Il tramonto, visto dalla terrazza del ristorante, rende una serata particolarmente romantica. Le terme sono vicinissime due minuti di macchina. E che dire della piscina a sfioro sul prato con lettini e ombrelloni? Insomma abbiamo passato due giorni magnifici tra relax e bagni. Lo consigliamo.

2 sejour a cet hôtel .la première fois la salle du petit déjeuner était côté piscine jolie vue .mais peut-être transférait a l autre salle pour cause des 🐝 😁

! Le jacuzzi peut-être a être nettoyé un peu plus souvent!

La piscina è molto bella, la colazione nella media, al ristorante abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

il servizio in piscina lentissimo, per due capresi ci sono voluti 25 minuti, le ha portate senza condimenti ed è tornato al ristorante ritornando dopo altri 15 minuti. La SPA è molto piccola e forse non vale 20 euro per due ore. la strada per arrivare all'albergo è un pò sconnessa, in moto è fastidiosa.

the pool is great, it has parking, the location to visit the saturnia springs is perfect just a 5 min drive, breakfast was included and at night we had dinner at the restaurant and the sunset was one of the best ones we have ever seen.

google maps took us on the mountain road but there's a better road if you come via the springs maybe a couple more kms but a better road. There's no gym but you don't need it, it has a large swimming pool

Tutto positivo ma soprattutto la possibilità di accedere dappertutto con i cani, persino in piscina (solo zona prato ma più che sufficiente).

Essendo alta stagione e weekend non è stato sempre facilissimo trovare posto all’ombra in piscina, ma purtroppo non dipende dall’hotel credo.

very poor service- very poor breakfast-

Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, responsive and professional staff, lovely pool, incredible views from our balcony and the restaurant food was delicious (for example, the best meat ragu of our trip). And only 2km from the natural thermal mineral springs yet none of the smell that often comes with this.

We found it difficult to understand the rule to wear hats in the pool. Also the pool lounges were very uncomfortable (the kind that raise the head as opposed to the back). Everything else was terrific.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, freundlichen Mitarbeitern und toller Lage. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Das dem Hotel angegliederte Restaurant hat eine tolle Lage, einen wunderbaren Ausblick und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Preise waren jedoch für die Gerichte sehr hoch. Und leider gibt es- auch tagsüber am Pool im Juni - viele Mücken, die man jedoch durch die Mückengitter vor den Fenstern nicht in den Zimmern hat. Im Pool besteht Badekappenpflicht. Man kann dort auch günstig welche kaufen. Dies sollte aber in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt werden.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Toplage! Das Pool ist sehr, sehr gepflegt; die Terrasse - vor allem am Abend - filmreif: super Aussicht, ausgezeichnetes Essen, perfektes Service!

The facility was spotless and the garden and pool area were so beautiful. Sitting on the patio while looking out at the countryside was just breathtaking. The staff was outstanding and were so helpful suggesting different things to do in the area.

Location was great! It was a five minute drive or less to the cascades. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. I had anI had a massage and went to the spa. The Massage was a relaxation resort style, so the pressure was not very heavy. But overall, I enjoyed stay.

Service, Location und flair.

Excellent, friendly staff who were extremely helpful, bed really comfortable and bathroom spotlessly clean, definitely stay again when back in the area, the view from the pool is something to behold.

Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht und war sehr ruhig. Ich habe glutenfreies Gebäck erhalten.

Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr.

Die Bar und das Bistro waren zu, man konnte sich zwischendurch nix zu sacken (Chips oder Getränke) kaufen. Hier war das Personal recht unflexibel, da die Bar am Pool zwar "offen" war weil der Gärtner dort rein musste, der uns aber nix verkaufen konnte. Aber von den Kellern oder von der Rezeption wollte keiner komnen.

Очень тихий номер. Большая кравать . Самое главное сетки на окне ,что позволило спать с открытым окном . Гостиница в живописном месте с красивыми видами . Завтрак хороший и разнообразный.

Номер маленький без изысков. Спа дорогое . И не очень поняли идею прайвет . Хотя учитывая ,что гостиница дружелюбна к членам общества сексуальных меньшинств ,то в принципе понятно. Видимо мы уже не в том возрасте ,чтобы насладиться личным спа. Ну и гостиница очень удалена от всего. Но это скорее не минус гостиницы ,а моя ошибка при выборе. Так ,что если вам надо полное уединение и скрыться от лишних глаз ,то эта гостиница просто находка.

Skvelá lokalita s nádherným výhľadom, veľmi príjemný personál, izba čistá a pohodlná, bezproblémové parkovanie, raňajky fajn - celkovo všetko výborné. Na večer nadštandardne dobrá večera v nádhernom prostredí.

grosses superior zimmer, aber kein gemütlicher sitzbereich. dafür ein riesiger nutzloser schrank. frühstücksbereich auf niveau schul-kantine (frühstücksbuffet aber gut). woher die michelin-stern-aufkleber !!! kommen ist mir schleierhaft.

Traumhafter Blick in‘s Tal; wunderschöne gepflegte Poolanlage und Garten und ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant.

El hotel es lindo muy limpio, esta ubicado en el medio de la Toscana, para quien quiere relajarse, esta a 10 minutos de las Termas Naturales de Saturnia ( gratuitas) y a 3 minutos del Parque Termal.( pago) Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, muy bueno. Recomendable.

Le sole parole non possono spiegare la bellezza e la tranquillità di questo posto.. Veramente magnifico

It was amazing - like a resort. The food, breakfast and dinner was exceptional. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the support for nature the hotel showed. The views to the west of an evening were memorable. All the staff were great, especially Seraphim - we arrived tired and worn out and he welcomed us with open arms, metaphorically.

The only negative was the shower - the walls were flimsy and the water escaped and got all over the ground. Honestly, this was the only problem. Also, it was really hard to find - Google did not get it all.

Très compliqué pour obtenir une boisson dans la chambre commandée par téléphone. Au moins 40 minutes d'attente après avoir rappelé à plusieurs reprises Au moment du paiement, plusieurs factures présentées (restaurant + extra + hôtel)

Very comfortable. The staff were terrific, very helpful. Beautiful surroundings.

The food in the restaurant (dinner menu) was average, yet expensive. The breakfast was very good.

I stayed at this hotel! First, the hotel is beautiful and well located, with a view of the mountains. But I wanted to leave my comment especially for the staff! Very attentive! I had a problem with Booking.com and the staff alerted me and solved my problem in a few minutes! I highly recommend it!
