B&B HOTEL Milano Portello

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with a metro station nearby, which made it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I would especially like to give a big thank you to "Laura", who went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected issue with my rental car. She stayed with me until everything was resolved, helping by translating and communicating with the car rental company. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and support. Thank you, Laura, and thank you to the whole hotel team for making my stay so pleasant. I wish you all the best, and I would be happy to stay here again!

Das renovierte Zimmer war wie vorher gebucht.

Die Matratze war zu hart und die Stahlfedern einzeln zu spüren . Meines Erachtens hätte ein Matratzen-Topper Abhilfe geschaffen. Trotz Nachfrage bei der Rezeption und Wunsch nach Abhilfe hat es keine Veränderung in der 2. Nacht gegeben, ebensowenig eine Rückmeldung.

Le déjeuner était bon et avec du choix, c'était propre et bien présenté, le personnel était très gentil et sympa.

L'ascenseur en panne, la localisation pas très dans le centre, pour un 4 étoiles on s'attend à mieux en terme de tout. L'effet était pas wouaw et cela ne resssemblait pas exactement au photos

L’isolation des chambres est très faible, nous avons malheureusement eu des voisins très bruyants. Mais le personnel de l’hôtel a été à l’écoute même s’ils n’y étaient pour rien

La camera è stata sicuramente l’aspetto più positivo del soggiorno. Spaziosa, confortevole, anche se poco isonorizzata è stata nel complesso piacevole. Purtroppo, però, diversi aspetti del servizio non sono stati all’altezza delle aspettative né, soprattutto, del prezzo richiesto.

All’arrivo ho trovato una reception in seria difficoltà, con personale apparso inesperto nella gestione dell’accoglienza. Il garage, a pagamento, ha posti molto stretti e difficili da utilizzare anche con un’auto di medie dimensioni, senza che questa importante limitazione fosse stata segnalata preventivamente. Anche la colazione ha lasciato a desiderare. Essenziale, poco varia e complessivamente poco entusiasmante per un hotel 4 stelle. In sala, scarsa accoglienza e maggiore attenzione al controllo delle presenze che al servizio. Poco appropriati anche la presenza di un cane lasciato senza guinzaglio e, soprattutto, il briefing del supervisor con il personale, svolto direttamente in sala mentre lui stesso faceva colazione. Infine, l’ascensore fermo per il quinto piano, senza alcuna informazione preventiva né offerta di assistenza per i bagagli. Ho visto altri ospiti trovarsi in evidente difficoltà. Nel complesso, organizzazione, servizio e attenzione all’ospite sono decisamente da migliorare. Considerando la categoria della struttura e il prezzo applicato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, a mio avviso, insoddisfacente.

The room is OK and big, breakfast is OK. Location is not central but close to metro and a few restaurants and bars.

The shower is really small, and there was only decaffeinated coffee with the coffee machine. A detail maybe but which shows when a hotel is really careful to his hosts stay. The checkin seems unnecessarily long too. And the beds way too hard. Nothing major, I'd stay again if needed, but clearly room for improvement specially given the high price.

Nice hotel, the breakfast isn’t the best but good enough. I didn’t like the location though. It didn’t feel like Italia there, as all the building around it are new. But it’s very close to the central, so I’d still recommend you to stay there.

Zeer goede ligging om Milaan te verkennen. De bushaltes zijn vlak in de buurt van de accomodatie maar er is ook een parking waar je de wagen kan plaatsen. De parking was wel krap. Het ontbijt was heel goed. Er waren veel verse producten, waaronder ook veel vegan mogelijkheden. De taarten en cupcakes waren overheerlijk! De kamers zijn heel net met een goede badkamer en goede airco. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en ze hielpen met alle vragen.

Het hotel is prima. De ligging is goed en het personeel is vriendelijk. Parkeren kan in de garage. Metro M3 is op 5 min loopafstand en M1 is op 10 min loopafstand; deze lijn brengt jou naar het Duomo. Winkelcentrum CityLife is op loopafstand. Kamer is prima en ook het ontbijt; werd goed aangevuld.

Ottima accoglienza, comodissimo il parcheggio in loco, la metropolitana è a un passo, il prezzo concorrenziale. Complessivamente un ottimo albergo.

Wir haben uns sehr über das kostenfreie Upgrade gefreut – besonders darüber, dass unser Zimmer nicht zur Straße gelegen war. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen, da es eine ausreichende Auswahl gab.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte einen Parkplatz am besten vorab reservieren. Alternativ stehen in der näheren Umgebung kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Sembrava di dormire in un ostello. Si sentiva qualsiasi tipo di rumore dalle altre stanze, anche da quelle situate nel corridoio opposto al nostro. La nostra camera si trovava vicino all’ascensore e alla porta che dava sulle scale e fino alle 5 del mattino c’è sempre stato un via vai di porte sbattere e ad ogni ospite che apriva la porta della sua camera sembrava aprisse la nostra rendendoci impossibile dormire in serenità. La colazione piuttosto scarsa, poca scelta e non di qualità.

Gebucht ohne Frühstück, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Metro in der nähe mit Anbindung nach Zentrum und vor allem nur etwa 2km vom San Siro Stadion entfernt, was auch per Fuss erreichbar ist. Schönes Quartier. Zimmer sehr sauber und mit Klima ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer Nr. 502 war im hinteren Trakt, kein Strassenlärm. Gedeckter Autoparkplatz, obwohl kein Platz mehr frei wahr, finde ich sehr positiv.

Zimmer ein wenig Hellhörig. Die Türen sind ein wenig billig, sehr lärmig beim öffnen und schliessen. Kühlschrankbar leer. Bei der Buchung sollte es möglich sein mit einem Klick den Parkplatz zu reservieren.

Our room was very comfortable as well as the bed. We slept well! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Parking is secure but tight. It worked well for us. We had a very nice stay!

Nowsza część hotelu jest naprawdę bardzo przyjemna. Pokoje czyste, bardzo przestronna łazienka. No i wspaniała obsługa. To przesympatyczni, młodzi, uprzejmi i pomocni ludzie. Miło było ich poznać. Chętnie tam kiedyś wrócę! :-)

Starsza część hotelu nie jest tak atrakcyjna jak nowsza, tam pokoje wyraźnie mają nieco niższy standard. Szkoda, że w okolicy znajduje się serwis samochodowy.

Hôtel proche du métro permettant de rejoindre facilement le centre de Milan. Petit déjeuner très agréable, varié et copieux. Personnel accueillant et hôtel propre. Parking privé pour 20€ par jour avec la possibilité de recharger gratuitement le véhicule. Bornes de recharges Elektra et SuperChargeurs Tesla à proximité.

Zimmer war gut ausgestattet! Tolles freundliches Personal! Gutes Service! Betten waren sehr angenehm. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut bestückt! Lage war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet - um die Stadt zu erkunden! Auch der vorhandene Parkplatz war sehr angenehm (auch wenn er extra kostete)

Leider waren die Fenster nicht Schallgedämmt, da man den Strassenverkehr in der Nacht ziemlich hören konnte!

Las habitaciones están sucias las paredes y no coinciden con lo que reserve en booking, los baños están con marcas de desgaste y antiguos. Las paredes sucias y con marcas de desgaste, las camas incómodas y se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo. Lo peor el baño y la habitación que se ven antiguas y no con lo que reservas o ves por la aplicación de booking. El buffet poca variedad.

The staff and the service was outstanding. The service at the breakfast and the contents of the breakfast needs to improve. Hardly any staff was available for any assistance. The items were very basic.

Add more international breakfast items. Have cut fruits. Allocate more staff to help around. The reception staff was outstanding.

It was a lovely location with a very hearty breakfast and a clean room, though it was a bit noisy. For my next stay, I would prefer a front-facing room. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. There is no air conditioning, which made the room extremely hot and uncomfortable, especially during the summer. Parking is available but at an additional cost. I did not feel comfortable with the surrounding area, although the hotel is located close to a nice shopping mall. The hotel staff and overall service were below average. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Ik vermoed dat dit hotel is opgebouwd binnen een casco van een ouder hotel want sommige delen zagen er wel ouder uit (maar wel modern ingericht en schoon) Geen enkele dealbreaker maar viel me op.

Обрали ми цей готель через наявне паркування. Коли ми приїхали, виявилося, що паркування маленьке, ми не могли заїхати. Думали разом з адміністратором, він запропонував одне місце. Спробувавши, ми застрягли і близько години намагалися звідти виїхати. Довелося шукати інше паркування, це були додаткові витрати та ми втратили час. Також пульт від телевізора працював дуже погано. Вода у душі та раковині дуже довго нагрівається, пізніше з краном ще були недоліки. Готель непоганий та адміністратор дуже намагався нам допомогти та був ввічливим, але враження на жаль не дуже хороші і навряд чи ми б лишилися у цьому готелі другий раз.

Modern and comfortable rooms in a good location, close to the metro station. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers secure private parking in a garage for an additional fee (€20 per day), which was very convenient.

There was construction work that woke us up early on a Saturday morning. It would have been more considerate to start later during the weekend. The breakfast was quite basic and could be improved with a wider selection. It would also be nice if breakfast was served later on weekends, and the staff could be more attentive to refilling items that ran out.

Très bon Hôtel, il porte bien ses 4 étoiles. Personnel sympathique, choix au petit déjeuner et chambre propre et spacieuse, j'ai adoré la salle de bain! Pour l'emplacement, on est pas dans le centre mais la bouche de métro est à 3 min environ à pied, il y a un grand centre commercial à quelques minutes à pieds aussi avec plusieurs restaurants et des boutiques. Le plus : la salle de bain et le petit déjeuner

Het was een hernieuwde kennismaking . Ik was er in februari tijdens de Olympische Winterspelen en wilde nog eens terug met mijn echtgenote. Ik heb er opnieuw van genoten. Fijne kamer, goede bedden, en een fijn uitgebreid ontbijt.

One Towel per bedroom

La ubicación es buena para acudir al estadio San Siro, se puede ir andando. También está cerca la parada de bus para coger el shuttle a Malpensa Airport. Limpieza correcta. El desayuno es variado y ponen comida hasta el último momento, lo cual se agradece; aunqie la calidad es normalita-bien.

La habitación y el baño podrían tener un poquito más de espacio, pero tienen todo lo necesario.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per la vicinanza con lo Stadio San Siro, distanza di circa 30 minuti a piedi, molto comodo post concerto. La camera era molto pulita, bagno grande e ottima colazione. Consiglio vivamente!

Yataklar konforlu ve temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Konumu merkeze uzak ama metro duraklarına yakın. Valizlerimizi çıkıştan sonra bırakabildik.

Oda 3 kişi için biraz küçüktü.

Stanze e bagni con arredamento molto moderno, segno che è stato rifatto da poco. Stanze di dimensioni non enormi, adatte ad una permanenza breve. Colazione varia, di buona qualità. Staff molto disponibile, sia alla reception che in sala Colazione. A 30 minuti da San siro. Consiglio di prenotare per il posto auto: se hotel pieno, si potrebbe rischiare di non trovare posto.

Si sente il passaggio delle persone lungo il corridoio, però non quello delle stanze accanto.

Het is een handig hotel ivm parkeerplaats. Niet te ver van het centrum. Wij hebben de metro gepakt, naar er staan ook huurfietsen en stepjes. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Simpel, klein, maar wel netjes en schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk en bij aankomst werden we goed geholpen. Dit was voor ons een hotel ivm doorreis.

De airco deed het niet goed en daardoor was het behoorlijk warm op de kamer. Maakt veel geluid voor een airco waar weinig koude lucht uit komt. Wel prima om kunnen slapen.
